For example, after the positioning mechanism 141 of the mounting module 14 finishes positioning the plane matching area between the plane area 21 of the electronic device 2 and the plane matching area of the attached film, the attaching mechanism 142 works to attach the plane matching area of the attached film to the plane area 21 of the electronic device 2, and after the attachment is finished, the plane rolling mechanism 144 can roll on the plane area 21 of the electronic device 2 attached with the attached film to roll and finish the attachment between the plane area 21 of the electronic device 2 and the plane matching area of the attached film, so as to improve the film attaching effect of the plane area 21 of the electronic device 2.
In the above embodiment, the flat rolling mechanism 144 may include a first roller 1441 and a second driving unit 1442 engaged with the first roller 1441, and the second driving unit 1442 includes a fourth driving member 1442a, a fifth driving member 1442b, and a sixth driving member 1442c having driving directions perpendicular to each other. The first roller 1441 can contact and roll with a plane fitting area of the attaching film, the second driving assembly 1442 the fourth driving member 1442a and the fifth driving member 1442b can drive the first roller 1441 to move in any plane, and the sixth driving member 1442c can adjust pressure between the first roller 1441 and the attaching film, so as to prevent the first roller 1441 from pressure damage to the electronic device 2 while ensuring an attaching effect.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 5, 6, and 7, the placement module 14 may further include a light curing device 15, and the light curing device 15 includes a curing light source 152. The light curing device 15 can be matched with the plane area 21 and the curved area 22 of the electronic device 2 in operation, so that the light curing device 15 can realize the curing and bonding of the attaching film and the whole area to be attached of the electronic device 2. The pressing mechanism 151 can provide a bonding force toward the electronic device 2 for the bonding film material before or during the photo-curing process, so as to improve the photo-curing bonding effect. In addition, the light curing device 15 may also include structural components that assemble the curing light source 152 and position the electronic device 2.
It should be noted that the stitching mechanism 151 may include a side rolling mechanism 1511 and/or a pneumatic stitching mechanism 1512. Because PET's anti yield performance is better, consequently take place the rete easily to the laminating of the curved surface region 22 of electronic equipment 2 and warp the problem, side rolling mechanism 1511 or atmospheric pressure pressing mechanism 1512 can cooperate in the curved surface region 22 of electronic equipment 2 to the realization is to the rolling of curved surface region 22, promotes the solidification effect of photocuring process, avoids remaining bubble in the rete, rises to warp scheduling problem.
When the stitching mechanism 151 includes the side rolling mechanism 1511, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the side rolling mechanism 1511 and the curing light source 152 may be operated simultaneously to achieve curing adhesion to the curved region 22 during the rolling of the curved region 22 by the side rolling mechanism 1511. Alternatively, the curing light source 152 may be turned on when the side rolling mechanism 1511 is at a specific location of the curved surface region 22 of the electronic device 2 to achieve curing bonding to the specific location.
In the above embodiment, the side rolling mechanism 1511 may include a second roller 1511a engaged with the electronic device 2, the second roller 1511a is made of a light-transmitting material, and when the side rolling mechanism 1511 is engaged with the electronic device 2, the second roller 1511a is engaged with the curved area 22 of the electronic device 2. Taking the example that the curing light source 152 is turned on when the side rolling mechanism 1511 is located at a specific position of the curved surface region 22 of the electronic device 2, the second roller 1511a may be in a cylindrical structure, the specific position of the curved surface region 22 of the electronic device 2 may include an edge position and a center position, when the side of the cylindrical structure is fitted to the edge position or the center position of the curved surface region 22 of the electronic device 2, the second roller 1511a is stopped, and the curing light source 152 is turned on, so as to implement curing bonding of the curved surface region 22 of the electronic device 2 by pressing and curing bonding the specific position. The specific position may be a partial position of the curved surface region 22, or may cover all positions of the curved surface region 22, which is not limited in the present disclosure.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 7, the pneumatic pressing mechanism 1512 may be a pneumatic pressing mechanism 1512 based on a positive pressure principle, or a pneumatic pressing mechanism 1512 based on a negative pressure principle. When the air pressure bonding mechanism 1512 is an air pressure bonding mechanism 1512 based on the positive pressure principle, the air pressure bonding mechanism 1512 may include an air blowing device, so as to apply positive pressure to the curved surface region 22 of the electronic device 2 to which the bonding film is attached through the air blowing device, so that the bonding film is attached to the curved surface region 22 of the electronic device 2. When the pneumatic pressing mechanism 1512 is a pneumatic combination mechanism based on a negative pressure principle, the pneumatic pressing mechanism 1512 may include a vacuum suction device, so as to apply a negative pressure to the curved surface region 22 of the electronic device 2 to which the attachment film is attached by using the vacuum suction device, so that the attachment film is attached to the curved surface region 22 of the electronic device 2.
