As the water level in the main basin 8 decreases, the rotational speed of the water flow formed by the spiral gradually-decreasing type diversion table 5 and the spiral diversion plate 6 decreases, so that the rotational strength and flow rate of the water flow reaching the basin also decrease. Thus, the water pump can automatically adjust the flow. When the water level drops to the bottom, the flow is minimal.
Due to the rotation effect of the water flow and the water inflow around the suction inlet of the water pump, a certain negative pressure area is generated in the center, so that an anti-fouling boss 7 is arranged in the center of the basin bottom, sludge accumulation in the center position can be avoided, and the suction range of the water pump can be effectively enlarged.
