技术领域
本发明涉及一种酒瓶、水杯或护肤品瓶,尤其是一种聚合物基复合材料增强玻璃酒瓶或护肤品瓶,属于容器的技术领域。
背景技术
传统的酒瓶、酒壶、水杯、防卫喷雾瓶、护肤品瓶多数使用的材料为玻璃或陶瓷材质。这两种材料满足食品安全标准,往往通过了SGS的天然抑菌认证、食品级安全认证、重玻璃含量检测。这两种材料耐强酸强碱、耐氧化性,不与白酒、黄酒、红酒、护肤品发生化学反应,且析出的重玻璃含量较低。由于玻璃与陶瓷均是由SiO2(密度为2.6g/m2)制成,制品密度大,运输与储存成本高。再者,玻璃与陶瓷的弹性模量越高,韧性越低,在运输和存放的过程中,极易破碎,导致瓶内的白酒、黄酒、红酒、护肤品等溢出,造成经济损失和安全隐患。

本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种聚合物基复合材料增强玻璃酒瓶或护肤品瓶,从而克服上述现有技术的不足。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种聚合物基复合材料增强玻璃酒瓶或护肤品瓶,包括玻璃内衬层,在所述的玻璃内衬层的外侧设有聚合物基复合材料层。
作为一种优选方案,在玻璃内衬层的瓶口处还设有瓶口螺纹。
作为一种优选方案,所述的玻璃内衬层是由玻璃制成,玻璃内衬层的厚度在0.2-0.5mm之间。
作为一种优选方案,所述的聚合物基复合材料层由基材和增强材料组成,基材包括环氧树脂、乙烯基树脂、不饱和聚酯树脂、酚醛树脂、氰酸脂树脂、双马来酰胺树脂、聚砜树脂、聚醚砜树脂、聚苯硫醚树脂、聚醚酰亚胺树脂、聚醚醚酮树脂或聚碳酸脂;增强材料包括碳纤维、玻璃纤维、芳纶纤维、陶瓷纤维或高分子量聚乙烯纤维。

S4、裁剪聚合物基复合材料;
S5、将裁剪好的聚合物基复合材料铺贴到玻璃内衬层外表面,进行加温加压成型;
S6、在聚合物基复合材料层内外表面及层内预埋GPS、北斗定位芯片或产品标签或射频芯片;
S7、在聚合物基复合材料层外表面粗化、喷外涂层;
S8、在外涂层的表面,或外涂层与聚合物基复合材料层之间喷涂图案、产品说明、LOGO或二维码。
有益效果:与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:
1、传统的玻璃或陶瓷酒壶、酒瓶的产品标签和LOGO一般采用激光镭射工艺,能够被轻易仿制。本发明的酒壶、酒瓶不采用激光镭射工艺,而采用独特的高技术含量的复合材料技术,不易被仿制且仿制成本高昂,同样由于高技术门槛,使用后的空瓶不易被再次穿孔灌装。本发明的酒壶、酒瓶,防伪能力得到明显的提升,对白酒、黄酒、红酒,护肤品行业品牌的树立和保护起到积极作用。

4、本发明中可以在聚合物基复合材料层设置GPS、北斗等定位芯片,为产品提供精准定位,能够有效防丢失。或者设置防伪标识、射频芯片,对高端酒水、饮料的防伪和产品追溯等功能,避免市场流通中的造假,有效保护生产厂家及消费者的利益。也可以在聚合物基复合材料层设置产品标签等,产品标签包括塑料、玻璃、聚合物基复合材料或发光材料的个性定制铭牌、纪念标牌等。
5、本发明在聚合物基复合材料层的外侧设有外涂层,能够有效杜绝产品标签和LOGO由于长时间使用导致的磨损和刮花,提高了产品品质。
6、本发明除了用于作为盛装酒的酒壶、酒瓶,还可以适用于水杯、防卫喷雾瓶、护肤品瓶等。