The curing light source 152 may include at least one of an ultraviolet lamp, a mercury arc lamp, a flash lamp, a fluorescent lamp, an excimer lamp, a light emitting diode, and a laser. For example, when the curing light source 152 is an ultraviolet lamp, the film layer may be irradiated with ultraviolet light of a certain wavelength to cure the material of the film layer by polymerization of the resin. Among them, the Ultraviolet lamp may be an electrodeless microwave driven UV (Ultraviolet) lamp.
In some embodiments, placement module 14 may also include a cleaning mechanism 143. Be equipped with equipment entry 111 on the frame 11, clean mechanism 143 sets up inside frame 11, and clean mechanism 143 is close to equipment entry 111 to when electronic equipment 2 got into pad pasting equipment 1 through equipment entry 111, can clean electronic equipment 2 at first, avoid electronic equipment 2 surface dirt and influence subsequent pad pasting effect. Wherein, clean mechanism 143 can include dyestripping subassembly and cleaning cloth subassembly, and the original old membrane in electronic equipment 2 surface can be torn off to the dyestripping subassembly, and cleaning cloth subassembly can carry out automatic cleaning to electronic equipment 2 surface. Alternatively, in other embodiments, the cleaning mechanism 143 may include a cleaning cloth supply assembly to provide a cleaning cloth to the user through a preset opening 112 in the chassis 11 to facilitate self-cleaning of the electronic device 2 by the user.
In some embodiments, the laminating device 1 may further include an operation mechanism 16 coupled to the laminated film and/or the raw film, the operation mechanism 16 including: at least one of a manipulator, a turntable, a conveyor belt and a production line carrier disc.
In one embodiment, the frame 11 includes a storage rack 113, and the storage rack 113 is provided with a plurality of first storage locations 1131 for storing raw film. Taking the operation mechanism 16 as a manipulator, the manipulator can take the original film material off the first storage location 1131 and operate the original film material to the film material cutting module 13 to complete the cutting of the original film material to obtain the attached film material. The manipulator can also operate laminating membrane material to the dyestripping position from membrane material cutting module 13 to accomplish laminating membrane material's rete and the separation from type paper, and then operate laminating membrane material after the dyestripping to the laminating position and realize laminating membrane material and electronic equipment 2's laminating through the manipulator.
In some embodiments, the film laminating apparatus 1 may further include a detection module (not labeled) assembled on the rack 11, wherein a detection range of the detection module covers the mounting module 14. The detection module covers the mounting module 14, so that the positioning and bonding position precision and the bonding effect of the bonding film and the electronic equipment 2 can be detected, and the cleaning effect of the cleaning mechanism 143 and the photo-curing bonding effect of the photo-curing device 15 can be detected. When not meeting the preset condition in above-mentioned laminating position precision, laminating effect, clean effect and the photocuring bonding effect, the detection module can feed back the testing result to make pad pasting equipment 1 carry out the pad pasting operation to electronic equipment 2 again.
It should be noted that the detection module may include a visual detection module and/or an infrared detection module. The time detection module can detect the working process of the film sticking equipment 1 in an image detection mode; the infrared detection module can detect the working process of the film sticking equipment 1 by using an infrared ray detection mode.
In some embodiments, the film pasting device 1 may further include an auxiliary function module (not labeled) associated with the interactive component 12, the auxiliary function module including at least one of a charger rental purchase module and an advertisement delivery module. When the auxiliary function module includes that the treasured that charges rents and purchases the module, frame 11 can include storage frame 113, is equipped with a plurality of second storage locations 1132 of placing the treasured that charges on storage frame 113. The user can select the treasured that charges that needs to rent or purchase through interactive component 12 and form interactive instruction, and treasured that charges rents and purchases the module can be controlled according to interactive instruction and take out the treasured that charges to the user through the equipment export on frame 11.
In one embodiment, the interactive component 12 may be a screen on which a charger selection interface and a corresponding payment interface may be displayed. When the user finishes the treasured selection that charges and corresponding lease payment or purchase the payment after, treasured lease of charging purchase module can be controlled according to the equipment export of interactive instruction with the treasured that charges through on the frame 11 and take out for the user.
In another embodiment, the interactive component 12 may be a screen, and when the auxiliary function module includes an advertisement delivery module, the user may view the video advertisement content on the screen, or may touch the screen to stop playing the advertisement and jump to the film model selection interface or the rental purchase interface of the electronic device 2. It should be noted that the screen can also automatically jump to play the video advertisement content within a preset time after the user finishes pasting the film or finishes renting and purchasing the charger baby.
