When the wine is judged to be primary base wine, the control valve 22 on the branch pipeline 25 on the left side of the control pipeline 6 is opened, and the base wine flowing into the base wine receiver 5 from the wine receiving funnel 8 continuously flows into the wine receiving tank.
The receiving drinker continuously observes the hop and the intermittent tasting, and when the second-level base wine is judged, closes the left control valve 22 and opens the right control valve 22, so that the flowing wine flows out from the other branch pipeline 25 to the other receiving tank.
When the alcohol degree of the flowing wine is judged to be lower than a certain degree (for example, about 50 vol), the liquid flowing out is the tail wine. The control unit is instructed by an input unit such as a button, and a control system of the control unit controls the driving unit 14 to drive the switching mechanism to rotate, and the switching is performed to the tail liquor receiving position at the moment, or the switching mechanism can be directly rotated manually to be switched to the tail liquor receiving position. Then the outlet of the condenser wine outlet 4 is in butt joint with a tail wine grading receiving cup 15, flows into the tail wine grading receiving groove 10, and flows into a tail wine receiving device through a tail wine collecting pipeline 12.
When the running wine is lower than the tail wine collecting range, the driving unit 14 or the manual switching mechanism is rotated to be switched to a tail water receiving position, at the moment, the outlet of the condenser wine outlet 4 is in butt joint with the tail water graded wine receiving cup 16, then flows into the tail water graded wine receiving groove 11, and then flows into the tail water collecting pipeline system through the tail water collecting pipeline 13.

A switchable wine receiving device is characterized in that: comprises a base (1), a condenser wine outlet (4), a base wine receiver (5), a tail wine grading receiving groove (10) and a tail water grading receiving groove (11) are arranged on the base (1), the tail wine grading connecting groove (10) and the tail water grading connecting groove (11) are respectively connected with a tail wine collecting pipeline (12) and a tail water collecting pipeline (13), the wine outlet of the base wine receiver (5) is connected with a control pipeline (6), the control pipeline (6) at least comprises two branch pipelines (25), the branch pipelines (25) are provided with control valves (22), a base wine receiving device (7) is arranged below the outlet of the branch pipeline (25), the base (1) is provided with a switching mechanism for controlling the butt joint of the condenser wine outlet (4) and the base wine receiving device (5), the tail wine grading receiving groove (10) or the tail water grading receiving groove (11) respectively.

The switchable wine receiving device of claim 1, wherein: the switching mechanism comprises a driving unit (14), a rotating frame, a tail wine grading receiving cup (15) and a tail water grading receiving cup (16), the driving unit (14) is arranged on the base (1), the driving unit (14) controls the rotating frame to rotate, the tail wine grading receiving cup (15) and the tail water grading receiving cup (16) are fixedly arranged on the rotating frame, the rotating frame rotates to enable the tail wine grading receiving cup (15) or the tail water grading receiving cup (16) to be in butt joint with a condenser wine outlet (4), and the tail wine grading receiving cup (15) and the tail water grading receiving cup (16) are respectively provided with a first wine outlet pipeline (23) and a second wine outlet pipeline (24) which are in butt joint with the tail wine grading receiving groove (10) and the tail water grading receiving groove (11).

The switchable wine receiving device of claim 2, wherein: when the switching mechanism switches the tail wine grading receiving cup (15) or the tail water grading receiving cup (16) to be in butt joint with the condenser wine outlet (4), the first wine outlet pipeline (23) is always positioned above the tail wine grading receiving groove (10) and the second wine outlet pipeline (24) is always positioned above the tail water grading receiving groove (11).

The switchable wine receiving device of claim 2, wherein: the rotating frame comprises a rotating shaft (17), a first outer connecting rod (18), a second outer connecting rod (19) and a mounting frame (20), the rotating shaft (17) is in driving connection with the driving unit (14), the first outer connecting rod (18) is fixedly arranged on the side wall of the rotating shaft (17), the first outer side connecting rod (18) extends towards the direction far away from one side of the condenser wine outlet (4), the second outer connecting rod (19) is fixedly arranged at one end of the first outer connecting rod (18) far away from the rotating shaft (17), and a distance is kept between the second outer connecting rod (19) and the condenser wine outlet (4), the second outer connecting rod (19) extends downwards, the mounting rack (20) is fixedly arranged at one end of the second outer connecting rod (19) far away from the first outer connecting rod (18), the tail wine grading receiving cup (15) and the tail water grading receiving cup (16) are fixedly arranged on the mounting rack (20).