下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步的说明。
具体实施方式
实施例1:如图1所示,一种聚合物基复合材料增强玻璃酒瓶或护肤品瓶,包括玻璃内衬层1,所述的玻璃内衬层1由玻璃材料制成,符合食品安全标准和SGS认证(天然抑菌、食品级安全认证、重玻璃含量检测),整个玻璃内衬层1的厚度在0.2-0.5mm之间。在玻璃内衬层1的外侧设有聚合物基复合材料层2,该聚合物基复合材料层2由4层碳纤维铺贴而成,整个聚合物基复合材料层2的厚度在0.5-2mm之间。在聚合物基复合材料层2中可以内置GPS、北斗等定位芯片,或者设置产品标签、防伪标识、射频芯片等,增强其防伪性能,便于定位、溯源。
在玻璃内衬层1的瓶口处设有瓶口螺纹3,用于与外部瓶盖接触并固定,该瓶口螺纹3由玻璃制成,可以是常见的外螺纹或者内螺纹。本例中采用外螺纹,瓶口螺纹3与玻璃内衬层1为一体结构。
上述仅为本发明的最佳实施例。所述的聚合物基复合材料层2也可以采用基材包括环氧树脂、乙烯基树脂、不饱和聚酯树脂、酚醛树脂、氰酸脂树脂、双马来酰胺树脂、聚砜树脂、聚醚砜树脂、聚苯硫醚树脂、聚醚酰亚胺树脂、聚醚醚酮树脂或聚碳酸脂;增强材料包括玻璃纤维、芳纶纤维、陶瓷纤维或高分子量聚乙烯纤维的其他聚合物基复合材料制成,可根据产品需求设置铺层方向和层数,达到想要的厚度和强度。
实施例2:本实施例与实施例1不同的地方在于:在聚合物基复合材料层2的外侧设置有外涂层,该外涂层起到隔离保护的作用,可以防止聚合物基复合材料层2中的树脂直接暴露在空气中被氧化变色,同时提高整个酒瓶的外观光洁度、提升触感和产品整体的美观度、高级感。外涂层可以采用PU类,或者PA类,或者防绒类,或者珠光类,或者油光类,或者有机硅类,或者皮膜类,或者阻燃类,或者特氟龙类涂层。整个外涂层3的厚度控制在50-200μm之间。在外涂层表面,或者外涂层与聚合物基复合材料层2之间喷涂图案、产品说明、LOGO或二维码等,适用于所有颜色。
上述聚合物基复合材料增强玻璃酒瓶或护肤品瓶的制备方法,包括以下工艺步骤:
S1、使用旋压技术对玻璃内衬层和瓶口螺纹进行加工制造;可将玻璃内衬层和瓶口螺纹一体旋压成型。
S2、对玻璃内衬层的外表面进行粗化处理;
S3、对瓶口螺纹的外表面进行涂覆脱模剂或脱模蜡处理,起到保护可剥离作用;
S4、根据酒壶、酒瓶、水杯、防卫喷雾瓶或护肤品瓶的大小尺寸,裁剪设计好相应大小尺寸的聚合物基复合材料;
S5、将裁剪好的聚合物基复合材料铺贴到玻璃内衬层的外表面,使用压制技术/真空辅助技术对其进行加温加压成型;压力在0.6-0.8Mpa/cm2,真空小于-0.09pa;成型温度根据基体特性设定但不限于60-150℃;可使用模压工艺(温度120-145℃,压力6-10mpa/cm2,时间6-30min,工艺条件根据不同基体性质不限于以上条件)、热压罐工艺(温度120-135℃,压力6-8mpa/cm2,真空值小于-0.09pa,时间90-120min工艺条件根据不同基体性质不限于以上条件)、真空灌注/RTM工艺(温度25-80℃,压力0-0.4mpa/cm2,真空值小于-0.09pa,时间2-12H,工艺条件根据不同基体性质不限于以上条件)、缠绕工艺、吹气成型工艺、手糊工艺、内压膨胀技术等;
S6、在聚合物基复合材料层的内外表面及层内预埋GPS、北斗定位芯片或产品标签,或射频芯片;
