The cleaning driving member comprises a cleaning pull rope 45 and a restoring elastic member 451, the cleaning pull rope 45 penetrates through the two mounting frames 423 and the guide block along the direction parallel to the guide rod 424, and the cleaning pull rope 45 is fixedly connected with the guide block and is connected with the two mounting frames 423 in a sliding mode. The elastic restoring element 451 is a restoring spring, the elastic restoring element 451 is sleeved on the rope section of the cleaning rope 45 between the two mounting brackets 423, one end of the elastic restoring element 451 is fixedly connected with the collecting box 44, and the other end of the elastic restoring element is fixedly connected with the mounting bracket 423 near one side of the lifting cylinder 49. The cleaning mechanism also includes a pull cord drive assembly for driving movement of the cleaning pull cord 45.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, a pair of bag opening forks 47 for expanding the opening of the packaging bag is further arranged on two sides of the lower hopper 42, the two bag opening forks 47 are oppositely arranged, two sides of the lower hopper 42 are both fixedly connected with connecting rods 421, the two connecting rods 421 are located on the same straight line and horizontally extend in opposite directions, and one ends of the two connecting rods 421 far away from the lower hopper 42 are respectively hinged to the middle upper parts of the two bag opening forks 47 in the vertical direction; the bottom ends of the two bag supporting forks 47 exceed the bottom of the lower hopper 42, and fork pieces extending into the opened packaging bags are arranged at the bottom ends of the two bag supporting forks 47. The upper surface of the upright post 41 is fixedly connected with a support 481, a rotating drum 48 is arranged on the support 481, and two ends of the rotating drum 48 are respectively connected with two ends of the support 481 in a rotating manner; the outside fixedly connected with of support 481 is used for driving the pivoted rotary drum driving piece of rotary drum 48, and the rotary drum driving piece is driving motor 482, and driving motor 482's drive shaft wears to establish support 481 and the one end fixed connection of rotary drum 48, and driving motor 482's drive shaft and support 481 rotary type are connected.
One end of the cleaning pull rope 45 is fixedly connected with one side of the top end of the bag supporting fork 47 close to the discharging hopper 42, and the other end is provided with a guide block in a penetrating way and two mounting frames 423 which are wound and connected with the rotary drum 48; the cleaning cord 45, the drum 48, the bag opening fork 47, and the recovery spring 471 constitute a cord drive assembly of the present application. The driving motor 482 drives the rotary drum 48 to rotate, the cleaning pull rope 45 is wound by the rotary drum 48, the collection box 44 and the scraping blade 441 are driven to move towards each other, the bag supporting fork 47 is pulled by the cleaning pull rope 45 to rotate, the recovery elastic piece 471 and the recovery elastic piece 451 are both compressed, when the rotary drum 48 rotates in the reverse direction, the recovery elastic piece 471 and the recovery elastic piece 451 drive the cleaning pull rope 45 to move in the reverse direction, the collection box 44 and the scraping blade 441 scrape the bottom of the discharging hopper 42 after discharging, cleaning and processing of residual materials are achieved, and through the structure matched movement, horizontal reciprocating movement of the collection box 44 and the scraping blade 441 between the two mounting frames 423 is achieved.
Two pairs of fixed pulleys 422 used for changing the direction of the pull rope are arranged on the outer walls of the two sides of the lower hopper 42, each pair of fixed pulleys 422 comprises an upper pulley and a lower pulley, the two upper pulleys are respectively positioned above the two connecting rods 421, and the two lower pulleys are respectively fixed on one side of the two mounting frames 423 away from each other. One end of the cleaning pull rope 45 is fixedly connected with a bag supporting fork 47 far away from the rotary drum 48, and the other end of the cleaning pull rope passes through an upper pulley and two lower pulleys far away from one side of the rotary drum 48 to be connected with the rotary drum 48 in a winding way; an expansion pull rope 46 is fixedly connected to the top end of the bag opening fork 47 close to the rotary drum 48 at a position close to the lower hopper 42, and one end of the expansion pull rope 46 far away from the bag opening fork 47 penetrates through the upper pulley close to one side of the rotary drum 48 to be connected with the rotary drum 48 in a winding mode.
