Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of loading mechanical equipment, in particular to bulk material loading equipment, and more particularly relates to a bulk material loading system and a loading method.
Background
Bulk materials generally refer to a large number of unpackaged bulk, granular, or powdery materials (bulk materials for short), such as coal, gravel, grains, feed, cement, etc.
The current mainstream solution to bulk cargo loading does: the equipment such as a loading building, a feeder, a bulk loader, a belt conveyor and the like are utilized for loading. Because the unloading point of the bulk material is fixed in the mode, in order to monitor the loading amount in the loading process, personnel are required to control the starting and stopping of equipment such as a feeder, a belt conveyor, a bulk machine and the like; in order to charge the vehicle evenly, the driver is also required to control the position of the vehicle to accommodate the charging position. In the charging process of the mode, the personnel participation degree is higher, and the full automation of the charging can not be realized.
In recent two years, some enterprises begin to consider further improving the automation degree of bulk material loading, and a movable conveyor belt is adopted for bulk material loading, for example, patent CN208120299U applied in 2018 by Zhongyuedi engineering technology corporation provides a rapid automobile loading system, wherein a technical scheme that a conveyor belt is arranged on a high-position rail is adopted, in the loading process, bulk materials firstly reach a horizontal conveyor belt, then the horizontal conveyor belt conveys the materials to a head chute, the materials enter a carriage through the head chute, and after the materials at the front end of the carriage reach a certain height, the horizontal conveyor belt is controlled to move towards the tail part of the carriage along the high-position rail, so that the loading process is completed.
Although the scheme proposed by Zhongzhu Saidi engineering technology corporation further improves the automation degree of loading and reduces the manual participation in the loading process compared with the mainstream solution, a new technical problem is introduced. In order to ensure the uniformity of the distribution of the bulk materials in the carriage, the moving stroke of the horizontal conveyor belt on the high-level track is required to be greater than or equal to the length of the carriage, so that the length of the high-level track is required to be greater than or equal to the length of one carriage plus the length of one horizontal conveyor belt. On one hand, the high-level track of the loading system needs to occupy larger space for construction, is inconvenient to arrange in certain small-space environments, and has lower space utilization rate; on the other hand, because such a high-level rail usually adopts a heavy rail, the longer the rail length is, the larger the required support frame for fixing the rail is, and thus, this method brings higher equipment cost and installation cost. How to reduce the occupied space of equipment and reduce the installation cost of the equipment while improving the automation of bulk cargo loading is a technical problem to be solved urgently at present.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is further described in detail by embodiments with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and do not limit the invention.
The embodiment of the invention provides a bulk material loading system which comprises a mobile material conveying assembly 1 butted with a discharge port of a storage device, wherein the two ends of the mobile material conveying assembly 1 along the traveling direction are respectively provided with a discharging device 2, and the mobile material conveying assembly 1 is provided with a driving device for changing the material conveying direction of the mobile material conveying assembly so as to convey materials to the discharging device 2 at any end.
When the system is used for loading bulk materials, the bulk materials are conveyed from the material storage container to the mobile material conveying assembly 1 through the material outlet of the material storage container. Remove material conveying subassembly 1 and set up on high-order support frame or supporting beam, the motion that removes material conveying subassembly 1 includes two parts, and the first part is the reciprocating motion that whole edge support frame or supporting beam go on, and the second part is for conveying the arbitrary one end in its self both ends with the mode of translation with the bulk cargo. Both ends of the movable material conveying assembly 1 are provided with blanking devices 2, and the blanking devices 2 are used for receiving bulk materials conveyed by the movable material conveying assembly 1 and sending the bulk materials into a carriage. The moving material conveying assembly 1 in the system can be a conveying belt 13 which can move under the driving of a power mechanism, and can also be other structures which can realize the same function.
When the length of the carriage is larger than 1/2 of the movable path of the movable material conveying assembly 1, the carriage can be loaded by the blanking device 2 at one end, and when the blanking device 2 reaches the 1/2 position of the movable path of the movable material conveying assembly 1, the end, which does not participate in material conveying, of the movable material conveying assembly 1 is aligned with the end, which is not loaded with bulk materials, of the vehicle to be loaded. And at the moment, the blanking device 2 at the other end is aligned with one end of the carriage which is not loaded with the bulk materials, the mobile material conveying assembly 1 is controlled to convey the bulk materials to the blanking device 2, and the bulk materials are continuously, slowly or step-by-step moved to one end of the carriage which is loaded with the bulk materials in the bulk material conveying process until the loading is finished.
