Detailed Description
The technical scheme of the invention is clearly and completely described below by combining the embodiment and the attached drawings of the specification. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
It has been found that the concept of sharing has rapidly developed in various fields with the rise of the sharing economy. In the field of task processing, sharing is simply sharing the personnel who process the task. For example, the financial sharing service is to take accounting businesses (financial bills) of different entities to a sharing service center for accounting and reporting, which has the advantages of ensuring the specification and uniform structure of accounting records and reports, saving system and labor cost because accounting is not required to be set at each company and office of a group, but the current financial sharing service can lead to overstock of tasks in the process of processing the tasks, thereby influencing the speed of task processing.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides a task allocation processing method, a device, equipment and a storage terminal, and solves the problem that the existing task allocation processing method can reduce the task processing speed. In specific implementation, acquiring attribute information of a task to be processed; distributing the tasks to be processed to corresponding target groups according to the attribute information; according to the information of the holders corresponding to the tasks to be processed, performing priority ranking on the tasks to be processed distributed to the target group to obtain the ranked tasks to be processed; and processing the tasks to be processed after the sequencing through the target group.
For example, the task to be processed has a task to be processed, each task to be processed has three attributes, the three attributes of the task to be processed are a1, B1 and C1, the three attributes of the task to be processed are a1, B1 and C1, the three attributes of the task to be processed are a2, B2 and C2, and the three attributes of the task to be processed are a2, B2 and C2. There are multiple groups responsible for processing tasks, where the first group (target group) is responsible for processing tasks with three attributes a1, B1, C1 only, and the second group (target group) is responsible for processing tasks with three attributes a2, B2, C2, respectively, so that ab is assigned to the first group of processes and ag is assigned to the second group of processes. The subjects (holders) of the tasks A and B in the first group are sorted, and if the holder information of the task A to be processed is better than that of the task B to be processed, the first group preferentially processes the task A to be processed. The same treatment was performed for propidine in the second group. According to the embodiment, the tasks are distributed to different groups for processing according to the task attributes, and each group only processes the tasks with the same attribute, so that the proficiency of each group of processing tasks can be improved, the speed of processing the tasks is increased, and the backlog of the tasks is reduced. And the task with better holder information is processed preferentially, so that the checking program in the processing process can be reduced, and the task processing speed is further improved.
Exemplary method
The task allocation processing method of the embodiment can be applied to a terminal device, and the terminal device can be a terminal product with a computing function, such as a computer. In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the task allocation processing method specifically includes the following steps:
and S100, acquiring attribute information of the task to be processed.
The task to be processed in this embodiment is a financial bill to be reimbursed, and the attribute information of the financial bill includes financial organization, bill type, business type, and amount of money to be reimbursed written on the financial bill. As shown in fig. 2, the financial organization is the organization of the unit where the account payers are located, such as the Chinese longevity. The document type may be a daily fee reimbursement document and the service type may be an office fee.
And S200, distributing the tasks to be processed to corresponding target groups according to the attribute information.
The embodiment includes two allocation modes, the first allocation mode: when the financial bill is completely filled with the financial organization, the bill type and the service type, distributing the to-be-processed financial bill according to the set rule; the second distribution mode: and distributing the items to different groups according to the completeness of the three items of the financial organization, the bill type and the business type on the financial bill.
The first dispensing formula includes steps S201 and S202 as follows:
s201, when the financial organization, the bill type and the business type are completely filled in the to-be-processed financial bill, obtaining an organization code corresponding to the financial organization, a bill code corresponding to the bill type and a business code corresponding to the business type according to the financial organization, the bill type and the business type.
S202, distributing the to-be-processed financial bill to a corresponding target group according to the organization code, the receipt code and the business code.
For example, a financial bill a has chinese life (financial organization) (corresponding organization code GS1), daily charge reimbursement (bill type) (corresponding bill code a01), office charge (business type) (corresponding business code B01), group 1 can process the code (GS1, a01, B01), and group 1 can process the code (GS2, a02, B02) bills.
Since group 1 has the same code as financial bill A, financial bill A is assigned to group 1 processing.
If group 2 can also handle codes (GS1, a01, B01) and (GS3, a03, B03), since both group 1 and group 2 have the same code as financial bill a, it is possible to choose whether financial bill a is assigned to group 1 or group 2 based on the code of group 1 and group 2 themselves. For example, group 1 itself is encoded as Z01, group 1 itself is encoded as Z02, and financial bill a is assigned to group 1 in the order Z01 and Z02.
The second dispensing formula includes steps S203 and S204 as follows:
s203, according to the target group, obtaining a target first group, a target second group, a target third group and a target fourth group covered by the target group.
Before the tasks are distributed, the groups are grouped, different groups process different financial bills, and the processing speed can be improved.
And S204, when the financial organization, the bill type and the business type are completely filled in the to-be-processed financial bill, distributing the to-be-processed financial bill to a target first group.
Or, assigning the pending financial bill to a target second group when one of the financial organization, the bill type, and the transaction type is absent from the pending financial bill.
