All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
It should be noted that the terms "comprises" and "comprising," and any variations thereof, in the description and claims of the present invention and the above-described drawings, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, system, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of steps or elements is not necessarily limited to those steps or elements expressly listed, but may include other steps or elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus.
Example one
Fig. 1 is a flowchart provided in an embodiment of the present invention, where the embodiment is applicable to a scenario in which a company configures a portable terminal computer for an employee to facilitate the use of the employee. The device can be configured in the portable terminal, and the method specifically comprises the following steps:
and S110, when the portable terminal is detected to be started, acquiring a real-time position and sending the real-time position to a server.
The portable terminal can be a notebook computer or a tablet computer, and the real-time position can be the positioning of the portable terminal at the starting time.
Specifically, a program for detecting whether the portable terminal is started up or not is preset in the portable terminal computer. When the portable terminal is detected to be started, another preset program can be called to acquire the real-time position of the portable terminal computer, and the acquired position information is sent to the server.
In an exemplary embodiment, the present invention sends the location information of the portable terminal at each time of booting to the server, where the server stores the location information of the portable terminal computer at each time of booting, and when an employee takes the portable terminal computer away from a company, the server stores a record of the location information of the portable terminal computer used after booting. The company management and control personnel can obtain the position information of each portable terminal computer by calling server resources, so that the portable terminals are managed and controlled in batches. When an employee borrows the portable terminal for others or the portable terminal is lost, the portable terminal computer can be quickly determined by reading the starting position record in the server.
S120, when detecting that the portable terminal has the software to be installed, judging whether the software to be installed is in a blacklist list preset by the system, and if so, prohibiting the installation of the software to be installed.
The software to be installed may be any application to be installed, and the software to be installed in the blacklist may be software prohibited from being installed on the portable terminal.
Specifically, when it is detected that a program for installing an application is called, the application for installing the program may be acquired as software to be installed. The application source in the blacklist list is not specifically limited, and the application source can be uniformly set when the portable terminal leaves a factory, and can also be set or modified by a system administrator in the background.
For example, the software to be installed in the blacklist may be an application that may violate legal terms or company properties after installation, such as: the military requirement manufacturing company or the chip design company can not install live video software which can cause leakage and the like. The software to be installed in the blacklist may also be an application set by the system administrator to prevent the employee from doing entertainment activities during their working hours, for example: music applications, movie applications, game applications, and the like. Further, the system administrator may set different blacklists for different specific time periods. In the invention, when detecting that a program of an application to be installed is called, the application to be installed of the program is acquired as software to be installed, another program is called to compare the application information of the application to be installed and the application information of the applications in a blacklist list one by one, and the application information may include: package name, application name, icon, version number, its open application entry and service, etc.
S130, recording the use frequency of the portable terminal, and locking the portable terminal until a system administrator unlocks when the use frequency is detected to be lower than the preset lowest use frequency.
The use frequency may be a power-on frequency of the portable terminal, and the locking may be an operation that disables the portable terminal to be powered on.
Specifically, when it is detected that the frequency of use of a certain portable terminal is lower than the preset minimum frequency of use, it is possible to obtain that the portable terminal is not frequently used, and it may be a spare portable terminal that has not been assigned to a specific employee or a portable terminal that has been used by a leave employee.
For example, the present invention supervises the use frequency of the portable terminal configured by the company, locks the portable terminal with the use frequency lower than the preset minimum use frequency, and the locked portable terminal cannot perform the power-on operation, so that the system administrator can unlock the portable terminal from the background. The invention realizes the batch management and control of the portable terminals configured by the company by executing the locking operation on the portable terminals which are not frequently used.
And S140, when the remote control instruction sent by the server is detected, automatically receiving the remote control instruction, and operating the portable terminal according to the remote control instruction.
Wherein the remote control instruction may include: a shutdown instruction and/or a pop-up message instruction.
Specifically, when the portable terminal detects a remote control instruction transmitted from the server, an operation of receiving and recognizing the remote control instruction by a program of the portable terminal may be called, and then another program may be called to execute the recognized instruction content.