This loading system sets up unloader 2 respectively through the both ends at removal material transfer subassembly 1 to the mode of the bulk cargo direction of transfer that removes material transfer subassembly 1 is switched, when loading to longer carriage very much, builds the occupation space that this kind of loading system can effectively save equipment. For example, if a prior art rapid car loading system provided by Zhongzhu Saidi engineering, inc. is used, the length of the support frame or beam required to move the material transfer unit 1 is at least as long as;
(a represents the car length and b represents the length of the mobile material transfer unit 1 itself)
And in order to ensure that the mobile material transfer assembly 1 can also receive bulk material from the discharge opening of the storage container when in the extreme positions at both ends, b must also satisfy:
based on the above-mentioned relationship, it is finally possible to determineMust satisfy(ii) a I.e. it must be satisfied that the length of the supporting frame or supporting beam is greater than or equal to twice the length of the car. And the vehicle that is used for long-distance transport bulk cargo is heavy big wooden handcart usually, and the length of car can reach about 17 meters, if adopt the quick auto loading system that smelt the engineering technology of china and cydy limited company provided, then the length of support frame or a supporting beam need reach more than 34 meters at least, and occupation space is great, and construction cost is also higher simultaneously.
If the bulk material loading system provided by the invention is adopted, because the blanking devices 2 are respectively arranged at the two ends of the movable material conveying assembly 1 in the system, the loading of the whole carriage can be realized as long as the movable path of the movable material conveying assembly 1 is equal to the length of the carriage, and under the condition that the length of the vehicle to be loaded is also 17, the length of the supporting frame or the supporting beam in the technical scheme only needs to reach 17 meters. Compared with the prior art, the occupied space of the equipment can be obviously reduced, and the construction cost of the loading equipment is reduced.
According to one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, in the embodiment, the mobile material conveying assembly 1 includes a traveling frame 11 with traveling wheels 12 at the bottom, and a conveyor belt 13 mounted on the traveling frame 11, and the two ends of the conveyor belt 13 are respectively provided with the blanking devices 2.
In order to ensure the continuity of bulk material transportation, the present embodiment uses the conveyor belt 13 to transport the carrier of the bulk material, and then the traveling frame 11 with the traveling wheels 12 arranged at the bottom thereof drives the body of the conveyor belt 13 to reciprocate on the support frame or the support beam. In this embodiment, the traveling frame 11 is further provided with a motor for driving the traveling wheels 12, and the traveling wheels 12 are rotated by controlling the motor to realize self-traveling of the traveling frame 11 on the support frame or the support beam. In order to prevent the traveling frame 11 from rushing out of the supporting frame or the supporting beam, a travel switch can be arranged at a corresponding limit position, when the traveling frame 11 reaches the limit position, the traveling frame touches the travel switch to automatically stop, and certainly, the motor driving the traveling wheels 12 can be controlled by a PLC (programmable logic controller) or a single chip microcomputer and other equipment so as to improve the accuracy and the safety of the motion control of the traveling frame 11.
According to an embodiment of the invention, in order to ensure the smoothness of movement, a fixed track matched with the traveling wheels 12 at the bottom of the traveling frame 11 is further arranged on the supporting beam or the supporting frame, and the movement of the traveling frame 11 is restrained in the fixed track. Although the fixed track is introduced in the embodiment, the track length required by the material loading system of the device is shorter than that of the prior art, and the track length required by the material loading system is only half of that required by the prior art under the condition of loading the carriages with the same length. While optimizing the system, the installation cost of the system is also considered.