In some embodiments, the film pasting device 1 may further include a wireless transmission module (not labeled) associated with the backend server, and the wireless transmission module is electrically connected with the interaction component 12, the film cutting module 13, and the mounting module 14 to obtain the working data of the film pasting device 1. The working data may include refund data of a user, complaint data, data that the interactive component 12, the film cutting module 13, and the mounting module 14 of the film laminating device 1 fail, and the like. The wireless transmission module can transmit the working data to a background server so that technicians can maintain and optimize the film sticking equipment 1 conveniently.
It should be noted that the electronic device 2 may be a mobile phone, a wearable device, a tablet computer, a television, an advertisement screen, a vehicle-mounted terminal, a medical terminal, and the like, which is not limited in this disclosure. The area to be filmed of the electronic device 2 may be a screen module area of the electronic device 2, or may be other areas of the electronic device 2 that need to be filmed, which is not limited in this disclosure.
The disclosure further provides a control method of the film sticking equipment, which is applied to the film sticking equipment. Fig. 8 is a flowchart illustrating a control of a film laminating apparatus according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, and as shown in fig. 8, the method may be implemented by:
in step S801, film material data corresponding to the type of the electronic device to be film-attached is acquired; wherein, the membrane material data include at least one of membrane material area, fillet radian, plane cooperation area size and curved surface cooperation area size.
The model of the electronic device 2 to be film-pasted can be selected according to the user operation interaction component 12, and the model of the electronic device 2 to be film-pasted can be automatically identified through the identification module of the film-pasting device 1. The film sticking equipment is internally stored with various electronic equipment models and film material data corresponding to the various electronic equipment models. According to the shape, the structure and the size of the surface of the film to be pasted on the electronic equipment, the film material data can comprise at least one of the film material area, the fillet radian, the plane matching area size and the curved surface matching area size, and the original film material can be processed through the film material data to obtain the pasting film material matched with the type of the electronic equipment to be pasted.
After the model of the electronic equipment to be filmed, the film sticking equipment can control the interactive component to jump to a payment interface corresponding to the model of the electronic equipment, so that subsequent processes such as film cutting, film sticking and the like are carried out after a user finishes payment.
In step S802, the film cutting module is controlled to cut the original film material according to the film material data to obtain the bonded film material.
The film material cutting module can comprise a control mechanism and a cutting component, the cutting component is matched with the control mechanism, and the control mechanism is electrically connected with the interactive component so as to control the cutting component to cut the original film material according to a set cutting track to obtain the attached film material. And setting a cutting track to be matched with a laminating film material corresponding to the type of the electronic equipment to be laminated.
In step S803, controlling the positioning mechanism to cooperate with the attached film and/or the electronic device according to the film data, so as to position and cooperate the designated area of the attached film with the preset position of the electronic device; the appointed area of the attached film material comprises a plane matching area of the attached film material, and the preset position of the electronic equipment comprises a plane area of the electronic equipment.
In step S804, the attaching mechanism is controlled to attach the designated area of the attaching film to the preset position of the electronic device.
For example, the position of the electronic device can be adjusted by the positioning mechanism, so that the preset position of the electronic device is matched with the specified area of the attaching film in a positioning manner, and the attaching precision of the attaching film is ensured. Taking the example that the area to be film-pasted of the electronic device comprises a plane area and a curved surface area, the pasting film material comprises a plane matching area matched with the structure size of the plane area and a curved surface matching area matched with the structure size of the curved surface area. In the laminating process of the laminating film and the electronic equipment, the plane matching area of the laminating film and the plane area of the electronic equipment can be positioned and laminated by utilizing the positioning mechanism and the laminating mechanism, so that the primary positioning matching of the laminating film and the electronic equipment is realized. The curved surface matching area of the attaching film and the curved surface area of the electronic equipment can be attached, adhered and fixed in a subsequent photocuring process.
It should be noted that the film pasting equipment can control the interactive component or other visual windows to display the film pasting progress, so that the user can know the film pasting progress, and the user experience is improved.
In the above embodiment, because the film pasting device can control the cutting component to cut the original film material according to the set cutting track to obtain the pasted film material, the positioning mechanism of the pasted module can realize the matching of the pasted film material and/or the electronic device, so as to realize the positioning and pasting of the appointed area of the pasted film material and the preset position of the electronic device by matching the pasting mechanism. Above-mentioned structure sets up and makes pad pasting equipment can realize cutting and laminating to the membrane material according to treating pad pasting electronic equipment model, and in the use, the user only needs the selection to treat the pad pasting electronic equipment model or treats the pad pasting electronic equipment model through pad pasting equipment discernment and can accomplish the pad pasting, has promoted electronic equipment's pad pasting effect and the convenience of pad pasting operation.