For example, when the server detects that a certain portable terminal is in a state of insufficient power within a preset time period, or the portable terminal is turned on for a long time but has no operation, the server may force the portable terminal to turn off by sending a power-off command. When the manager has a need to notify the employee, the server may transmit a pop-up message instruction to the portable terminal. Optionally, the server may send the pop-up message instruction to a certain portable terminal, may send the pop-up message instruction to portable terminals of a certain department in batch, and may set, by a background administrator, which portable terminals send the pop-up message instruction. The background administrator can distinguish the portable terminals by the device information of each portable terminal, and the device information may include: name, manufacturer, model, operation state, and frequent user of the portable terminal.
The technical scheme of this embodiment, through with positioning information real-time transmission to the server when portable terminal starts, prohibit the portable terminal installation to be in the software on the blacklist, lock it when portable terminal frequency of use is less than and predetermine minimum frequency of use, and can remote operation portable terminal, the technical problem of prior art to portable terminal computer management and control not enough has been solved, the risk of virus and software invasion by rascal in the portable terminal computer is connecting the extranet use in-process has been reduced, can assist the location to find back equipment under the condition that portable terminal equipment loses, the technological effect of better improvement information operation and maintenance management and control efficiency has been realized.
Example two
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a method provided in a second embodiment of the present invention, which is further optimized based on the foregoing embodiments, and adds features of "sending a real-time location of a portable terminal to a server every preset time period", "positioning mode of the portable terminal", and "performing forced shutdown when a disable function is detected", and specifically includes the following steps:
s210, when the portable terminal is detected to be started, acquiring a real-time position and sending the real-time position to a server, and acquiring equipment information of the portable terminal and sending the equipment information to the server.
Wherein the device information may include at least one of: name, manufacturer, model and operating state of the portable terminal.
Specifically, the real-time position and the equipment information of the portable terminals are sent to the server, and each portable terminal and the corresponding position information are stored in the server, so that the batch management of all the portable terminals can be accurately and efficiently realized, and the position state of each portable terminal can be detected in a targeted manner.
S220, repeating the step of acquiring the real-time position and sending the real-time position to a server every other preset time length;
on the basis of the above technical solution, optionally, the manner of acquiring the real-time location of the portable terminal in the present invention may include: detecting the portable terminal and judging whether the portable terminal contains a GPS chip; if so, acquiring the real-time position through a GPS positioning technology; and if not, acquiring the real-time position through a WIFI real-time positioning technology.
For example, when the portable terminal is powered on and started, the portable terminal in the invention can send real-time position and equipment information to the server, the server records the power-on position information corresponding to each portable terminal, and then the step of sending the position information and the equipment information can be repeated every preset time length. It should be noted that the GPS positioning technology can be performed regardless of whether the portable terminal is networked, and the present invention preferentially uses the GPS positioning technology for positioning the portable terminal, and can ensure that the portable terminal can perform real-time positioning and send position information to the server regardless of whether the portable terminal is networked, so that the server can store all the movement trajectory information of the portable terminal after being powered on each time. When the portable terminal is not provided with the GPS chip, the position of the portable terminal can be acquired only by a WIFI real-time positioning technology which can be only applied to the portable terminal in a networking state, and in addition, the position information of the portable terminal can be acquired by the base station positioning.
On the basis of the foregoing embodiment, optionally, when a second setting instruction or a second adjusting instruction of the system administrator on the preset time duration is detected, the preset time duration is updated according to the second setting instruction or the second adjusting instruction on the preset time duration.
The system administrator is an administrator who supervises the portable terminals in batches in the background.
Specifically, the server of the present invention may store the device information of each portable terminal and the corresponding track information after each startup, and the portable terminal equipped with the GPS chip may also store the track information at any time in the server. The preset time duration can be preset by a system administrator, the system administrator can adjust the preset time duration according to the population flow of the use position of the portable terminal, and the preset time durations of different devices can be set differently according to different device information.
Illustratively, when the portable terminal detects a second setting instruction or a second adjusting instruction sent by the server, the portable terminal automatically receives and identifies the instruction content, and then automatically adjusts the preset duration according to the instruction content. According to the invention, the position information is repeatedly sent to the server every preset time, so that the effect of managing the portable terminals in batches is realized, the condition that the portable terminals are forgotten or even lost is avoided, the track information corresponding to the lost equipment can be obtained at the first time even if the portable terminals are lost, the property of a company is efficiently protected, and the method is simple and easy to implement.
And S230, when the portable terminal is detected to have the software to be installed, judging whether the software to be installed is in a blacklist list preset by the system, and if so, prohibiting the installation of the software to be installed.
