Abstract
The invention provides a light source enhancing device of an oil emission spectrometer, wherein light emitted by a light source of the oil emission spectrometer is converged at an incident slit of a light splitting unit through a condenser, a reflector is arranged on one side of the light source opposite to the incident slit, the reflector, the light source and the condenser are positioned on a straight line, and the focal length of the reflector is half of the distance between the reflector and the light source, so that the light emitted by the light source is converged at the position of the light source after being reflected by the reflector. The invention can make the light of the light source opposite to the side of the condenser converge at the position of the light source after being reflected by the reflector, thereby reinforcing the energy of the light source.

Because the light source 1 of the oil emission spectrometer can generate oil mist while emitting light, the oil mist is easy to be stained on one side of the reflector 4 facing the light source 1, the reflection efficiency is influenced, frequent wiping is needed, the mirror surface is easy to be damaged in the wiping process, and the reflection efficiency is permanently reduced. For this purpose, the side of the reflector 4 close to the light source 1 is a lens structure 41, and the side of the lens structure 41 opposite to the light source 1 is coated with a reflective film 42 (i.e. coated with an internal reflective film 42). In this way, when the oil mist generated by the light source 1 is contaminated on the reflector 4, only the lens structure 41 is contaminated, the lens structure 41 can be cleaned by wiping without worry, and the reflective film 42 is not damaged, so that the service life of the reflector 4 is long.