In some embodiments, the placement module includes a light curing device, and the light curing device includes a pressing mechanism and a curing light source. Fig. 9 is a flowchart of a film laminating apparatus control method in another exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 9, the above method can be implemented by the following steps:
in step S901, film material data corresponding to the model of the electronic device to be film-attached is acquired; wherein, the membrane material data include at least one of membrane material area, fillet radian, plane cooperation area size and curved surface cooperation area size.
The model of the electronic device 2 to be film-pasted can be selected according to the user operation interaction component 12, and the model of the electronic device 2 to be film-pasted can be automatically identified through the identification module of the film-pasting device 1. The film sticking equipment is internally stored with various electronic equipment models and film material data corresponding to the various electronic equipment models. The membrane material cutting module can include control mechanism and cutting part, and the cutting part cooperates in control mechanism, and control mechanism is connected with mutual part electricity to the control cutting part obtains laminating membrane material after cutting original membrane material according to setting for the cutting orbit. And setting a cutting track to be matched with a laminating film material corresponding to the type of the electronic equipment to be laminated.
In step S903, controlling the positioning mechanism to cooperate with the attached film and/or the electronic device according to the film data, so as to position and cooperate the designated area of the attached film with the preset position of the electronic device; the appointed area of the attached film material comprises a plane matching area of the attached film material, and the preset position of the electronic equipment comprises a plane area of the electronic equipment.
In step S904, the attaching mechanism is controlled to attach the designated area of the attaching film to the preset position of the electronic device.
In step S905, the pressing mechanism is controlled to attach the designated area of the attached film to the preset position of the electronic device. The appointed area of the attached film material comprises a curved surface matching area of the attached film material, and the preset position of the electronic equipment comprises a curved surface area of the electronic equipment.
For example, the position of the electronic device can be adjusted by the positioning mechanism, so that the preset position of the electronic device is matched with the specified area of the attaching film in a positioning manner, and the attaching precision of the attaching film is ensured. Taking the example that the area to be film-pasted of the electronic device comprises a plane area and a curved surface area, the pasting film material comprises a plane matching area matched with the structure size of the plane area and a curved surface matching area matched with the structure size of the curved surface area. In the laminating process of the laminating film and the electronic equipment, the plane matching area of the laminating film and the plane area of the electronic equipment can be positioned and laminated by utilizing the positioning mechanism and the laminating mechanism, so that the primary positioning matching of the laminating film and the electronic equipment is realized.
The curing and bonding effect of the photocuring process can be improved by the laminating of the designated area of the laminating film material and the preset position of the electronic equipment through the laminating mechanism. After the plane matching area of the attached film and the plane area of the electronic equipment are positioned and attached, the curved surface matching area of the attached film and the curved surface area of the electronic equipment can be positioned and attached through the pressing mechanism, and a good curing matching basis is provided for a subsequent photocuring process.
In step S906, the curing light source is controlled to irradiate the bonding film material so that the bonding film material is cured and bonded to the electronic device.
In some embodiments, the decal device includes a charger rental purchase module associated with the interactive component. Fig. 10 is a flowchart of a film laminating apparatus control method in still another exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 10, the above method can also be implemented by the following steps:
in step S1001, an interaction instruction related to renting or purchasing the charge pal, which is sent by the interaction component, is received.
In step S1002, the charger baby rental module is controlled to execute the relevant operations according to the interactive instruction.
The user can be through interactive part selection need rent or the treasured that charges of purchasing and form interactive instruction, and the treasured that charges rents and purchases the module and can be controlled according to interactive instruction and take out the treasured equipment export of charging for the user in through the frame.
In one embodiment, the interactive component may be a screen on which a power bank selection interface and a corresponding payment interface may be displayed. In the above embodiment, the film sticking device may further include an advertisement delivery module associated with the interactive component. The control method of the film sticking equipment can also comprise the following steps: and judging whether the interactive component is in an operation state, and if not, controlling an advertisement putting module to send advertisement information to the interactive component.
In one embodiment, the interactive component may be a screen, and the user may view the video advertisement content on the screen, or may touch the screen to stop playing the advertisement and jump to the electronic device film model selection interface or the charger baby rental purchase interface. It should be noted that the screen can also automatically jump to play the video advertisement content within a preset time after the user finishes pasting the film or finishes renting and purchasing the charger baby.