Optionally, when detecting that a system administrator updates the blacklist according to the first setting instruction, the first adding instruction, the first deleting instruction, or the first replacing instruction of the blacklist, the system administrator updates the blacklist according to the first setting instruction, the first adding instruction, the first deleting instruction, or the first replacing instruction of the blacklist.
The blacklist list is preset by a manager for batch supervision of the portable terminal in the background.
Specifically, the system administrator sends a preset addition instruction, a preset deletion instruction, and a preset replacement instruction through the server to set or change the blacklist of the portable terminal in batch, and the batch set object can be set by the system administrator according to the device information. The invention can be set by a system administrator according to the equipment information, such as the following portable equipment which changes the blacklist list each time: the method can be realized by batch management according to the portable terminals used by different department personnel, and can also be realized by inputting the equipment information of the portable terminal to be set by a system administrator under a preset catalogue. The input device information category may be set by the portable terminal when the portable terminal leaves a factory, or may be modified by a system administrator in a directory specified by the server.
Illustratively, when detecting that the portable terminal is about to install software, the invention compares the relevant information of the software with installation and blacklist software, and if the software to be installed is in the blacklist, the installation behavior of the software to be installed is prohibited. The blacklist list in the present invention may be set for the portable terminal to leave the factory, or may be set in batch by the system administrator according to the device information, for example: add, delete, and replace, etc.
S240, recording the use frequency of the portable terminal, and locking the portable terminal until a system administrator unlocks when the use frequency is detected to be lower than a preset lowest use frequency.
The frequency of use of the portable terminal may be a power-on frequency of the portable terminal, and the locking may be to disable the power-on operation of the portable terminal.
Specifically, whether a certain portable terminal is frequently used or not can be easily obtained by monitoring the starting frequency of the portable terminal. When the portable terminal with the starting frequency lower than the preset lowest use frequency is detected, the equipment information of the portable terminal with the lower starting frequency is inquired, and the portable terminal which is not frequently used is determined and locked according to the equipment information, so that the batch management and control of the starting authority of the device which is not frequently used are realized, and the batch distribution and management of the public portable terminal are facilitated.
And S250, when the remote control command sent by the server is detected, automatically receiving the remote control command, and operating the portable terminal according to the remote control command.
Wherein the remote control instruction comprises at least one of: a shutdown instruction and a pop-up message instruction.
Specifically, the portable terminal and the server in the invention are preset with a remote control instruction, the remote control instruction can be set and modified for the first time by a system administrator, and the server distinguishes and sends the instruction through the equipment information of the portable terminal. When the portable terminal receives the remote control command sent by the server, the portable terminal automatically receives the command and executes the command content on the portable terminal according to a preset mode.
For example, when an enterprise provides a portable terminal as an office tool for employees, the device information of the portable terminal may be recorded in a server background list, and the server background list may be stored in a manner of being divided according to department categories or device information categories. Then, the system manager can select the portable terminal to send the remote control command according to different requirements according to the equipment information. When receiving the remote control command sent by the server, the portable terminal can automatically receive and execute the content of the remote control command.
And S260, controlling the portable terminal to be forcibly powered off when the operation of forbidding the portable terminal management and control program is detected.
Wherein the operation of disabling the portable terminal management program includes at least one of: and closing the process of the portable terminal management and control program, and manually closing the portable terminal management and control program by a user.
Specifically, when the operation of disabling the portable terminal management and control method in the present invention is detected, the portable terminal cannot be under the management and control of the server, that is, the security of the body of the portable terminal may be damaged, and the privacy security of the user corresponding to the portable terminal may not be guaranteed, so that a preset program is called to control the portable terminal to perform forced shutdown. The shutdown forbidding means ensures that all portable terminals are always under the supervision of the server, increases the executive performance of the functions of managing and controlling the use positions, application installation, use frequency and the like of the portable terminals, and realizes safe and efficient batch management of the portable terminals.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment, the position information is sent to the server when the portable terminal is started, and the position information is sent to the server continuously at regular time, so that the use safety of the portable terminal is ensured, the situation that employees forget or lose the portable terminal accidentally in the use process is avoided, meanwhile, the portable terminal also has the functions of application installation management and control, use frequency management and control and the like, the safety of the employee and enterprise privacy information is ensured, and meanwhile, the efficient batch management and control of the public portable terminal are realized.