According to one embodiment of the invention, as shown in fig. 2, flexible baffles 14 are provided on both sides of the surface of the conveyor belt 13. In this embodiment, the bulk material is released from the storage container to the surface of the conveyor belt 13 through the discharge port of the storage container, specifically, the blanking valve at the discharge port of the storage container is opened to make the bulk material reach the surface of the conveyor belt 13 under the action of gravity, the flow rate of the bulk material at the discharge port is not constant every time in the process, and the change of the flow rate is not prevented to make part of the bulk material flush out of the surface of the conveyor belt 13, so that the flexible baffles 14 are arranged on both sides of the surface of the conveyor belt 13 in this embodiment, the bottoms of the flexible baffles 14 are fixed on the surface of the conveyor belt 13 and have certain elasticity, so that the flexible baffles 14 can passively change the own form at the rotary rollers at both ends of the conveyor belt 13 to ensure the normal operation of the conveyor belt 13.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the flexible baffle 14 is undulated. The wave baffle intersects in the baffle of straight type and has higher deformation space, is being more difficult to being pulled bad in the rotary drum department through conveyer belt 13 both ends, because wave flexible baffle 14 in addition, the bottom also becomes the wave with the hookup location of conveyer belt 13, area of contact is bigger, and stability is better, and the bulk cargo can be effectively shared by other parts to the pressure of outstanding arc part, is blockking that the in-process of bulk cargo is more difficult to take place deformation.
According to one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the traveling frame 11 is provided with blocking shells 15 at both ends, an inclined guide plate 16 is arranged in the blocking shells 15, and the lower end of the guide plate 16 is abutted against the blanking device 2 for providing guidance for the material from the conveyor belt 13. In the process of conveying the bulk material to the blanking device 2 by the conveyor belt 13, the bulk material actually moves in a parabolic manner after reaching the end of the conveyor belt 13, and due to irregular mutual collision and extrusion among the bulk material particles in the conveying process, the initial speeds of the parabolic movement of different bulk material particles are different, and if the bulk material is required to completely enter the blanking device 2, the feeding port of the blanking device 2 needs to be designed to be relatively large, so that the space saving and the structure design are not facilitated. In addition, if the bulk material needs to do parabolic motion, a large amount of dust can be generated at the feeding port of the blanking device 2, which is not beneficial to the physical and mental health of field operation personnel. Therefore, in this embodiment, the blocking shells 15 are disposed at both ends of the traveling frame 11, the material guiding plates 16 are disposed in the blocking shells 15, the bulk material is in contact with the material guiding plates 16 after leaving the conveyor belt 13, and is guided into the discharging device 2 by the material guiding plates 16, and most of the dust generated by the impact of the bulk material on the material guiding plates 16 is blocked in the blocking shells 15, so as to prevent the health of the operators from being affected by excessive dust at the operation site.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, 2, 3 and 4, the feeding device 2 includes a telescopic feeding tube 21 and a dust suction fan 22 communicating with an inner space of the feeding tube 21. Wherein the blanking pipe body 21 comprises a corrugated expansion pipe 212 which is butted with a carriage, and a rigid pipe 211 of the butted movable material conveying assembly 1, and the upper end of the corrugated expansion pipe 212 is coaxially fixed with the lower end of the rigid pipe 211. The blanking device 2 further comprises a winding device arranged on the outer wall surface of the rigid pipe 211, and the outer wall of the corrugated expansion pipe 212 is provided with a lifting lug 214 matched with the winding device.
The bulk cargo includes coal, grit, cereal, cement etc. at these material loading in-process, if adopt open unloading structures such as spout or chute, then produce the raise dust easily, so adopt unloading body 21 in this embodiment. The body structure can be inside the pipeline with the raise dust restraint that bulk cargo whereabouts in-process produced, if the raise dust of considering the pipeline inside again is discharged when not in time, then the raise dust is easy at the inside deposit of unloading body 21, can make the weight increase of unloading body 21 on the one hand, and on the other hand is after accomplishing the loading, and the raise dust can be slow from the upper and lower both ends diffusion to the air of unloading body 21. In order to solve this problem, the dust suction fan 22 is provided in the embodiment, and the dust suction fan 22 is connected to the inner portion of the feeding pipe 21, so that the dust suction fan 22 can absorb the flying dust generated during the falling of the bulk material, and the flying dust outlet of the dust suction fan 22 can be connected to a dust collection pipeline for collecting the flying dust. In this embodiment, the wind power of the dust collection fan 22 can be freely adjusted, and can be different for different bulk materials.