In some embodiments, the film pasting device may include a detection module assembled to the rack, and the control method of the film pasting device may further include: and receiving a detection result obtained by the detection module, wherein the detection result comprises at least one of the laminating precision, the laminating effect and the curing effect of the laminating film. And judging whether the detection result meets the preset standard, and if not, taking down the laminating film material to re-laminate the film on the electronic equipment to be laminated. And if the detection result meets the preset standard, returning the electronic equipment subjected to film pasting to the user through an equipment outlet on the rack. It should be noted that, the step of re-laminating the film to the electronic device to be laminated may refer to the film laminating control method described in the embodiments of fig. 8 to 10, and details are not repeated herein.
In the above embodiment, the film pasting device may further include a wireless transmission module associated with the backend server, where the wireless transmission module is associated with the interactive component, the film cutting module, and the pasting module. The film laminating equipment control method can also comprise the following steps: and receiving the working data sent by the wireless transmission module, and sending the working data to the background server. The working data comprises fault data sent by at least one of the interactive component, the film material cutting module and the mounting module to the wireless transmission module.
The disclosure further provides a film pasting equipment control device, which is applied to the film pasting equipment. Fig. 11 is a block diagram of a control device of a film laminating apparatus in an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 11, the film laminating apparatus control device 110 includes: an acquisition unit 1101, a first control unit 1102, a second control unit 1103, and a third control unit 1104. Wherein:
the acquisition unit 1101 is configured to acquire film material data corresponding to the model of the electronic device to be film-attached. Wherein the film material data comprises at least one of film material area, fillet radian, plane matching area size and curved surface matching area size.
The first control unit 1102 is configured to control the film cutting module to cut the original film to obtain the attached film according to the film data.
The second control unit 1103 is configured to control the positioning mechanism to cooperate with the attached film and/or the electronic device according to the film data, so as to position and cooperate the designated area of the attached film with the preset position of the electronic device. The appointed area of the attached film material comprises a plane matching area of the attached film material, and the preset position of the electronic equipment comprises a plane area of the electronic equipment.
The third control unit 1104 is configured to control the attaching mechanism to attach the designated area of the attaching film to the preset position of the electronic device.
In some embodiments, the placement module includes a light curing device, and the light curing device includes a pressing mechanism and a curing light source. Fig. 12 is a block diagram of a control device of a film laminating apparatus according to another exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 12, the film laminating apparatus control device 110 further includes: a fourth control unit 1105 and a fifth control unit 1106. Wherein:
the fourth control unit 1105 is configured to control the pressing mechanism to attach the designated area of the attached film to the preset position of the electronic device. The appointed area of the attached film material comprises a curved surface matching area of the attached film material, and the preset position of the electronic equipment comprises a curved surface area of the electronic equipment.
The fifth control unit 1106 is configured to control the curing light source to irradiate the bonding film material so as to cure and bond the bonding film material with the electronic device.
In some embodiments, the decal device includes a charger rental purchase module associated with the interactive component. Fig. 13 is a block diagram of a control device of a film laminating apparatus in another exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 13, the film laminating apparatus control device 110 includes: a first receiving unit 1107 and a sixth control unit 1108. Wherein:
the first receiving unit 1107 is configured to receive an interaction instruction related to renting or purchasing the charger baby sent by the interaction component;
the sixth control unit 1108 is configured to control the charger baby leasing and purchasing module to perform related operations according to the interactive instruction.
In the above embodiment, the film pasting device comprises an advertisement putting module associated with the interactive component. The film laminating equipment control device can also comprise: a first judgment unit. The first judging unit is configured to judge whether the interactive component is in an operating state, and if not, the advertisement putting module is controlled to send advertisement information to the interactive component.
In the above embodiment, the film pasting device includes a wireless transmission module associated with the backend server, and the wireless transmission module is associated with the interactive component, the film cutting module, and the pasting module. The film laminating equipment control device can also comprise: a second receiving unit and a transmitting unit. The second receiving unit is configured to receive the working data sent by the wireless transmission module. The working data comprises fault data sent by at least one of the interactive component, the film material cutting module and the mounting module to the wireless transmission module. In some embodiments, the film pasting device may include a detection module assembled to the rack, and the control device of the film pasting device may further include: a third receiving unit and a second judging unit. The third receiving unit is configured to receive a detection result obtained by the detection module, wherein the detection result includes at least one of a bonding precision, a bonding effect and a curing effect of the bonding film material. The second judging unit is configured to judge whether the detection result meets a preset standard, and if not, the attaching film material is taken down to re-attach the film to the electronic equipment to be film-attached. And if the detection result meets the preset standard, returning the electronic equipment subjected to film pasting to the user through an equipment outlet on the rack.

Fig. 14 is a block diagram illustrating an apparatus for control of a film laminating device according to an exemplary embodiment. For example, the apparatus 1400 may be a mobile phone, a computer, a digital broadcast terminal, a messaging device, a game console, a tablet device, a medical device, an exercise device, a personal digital assistant, and the like.