The rotary drum 48 rotates, so that the cleaning pull rope 45 and the expansion pull rope 46 are both wound, the upper ends of the two bag opening forks 47 are driven by the pull force of the two pull ropes to approach each other, the bottom ends of the two bag opening forks 47 are far away from each other, the two bag opening forks 47 realize expansion, and the two recovery elastic members 471 are compressed; the driving drum 48 rotates reversely, the elastic force of the two recovery elastic members 471 drives the upper ends of the two bag supporting forks 47 to move away from each other, and the two bag supporting forks 47 recover to gather. The arrangement of the expansion pull rope 46 and the cleaning pull rope 45 ensures that the two bag opening forks 47 can realize synchronous motion, thereby realizing the expansion and the support of the opening packaging bag and facilitating the filling work.
The implementation principle of the automatic bag feeding type packaging device in the embodiment of the application is as follows: when the control mechanism 7 controls the turntable to rotate the opened packaging bags to the filling mechanism 4, the discharging hopper 42 is positioned right above the packaging bags, the lifting cylinder 49 drives the discharging hopper 42 to descend, so that the two bag supporting forks 47 extend into the packaging bags with openings below, the driving motor 482 drives the rotary drum 48 to rotate, the rotary drum 48 winds the cleaning pull rope 45 and the expansion pull rope 46, so that the bottom ends of the two bag supporting forks 47 are far away from each other, the two recovery elastic parts 471 are compressed, and the opening parts of the packaging bags are expanded and shaped by the two bag supporting forks 47; the collection box 44 and the scraping blade 441 are driven to move to the mounting rack 423 close to one side of the lifting cylinder 49 when the cleaning pull rope 45 is wound, and the return elastic piece 451 is compressed; the rotating motor 431 drives the baffle 43 to rotate from the horizontal state to the vertical state, the bottom opening of the lower hopper 42 is opened, and the material in the lower hopper 42 falls into a packaging bag with an opening at the lower part for filling; after filling is completed, the rotating motor 431 drives the baffle 43 to rotate to a horizontal state, and the bottom opening of the discharging hopper 42 is closed; the driving motor 482 drives the rotary drum 48 to rotate reversely, the recovery elastic member 471 and the recovery elastic member 451 drive the two pull ropes to move, the scraper 441 scrapes off materials left on the bottom of the lower hopper 42 and the baffle 43 and collects the materials in the collecting box 44 in the processes that the two expanded bag supporting forks 47 are gathered to recover the original position and the collecting box 44 and the scraper 441 recover the original position, so that the materials are cleaned from the residual materials in the lower hopper 42. The lifting cylinder 49 drives the lower hopper 42 and the bag opening fork 47 to ascend, and the bag opening fork 47 is separated from the packaging bag; the control mechanism 7 controls the turntable to move the filled packaging bags to the bag sealing mechanism 5 for subsequent processing. By arranging the baffle 43 and the cleaning assembly, the cleaning treatment of the residual materials after the filling of the blanking hopper 42 is realized, and the pollution caused by the residual materials dropping of the blanking hopper 42 is reduced; and the bag opening and the blanking hopper 42 are integrally arranged, so that the number of stations is reduced, and the working efficiency of the packaging device is improved.
The above embodiments are preferred embodiments of the present application, and the protection scope of the present application is not limited by the above embodiments, so: all equivalent changes made according to the structure, shape and principle of the present application shall be covered by the protection scope of the present application.

An automatic bag-feeding type packaging device as claimed in claim 2, wherein: the cleaning drive comprises a cleaning cord (45); a pair of guide rods (424) which are parallel to each other is arranged between the two mounting frames (423), two ends of the collecting box (44) are respectively sleeved on the two guide rods (424), and the collecting box (44) is connected with the guide rods (424) in a sliding manner; the cleaning pull rope (45) penetrates through the two mounting frames (423) along the direction parallel to the guide rod (424); the cleaning pull rope (45) is connected with the two mounting frames (423) in a sliding manner, and the cleaning pull rope (45) is fixedly connected with the collecting box (44); the cleaning mechanism also comprises a pull rope driving component used for driving the cleaning pull rope (45) to move.