In addition, in consideration of structural integrity and compactness, and simultaneously, the blanking pipe body 21 can change along with the change of the height of bulk cargo in the carriage, the blanking pipe body 21 of the embodiment is composed of a rigid pipe 211 and a corrugated expansion pipe 212, the rigid pipe 211 and the corrugated expansion pipe 212 are coaxially butted, and the dust suction fan 22 is arranged on the rigid pipe 211 for convenient fixation. And a hoisting device is also arranged on the rigid pipe 211, specifically, a hoisting machine 213 and a plurality of fixed pulleys are arranged on the outer wall surface of the rigid pipe 211, a plurality of lifting lugs 214 are arranged around the bottom of the appearance wall of the corrugated expansion pipe 212, a steel wire rope (not shown in the figure) of the hoisting machine 213 passes through the lifting lugs 214 and the fixed pulleys, when the hoisting machine 213 starts to work and contracts the steel wire rope, the corrugated pipe contracts upwards, and when the hoisting machine 213 releases the steel wire rope, the corrugated pipe extends downwards, so that the corrugated expansion pipe 212 can expand and contract along with the height change of bulk materials in the compartment.
Further, as shown in fig. 1 to 5, the feeding tube 21 in this embodiment includes an inner tube 215 and an outer tube, an outer wall of the inner tube 215 is connected to an inner wall of the outer tube, and a plurality of pores are disposed on a wall of the inner tube 215. The pipe body formed by the rigid pipe 211 and the corrugated telescopic pipe 212 is an outer pipe body, the inner pipe body 215 is arranged inside the outer pipe body, the outer wall of the inner pipe body 215 is connected with the inner wall of the outer pipe body, and the inner pipe body 215 is also a telescopic pipe, so that when the winch 213 contracts the steel wire rope to drive the corrugated telescopic pipe 212 in the outer pipe body to contract upwards, the inner pipe body 215 also contracts upwards, and when the winch 213 releases the steel wire rope to enable the corrugated telescopic pipe 212 in the outer pipe body to extend downwards, the inner pipe body 215 also extends downwards. In this embodiment, the pipe wall of the inner pipe 215 is provided with a plurality of holes, which means that the pipe wall of the inner pipe 215 allows dust to pass through, so the inner pipe 215 may be a rigid telescopic pipe with a plurality of holes on the surface, or a flexible pipe with a dust-permeable net on the surface, or other pipes capable of achieving the same technical effect.
Preferably, the inner tube 215 in this embodiment is a stepped tube with an increasing diameter from top to bottom. Because the bulk cargo is in interior body 215, the more down motion is down in the in-process of unloading, the dispersion degree of bulk cargo is higher, and the volume of raise dust separation is bigger. Therefore, the inner pipe body 215 in this embodiment is a stepped pipe with a diameter increasing from top to bottom, and the surface of the stepped pipe can be provided with a plurality of dust-permeable holes, so as to ensure that the raised dust is separated from the bulk material in the inner pipe body 215 as much as possible. In this embodiment, the dust suction port of the blower passes through the wall of the rigid tube 211 of the outer tube body to absorb the dust diffused from the inner tube body 215.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 to 6, there is provided a loading method based on the loading system, including the steps of:
s1, driving a movable material conveying component 1 to horizontally move to enable a blanking device 2 at any end of the movable material conveying component to be aligned with the head or tail of a carriage;
s2, the mobile material conveying assembly 1 conveys the received bulk materials to the blanking devices 2 corresponding to the first direction along the first direction, and the mobile material conveying assembly 1 is controlled to move to the blanking devices 2 corresponding to the first direction along the second direction to reach a first position;
and S3, switching the material conveying direction of the movable material conveying assembly 1, so that the movable material conveying assembly 1 conveys the bulk materials to the blanking devices 2 corresponding to the second direction along the second direction, and controlling the movable material conveying assembly 1 to move to the blanking devices 2 corresponding to the second direction along the first direction to reach the first position and then complete loading.
Specifically, the loading method provided in this embodiment is implemented based on the bulk material loading system of the present invention, and the length a of the compartment of the loading method satisfies:(a represents the length of the car,indicating the length of the support frame or support beam, i.e. the length of the movable path that moves the material transfer assembly 1).