Referring to fig. 14, apparatus 1400 may include one or more of the following components: a processing component 1402, a memory 1404, a power component 1406, a multimedia component 1408, an audio component 1410, an input/output (I/O) interface 1412, a sensor component 1414, and a communication component 1416.
The processing component 1402 generally controls the overall operation of the device 1400, such as operations associated with display, telephone calls, data communications, camera operations, and recording operations. Processing component 1402 may include one or more processors 1420 to execute instructions to perform all or a portion of the steps of the methods described above. Further, processing component 1402 can include one or more modules that facilitate interaction between processing component 1402 and other components. For example, the processing component 1402 may include a multimedia module to facilitate interaction between the multimedia component 1408 and the processing component 1402.
The memory 1404 is configured to store various types of data to support operations at the apparatus 1400. Examples of such data include instructions for any application or method operating on device 1400, contact data, phonebook data, messages, pictures, videos, and so forth. The memory 1404 may be implemented by any type of volatile or non-volatile storage device or combination of devices, such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM), erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM), programmable read-only memory (PROM), read-only memory (ROM), magnetic memory, flash memory, magnetic or optical disks.
A power supply component 1406 provides power to the various components of the device 1400. The power components 1406 may include a power management system, one or more power supplies, and other components associated with generating, managing, and distributing power for the device 1400.
The multimedia component 1408 includes a screen that provides an output interface between the device 1400 and the user. In some embodiments, the screen may include a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) and a Touch Panel (TP). If the screen includes a touch panel, the screen may be implemented as a touch screen to receive an input signal from a user. The touch panel includes one or more touch sensors to sense touch, slide, and gestures on the touch panel. The touch sensor may not only sense the boundary of a touch or slide action, but also detect the duration and pressure associated with the touch or slide operation. In some embodiments, the multimedia component 1408 includes a front-facing camera and/or a rear-facing camera. The front camera and/or the rear camera may receive external multimedia data when the device 1400 is in an operation mode, such as a shooting mode or a video mode. Each front camera and rear camera may be a fixed optical lens system or have a focal length and optical zoom capability.
The audio component 1410 is configured to output and/or input audio signals. For example, the audio component 1410 includes a Microphone (MIC) configured to receive external audio signals when the apparatus 1400 is in operating modes, such as a call mode, a recording mode, and a voice recognition mode. The received audio signals may further be stored in the memory 1404 or transmitted via the communication component 1416. In some embodiments, audio component 1410 further includes a speaker for outputting audio signals.
I/O interface 1412 provides an interface between processing component 1402 and peripheral interface modules, which may be keyboards, click wheels, buttons, etc. These buttons may include, but are not limited to: a home button, a volume button, a start button, and a lock button.
The sensor assembly 1414 includes one or more sensors for providing various aspects of state assessment for the device 1400. For example, the sensor component 1414 may detect an open/closed state of the apparatus 1400, a relative positioning of components, such as a display and keypad of the apparatus 1400, a change in position of the apparatus 1400 or a component of the apparatus 1400, the presence or absence of user contact with the apparatus 1400, an orientation or acceleration/deceleration of the apparatus 1400, and a change in temperature of the apparatus 1400. The sensor assembly 1414 may include a proximity sensor configured to detect the presence of nearby objects in the absence of any physical contact. The sensor assembly 1414 may also include a photosensor, such as a CMOS or CCD image sensor, for use in imaging applications. In some embodiments, the sensor assembly 1414 may also include an acceleration sensor, a gyroscope sensor, a magnetic sensor, a pressure sensor, or a temperature sensor.
The communication component 1416 is configured to facilitate wired or wireless communication between the apparatus 1400 and other devices. The apparatus 1400 may access a wireless network based on a communication standard, such as WiFi, 2G or 14G, 4G LTE, 5G NR, or a combination thereof. In an exemplary embodiment, the communication component 1416 receives broadcast signals or broadcast related information from an external broadcast management system via a broadcast channel. In an exemplary embodiment, the communication component 1416 further includes a Near Field Communication (NFC) module to facilitate short-range communications. For example, the NFC module may be implemented based on Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology, infrared data association (IrDA) technology, Ultra Wideband (UWB) technology, Bluetooth (BT) technology, and other technologies.
In an exemplary embodiment, the apparatus 1400 may be implemented by one or more Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), Digital Signal Processors (DSPs), Digital Signal Processing Devices (DSPDs), Programmable Logic Devices (PLDs), Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs), controllers, micro-controllers, microprocessors or other electronic components for performing the above-described methods.