S7、在聚合物基复合材料层的外表面粗化、喷外涂层;
S8、在外涂层的表面,或外涂层与聚合物基复合材料层之间喷涂图案、产品说明、LOGO或二维码。
本发明的实施方式不限于上述实施例,在不脱离本发明宗旨的前提下做出的各种变化均属于本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
1.聚合物基复合材料增强玻璃酒瓶或护肤品瓶,包括玻璃内衬层(1),其特征在于:在所述玻璃内衬层(1)的外侧设有聚合物基复合材料层(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的聚合物基复合材料增强玻璃酒瓶或护肤品瓶,其特征在于:在所述玻璃内衬层(1)的瓶口处设有瓶口螺纹(3)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的聚合物基复合材料增强玻璃酒瓶或护肤品瓶,其特征在于:所述的玻璃内衬层(1)由玻璃制成,厚度在0.2-0.5mm之间。
4.根据权利要求1所述的聚合物基复合材料增强玻璃酒瓶或护肤品瓶,其特征在于:所述的聚合物基复合材料层(2)由基材和增强材料组成,基材包括环氧树脂、乙烯基树脂、不饱和聚酯树脂、酚醛树脂、氰酸脂树脂、双马来酰胺树脂、聚砜树脂、聚醚砜树脂、聚苯硫醚树脂、聚醚酰亚胺树脂、聚醚醚酮树脂或聚碳酸脂;增强材料包括碳纤维、玻璃纤维、芳纶纤维、陶瓷纤维或高分子量聚乙烯纤维。
5.根据权利要求1所述的聚合物基复合材料增强玻璃酒瓶或护肤品瓶,其特征在于:所述的聚合物基复合材料层(2)由3-5层碳纤维铺贴而成,厚度在0.5-2mm之间。
6.根据权利要求2所述的聚合物基复合材料增强玻璃酒瓶或护肤品瓶,其特征在于:所述的瓶口螺纹(3)由玻璃制成,瓶口螺纹(3)为外螺纹或内螺纹,瓶口螺纹(3)与玻璃内衬层(1)为一体结构。
7.根据权利要求1所述的聚合物基复合材料增强玻璃酒瓶或护肤品瓶,其特征在于:在所述聚合物基复合材料层(2)的外侧有外涂层,外涂层厚度在50-200μm之间;在外涂层表面,或外涂层与聚合物基复合材料层(2)之间喷涂有图案、产品说明、LOGO或二维码。
8.根据权利要求7所述的聚合物基复合材料增强玻璃酒瓶或护肤品瓶,其特征在于:所述的外涂层是PU类、PA类、防绒类、珠光类、油光类、有机硅类、皮膜类、阻燃类或特氟龙类涂层。
9.根据权利要求1所述的聚合物基复合材料增强玻璃酒瓶或护肤品瓶,其特征在于:在所述的聚合物基复合材料层(2)设置有包括GPS或北斗在内的定位芯片或产品标签、防伪标识或射频芯片。
10.一种聚合物基复合材料增强玻璃酒瓶或护肤品瓶的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤,
S1、加工玻璃内衬层和瓶口螺纹;
S2、对玻璃内衬层外表面进行粗化处理;
S3、对瓶口螺纹外表面进行涂覆脱模剂或脱模蜡处理;
S4、裁剪聚合物基复合材料;
S5、将裁剪好的聚合物基复合材料铺贴到玻璃内衬层外表面,进行加温加压成型;
S6、在聚合物基复合材料层内外表面及层内预埋GPS、北斗定位芯片或产品标签或射频芯片;
S7、在聚合物基复合材料层外表面粗化、喷外涂层;
S8、在外涂层的表面,或外涂层与聚合物基复合材料层之间喷涂图案、产品说明、LOGO或二维码。
