During the assembly, the two ends of the crushing device 4 are connected with the front end 1 and the rear end 2 respectively, then the two ends of the telescopic piece 5 are connected with the front end 1 and the rear end 2 respectively, then the front end 1 and the rear end 2 are sleeved on the main rod 31, and then the front locking section 321 and the rear locking section 322 are installed at the two ends of the main rod 31 respectively, so that the front end 1 and the rear end 2 are limited between the front locking section 321 and the rear locking section 322, and the assembly of the reaming bit 200 is completed. Then, the drilling machine 7 is started to drive the drill rod 6 and the reaming bit 200 to rotate, and the reaming bit 200 can rotate to generate centrifugal force so as to break the balance state between the first wing rod 412 and the second wing rod 413, so that the first wing rod 412 and the second wing rod 413 form a certain angle and expand outwards under the action of the centrifugal force; under the combined action of the pulling force of extensible member 5 and the centrifugal force of the rotatory production of reamer bit 200, distance between front end 1 and the back end 2 reduces, angle between first wing pole 412 and the second wing pole 413 diminishes, the automatic reducing of reamer bit 200 has been realized, make breaker 4 can contact and clear up the defect position with the defect position, because the impact toughness of the normal position of pile foundation is greater than the impact toughness of defect position, when breaker 4 contacts the normal position, the impact force that breaker 4 produced is less than the impact toughness of pile foundation normal position, make breaker 4 can't clear up the normal position of pile foundation, then breaker 4 prolongs 3 downstream or the rebound of axostylus axostyle, avoid breaker 4 wearing and tearing on the one hand, in order to reduce the clearance cost, on the other hand has improved reamer bit 200's work efficiency. That is, the impact force generated by the reamer bit 200 is greater than the impact toughness of the defective portion of the pile foundation and less than the impact toughness of the normal portion of the pile foundation, the impact force is the maximum force that the reamer bit 200 can generate during the rotation process, and the impact toughness is the ability of the material to resist damage under the action of the impact force.
Finally, after the defective portion is cleaned, the drilling machine 7 stops rotating, and is pulled upwards to take out the reamer bit 200 from the hole, and in the pulling process, the outer side of the crushing device 4 is in sliding abutting contact with the wall of the defective portion, so that the angle between the first wing rod 412 and the second wing rod 413 is increased, the distance between the front end head 1 and the rear end head 2 is increased, and the telescopic piece 5 is further stretched, so that the crushing device 4 can penetrate through the hole in the pile foundation and be taken out.

Claims (10)

1. A reamer bit for use in treating a pile defect, the reamer bit comprising: a shaft lever;
the front end head is sleeved on the shaft rod and can synchronously rotate with the shaft rod, and the front end head can move up and down relative to the shaft rod;
the rear end is sleeved on the shaft rod and can synchronously rotate with the shaft rod, and the rear end can move up and down relative to the shaft rod;
one end of the crushing device is rotationally connected with the front end head, and the other end of the crushing device is rotationally connected with the rear end head;
the telescopic piece is connected with the front end head at one end and the rear end head at the other end so as to reduce the distance between the front end head and the rear end head in a natural state, and the telescopic piece and the crushing device are arranged at intervals;
the shaft rod is provided with a locking joint which can be abutted against the front end and/or the rear end so as to limit the moving position of the front end and/or the rear end, and the length of the shaft rod is not less than the maximum distance between the front end and the rear end.
2. The reamer bit of claim 1, wherein: the lock section comprises a front lock section and a rear lock section which are respectively arranged at two ends of the shaft rod, the front end can be abutted against the front lock section, and the rear end can be abutted against the rear lock section.

The reaming assembly of claim 8, wherein: the reaming assembly comprises a balancing device, the balancing device comprises a rear drilling barrel and a front drilling barrel, one end of the rear drilling barrel is connected with the drill rod, the other end of the rear drilling barrel is connected with the rear end, an accommodating cavity is formed between the rear end and the rear drilling barrel, at least part of the shaft rod is accommodated in the accommodating cavity, and the front drilling barrel is connected with one end, far away from the rear drilling barrel, of the shaft rod.