The present disclosure further proposes a computer readable storage medium having stored thereon computer instructions which, when executed by a processor, implement the steps of the above-mentioned film sticking apparatus control method. In an exemplary embodiment, a non-transitory computer readable storage medium comprising instructions, such as the memory 1404 comprising instructions, executable by the processor 1420 of the apparatus 1400 to perform the above-described decal device control method is also provided. For example, the non-transitory computer readable storage medium may be a ROM, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a CD-ROM, a magnetic tape, a floppy disk, an optical data storage device, and the like.

Claims (28)

1. The film sticking equipment is characterized by being used for sticking a film on electronic equipment; the film laminating device comprises: the device comprises a rack, an interactive component, a film cutting module and a mounting module, wherein the film cutting module and the mounting module are assembled on the rack;
the membrane material cutting module comprises a control mechanism and a cutting component; the cutting component is matched with the control mechanism, and the control mechanism is electrically connected with the interactive component so as to control the cutting component to cut the original membrane material according to a set cutting track to obtain a bonded membrane material; the set cutting track is matched with a bonding film material corresponding to the type of the electronic equipment to be bonded;
the mounting module comprises a positioning mechanism and a fitting mechanism, wherein the positioning mechanism is matched with the fitting film material and/or the electronic equipment so that the designated area of the fitting film material is matched with the preset position of the electronic equipment in a positioning manner.
2. The film laminating apparatus of claim 1, wherein the control mechanism comprises a digitally controlled member and a first drive assembly electrically connected to the digitally controlled member, the digitally controlled member being electrically connected to the interactive member, the cutting member being engaged with the first drive assembly; the first driving assembly at least comprises a first driving piece, a second driving piece and a third driving piece, wherein the driving directions of the first driving piece, the second driving piece and the third driving piece are mutually perpendicular.
3. The laminating apparatus of claim 1, wherein the cutting component comprises at least one of a laser cutting head and a die cutter.
4. The film laminating apparatus of claim 1, wherein the mounting module further comprises a pressing mechanism, the pressing mechanism is assembled to the frame, and the pressing mechanism is fitted to the laminating film to provide a laminating force toward the electronic device for the laminating film.
5. The laminating device of claim 4, wherein the stitching mechanism comprises a flat rolling mechanism that engages a flat engagement area of the laminated film material;
the planar rolling mechanism comprises a first roller and a second driving assembly matched with the first roller, and the second driving assembly comprises a fourth driving piece, a fifth driving piece and a sixth driving piece, wherein the driving directions of the fourth driving piece, the fifth driving piece and the sixth driving piece are mutually perpendicular.
6. The laminating device of claim 4, wherein the stitching mechanism comprises a side rolling mechanism that engages a curved engagement area of the laminated film.
7. The laminating device of claim 4, wherein the pressing mechanism comprises a pneumatic pressing mechanism, and the pneumatic pressing mechanism is matched with the plane matching area and/or the curved surface matching area of the laminating film.
8. The film laminating apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the mounting module further comprises a cleaning mechanism; the frame is provided with an equipment inlet, and the cleaning mechanism is arranged inside the frame.
9. The film laminating apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the mounting module further comprises a light curing device, the light curing device comprising a curing light source; the curing light source comprises at least one of an ultraviolet lamp, a mercury arc lamp, a flash lamp, a fluorescent lamp, an excimer lamp, a light emitting diode and a laser.
10. The film laminating apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising a detection module assembled to the frame, wherein a detection range of the detection module covers the mounting module.
11. The film laminating apparatus of claim 10, wherein the detection module comprises a visual detection module and/or an infrared detection module.
12. The laminating device of claim 1, further comprising an operating mechanism coupled to the laminated film and/or the raw film, the operating mechanism comprising: at least one of a manipulator, a turntable, a conveyor belt and a production line carrier disc.
13. The film laminating apparatus of claim 1, wherein the frame comprises a storage rack; the storage rack is provided with a plurality of first storage positions for placing original membrane materials.
14. The film laminating apparatus of claim 1, further comprising an auxiliary function module associated with said interactive component; the auxiliary function module comprises at least one of a charging treasure renting and purchasing module and an advertisement putting module.
15. The film laminating device of claim 1, further comprising a wireless transmission module associated with the backend server, wherein the wireless transmission module is electrically connected with the interactive component, the film cutting module and the mounting module to obtain the working data of the film laminating device.