Or, assigning the pending financial bill to a target third group when two of the financial organization, the bill type, and the transaction type are absent from the pending financial bill.
Or, when the financial organization, the document type and the business type are not filled out on the pending financial bill, assigning the pending financial bill to a target fourth group.
Even if the financial organization, the bill type and the business type on the financial bill are lost, the expense is also required to be paid. However, the financial organization, the bill type and the business type of each financial bill are different in missing degree, the workload required for manual verification is different, and further the required staff is different. Therefore, financial bills with different missing degrees are distributed to corresponding groups, and the groups are configured with corresponding numbers of workers, so that the personnel configuration can be optimized, and the speed of processing reimbursement financial bills is increased.
S300, according to the information of the holder corresponding to the tasks to be processed, priority ranking is carried out on the tasks to be processed which are distributed to the target group, and the ranked tasks to be processed are obtained.
After the to-be-processed financial bills are allocated to the target groups through step S200, step S300 is to prioritize the to-be-processed bills allocated to the same target group. The embodiment comprises two priority ordering modes, wherein the first mode is the priority ordering for financial bill reimbursement only according to holder information, the second mode is the priority ordering for considering the combination of the holder information, financial organization, bill type, service type and bill amount, and the first priority ordering mode comprises the following steps S301, S302 and S303:
s301, acquiring historical financial bills.
S302, obtaining a credit score of the holder in the holder information according to the matching degree of the amount in the historical financial bill and the actual amount corresponding to the historical financial bill.
For example, if the reimburser (holder of financial bill to be processed) has a financial bill to be reimbursed, then he will look up the financial bill previously reimbursed by reimburser R (historical financial bill), the closer the reimbursement amount on the historical financial bill is to the actual amount, the higher the holder credit score, and conversely, the lower the holder credit score.
S303, carrying out priority sequencing on the tasks to be processed distributed to the target group according to the credit value of the holder and the amount on the financial bill to be processed to obtain the tasks to be processed after sequencing.
In this embodiment, the to-be-processed financial bills are prioritized according to the credit score of the holder of the to-be-processed financial bill and the amount of money to be reimbursed on the to-be-processed financial bill, and the larger the credit score is, the higher the priority of the to-be-processed financial bill is.
The second prioritization scheme includes the following steps S304 and S305:
s304, obtaining a priority rule formed by the financial organization, the bill type, the business type, the holder information and the bill amount corresponding to the sample financial bill.
The priority rule is defined in advance (for example, the administrator in fig. 6 has right to define priority), which corresponds to that the five types of data of financial organization, document type, service type, holder information and bill amount correspond to different priorities in a defined database, for example, the database defines five types of data of the financial organization, document type, service type, holder information and bill amount in the sequence from high to low, namely y1, y2, y3..
S305, according to the financial organization, the bill type, the business type, the holder information, the bill amount and the priority rule of the financial bill to be processed, performing priority sequencing on the financial bill to be processed allocated to the target group to obtain the financial bill to be processed after sequencing.
For example, the financial bills A and B to be processed are compared with the financial organization, the bill type, the business type, the holder information and the bill amount in y1, y2 and y3.. yn respectively, and the financial bills A to be processed are matched with the y2 after comparison; and comparing the financial organization, the bill type, the business type, the holder information and the bill amount on the financial bill B to be processed with the financial organization, the bill type, the business type, the holder information and the bill amount in y1, y2 and y3..
S400, processing the sequenced tasks to be processed through the target group.
Having allocated the respective pending financial bills to the respective groups through steps S200 and S300, the plurality of pending financial bills in the respective groups are also prioritized, followed by scheduling which persons in the groups process the ranked pending financial bills.
The step S400 includes the following steps S401, S402, S403, S404:
s401, obtaining each member contained in the target group according to the target group.
S402, obtaining the distributed task amount of each member according to each member.
And S403, obtaining target members of all the members according to the distributed task amount of each member.
The task to be processed is preferentially distributed to the members with less distributed tasks, and the task to be processed can also be preferentially distributed to the members in the working state.
S404, processing the sequenced tasks to be processed through the target member.
In the embodiment, steps S100 to S400 are to automatically allocate the to-be-processed financial bills to the respective group members to achieve rapid processing of the respective financial bills, and the specific process is as shown in fig. 3 and 4. The pending financial bill can be distributed to the operator (group member) as shown in fig. 7 through steps S100 to S400.
In order to facilitate the handling of some special financial bills, the pending financial bills may be distributed by a manual intervention method, as shown in fig. 5, in which the master is responsible for distributing the pending financial bills to the group, and the central responsible person and the department responsible person distribute the pending financial bills distributed to the group members in the group.
In summary, the invention allocates the tasks to be processed with different attribute information to different target groups, so that different target groups can process the tasks to be processed with great pertinence, thereby improving the processing speed of the tasks to be processed. In the process of processing the tasks to be processed of different holders, the information amount required to be checked is different, so the invention carries out priority ranking on the tasks to be processed distributed in the target group according to the holder information, preferentially processes the tasks to be processed with high priority, can reduce the backlog of the tasks, and further improves the speed of processing all the tasks to be processed.