Specifically, in this embodiment, when the moving material conveying assembly 1 is aligned with the head of the carriage in S1, the first direction is the direction in which the head of the carriage is located, and the second direction is the direction in which the tail of the carriage is located; when the moving material conveying assembly 1 is aligned with the tail of the carriage in the step S1, the first direction is the direction of the tail of the carriage, and the second direction is the direction of the head of the carriage. Specifically, in this embodiment, the moving material conveying assembly 1 is controlled to move along the second direction, when the discharging device 2 on one side of the second direction moves to be aligned with one end of the carriage where the bulk material is not loaded, the discharging device 2 on one side of the first direction reaches the first position, at this time, the driving device changes the bulk material conveying direction of the moving material conveying assembly 1, so as to load the end of the carriage where the bulk material is not loaded, and after the discharging device 2 on one side of the second direction reaches the first position, the loading of the bulk material of the whole vehicle is realized.
Of course, since the blanking devices 2 are respectively arranged at the two ends of the mobile material conveying assembly 1 in the loading system, bulk materials can reach the carriage through the blanking device 2 at any end. When the length of the car is less than or equal to 1/2 of the path along which the moving material transfer assembly 1 can move, i.e. when the car is movingWhen in use, the bulk material conveying direction of the movable material conveying assembly 1 can be kept unchanged, and only the blanking device 2 at one end is used for blanking, for example, the movable material conveying assembly 1 is controlled to reach any limit position of the movable path, the head or tail of the carriage is aligned with the position, and the rest part of the carriage is positioned below the movable path. At this time, the blanking device 2 at one end of the mobile material conveying assembly 1 is located below the limit position, and the mobile material conveying assembly 1 continuously and slowly moves towards the other end of the carriage in the material conveying process or moves towards the other end of the carriage in a stepping mode until the loading is finished.
According to one embodiment of the invention; the mobile material conveying assembly 1 comprises a traveling frame 11 with traveling wheels 12 at the bottom and a conveying belt 13 carried on the traveling frame 11, the two ends of the conveying belt 13 are respectively provided with the blanking devices 2, and the blanking devices 2 are telescopic blanking pipe bodies 21. In this embodiment, the side wall of the blanking pipe 21 is provided with a sensor, such as a touch sensor or a distance sensor, for detecting wall plates at two ends (head or tail) of the carriage, so as to determine whether the blanking device 2 is aligned with the head or tail of the carriage. The unloading body 21 is scalable, and when removing the whole horizontal migration direction switching of material conveying subassembly 1, the unloader of one end is collapsible to avoid interfering with the material in the carriage section that has loaded the material, also can avoid interfering with the locomotive.
The embodiment provides a loading method based on the loading system, which comprises the following steps:
a1, driving a traveling wheel 12 to rotate, so that a traveling frame 11 drives a conveyor belt 13 and a telescopic blanking pipe body 21 to move towards the direction of a vehicle head;
a2, when a sensor on the blanking pipe body 21 located in the direction of the vehicle head detects a carriage wall plate of the vehicle head, opening a discharge port of the storage device, simultaneously driving the conveyor belt 13 to transmit bulk materials from the discharge port of the storage device to the blanking pipe body 21 located in the direction of the vehicle head, sending the bulk materials into the carriage by the blanking pipe body 21, and controlling the rotating speed of the travelling wheels 12 to enable the travelling frame 11 to slowly move towards the direction of the vehicle tail;
a3, when a sensor on the blanking pipe body 21 positioned in the tail direction detects a carriage wall plate of the tail, acquiring the position of the blanking pipe body 21 positioned in the head direction at present, defining the position as a first position, switching the transmission direction of the conveyor belt 13, transmitting bulk materials from a discharge port of the storage device to the blanking pipe body 21 in the tail direction, and controlling the rotating speed of the travelling wheels 12 to enable the travelling frame 11 to slowly move towards the head direction;
and A4, when the blanking pipe body 21 in the tail direction of the vehicle reaches the first position, closing a discharge port of the storage device, stopping driving the travelling wheels 12, stopping moving the travelling frame 11 and closing the conveyor belt 13.
In this embodiment, in A4, the conveyor belt 13 may also be closed after a delay, and the bulk material on the conveyor belt 13 to be conveyed is closed after all the bulk material enters the car.