16. A film laminating apparatus control method applied to the film laminating apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 15, the method comprising:
acquiring film material data corresponding to the type of the electronic equipment to be filmed; the film material data comprises at least one of film material area, fillet radian, plane matching area size and curved surface matching area size;
controlling the film material cutting module to cut an original film material according to the film material data to obtain a bonded film material;
controlling the positioning mechanism to be matched with the laminating film and/or the electronic equipment according to the film data so as to enable the designated area of the laminating film to be matched with the preset position of the electronic equipment in a positioning mode; the appointed area of the laminating film comprises a plane matching area of the laminating film, and the preset position of the electronic equipment comprises a plane area of the electronic equipment;
and controlling the laminating mechanism to realize the lamination of the specified area of the laminating film material and the preset position of the electronic equipment.
17. The film laminating apparatus control method according to claim 16, wherein the mounting module includes a light curing device, the light curing device includes a pressing mechanism and a curing light source; after the attaching mechanism of the mounting module is controlled to attach the designated area of the attaching film to the preset position of the electronic device, the method further comprises the following steps:
controlling the pressing mechanism to realize the lamination of the designated area of the laminated film material and the preset position of the electronic equipment; the appointed area of the laminating film comprises a curved surface matching area of the laminating film, and the preset position of the electronic equipment comprises a curved surface area of the electronic equipment;
and controlling the curing light source to irradiate the laminating film material so as to enable the laminating film material to be cured and bonded with the electronic equipment.
18. The film laminating apparatus control method according to claim 16, wherein the film laminating apparatus includes a charger rental purchase module associated with the interactive component; the method further comprises the following steps:
receiving an interaction instruction which is sent by the interaction component and related to renting or purchasing of the charger baby;
and controlling the charging treasure renting and purchasing module to execute related operations according to the interaction instruction.
19. The film laminating apparatus control method according to claim 16, wherein the film laminating apparatus includes an advertisement putting module associated with the interactive component; the method further comprises the following steps:
and judging whether the interactive component is in an operation state, and if not, controlling the advertisement putting module to send advertisement information to the interactive component.

The film laminating apparatus control method according to claim 16, wherein the film laminating apparatus includes a wireless transmission module associated with a backend server, the wireless transmission module being associated with the interactive component, the film cutting module, and the mounting module, the method further comprising:
receiving working data sent by the wireless transmission module; the working data comprises fault data sent by at least one of the interactive component, the film material cutting module and the mounting module to the wireless transmission module;
and sending the working data to a background server.
21. The film laminating apparatus control method according to claim 16, wherein the film laminating apparatus includes a detection module assembled to the frame, the method further comprising:
receiving a detection result obtained by the detection module, wherein the detection result comprises at least one of the laminating precision, the laminating effect and the curing effect of the laminating film material;
and judging whether the detection result meets a preset standard, and if not, taking down the laminating film material to re-laminate the film for the electronic equipment to be laminated.
22. A film laminating apparatus control device applied to the film laminating apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 15, the device comprising:
the acquisition unit is used for acquiring film material data corresponding to the type of the electronic equipment to be filmed; the film material data comprises at least one of film material area, fillet radian, plane matching area size and curved surface matching area size;
the first control unit controls the film material cutting module to cut an original film material according to the film material data to obtain a bonded film material;
the second control unit is used for controlling the positioning mechanism to be matched with the laminating film and/or the electronic equipment according to the film data so as to enable the specified area of the laminating film to be matched with the preset position of the electronic equipment in a positioning mode; the appointed area of the laminating film comprises a plane matching area of the laminating film, and the preset position of the electronic equipment comprises a plane area of the electronic equipment;
and the third control unit is used for controlling the laminating mechanism to realize the lamination of the specified area of the laminating film material and the preset position of the electronic equipment.
23. The film laminating equipment control device according to claim 22, wherein the mounting module comprises a light curing device, and the light curing device comprises a pressing mechanism and a curing light source; the device further comprises:
the fourth control unit is used for controlling the pressing mechanism to realize the lamination of the specified area of the laminated film material and the preset position of the electronic equipment; the appointed area of the attached film material comprises a curved surface matching area of the attached film material, and the preset position of the electronic equipment comprises a curved surface area of the electronic equipment;
and the fifth control unit is used for controlling the curing light source to irradiate the laminating film material so as to enable the laminating film material to be cured and bonded with the electronic equipment.

and the sending unit is used for sending the working data to a background server.
27. The film laminating apparatus control device according to claim 22, wherein the film laminating apparatus includes a detection module assembled to the frame, the device further comprising:
the third receiving unit is used for receiving a detection result obtained by the detection module, wherein the detection result comprises at least one of the attaching precision, the attaching effect and the curing effect of the attaching film material;
and the second judging unit is used for judging whether the detection result meets a preset standard or not, and if not, the laminating film material is taken down to re-laminate the film on the electronic equipment to be laminated.
28. A computer readable storage medium having computer instructions stored thereon which, when executed by a processor, implement: the steps of the method of controlling a film laminating apparatus according to claims 16-21.
