Abstract
The invention relates to a connecting mechanism, in particular to a crawler connecting mechanism for a double-section vehicle, which comprises a hook claw, a screw rod, a locker and an iron chain, wherein two ends of the screw rod are respectively connected with the hook claw and the locker; the hook claw can freely rotate around the screw rod, and the locker can rotate on the screw rod so as to axially move along the screw rod; one end of the iron chain is fixed on the locker, the other end of the iron chain is fixed with an iron chain hook, and the iron chain is used for being wound on a track plate to be connected. The connecting method can be operated by a single person, is simple and easy to carry, and can realize the effects of rapidness, convenience and high efficiency.

The invention relates to a connecting mechanism, in particular to a crawler connecting mechanism for a double-section vehicle.
Background
The caterpillar is a flexible chain ring which is driven by the driving wheel, surrounds the driving wheel, the loading wheel, the inducer and the riding wheel. The crawler belt consists of a crawler plate, a crawler pin and the like. The track pins connect the track shoes to form a track link. Holes are formed at two ends of the track plate, the track plate is meshed with the driving wheel, induced teeth are formed in the middle of the track plate and used for correcting the track and preventing the track from falling off when the tank turns or is in inclined running, and reinforced anti-skid ribs (patterns for short) are arranged on one surface of the track plate, which is in contact with the ground, so that the firmness of the track plate and the adhesive force of the track and the ground are improved.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in detail with reference to preferred embodiments.
As shown in fig. 1, the track connecting mechanism for a two-joint vehicle of the present invention includes a hook claw 2, a screw 1, a locker 5, and an iron chain 4. The hook claw 2 is used for hooking the middle position of the front face of one track shoe to be connected of the track in use, and the iron chain 4 is used for winding the other track shoe to be connected.
One end of the hook claw 2 is provided with a connecting pin 2 which is fixedly connected with one end of the screw rod 1. After the connecting pin 2 is fixedly connected with one end of the screw rod 1, the hook claw 2 can freely rotate around the screw rod 1. The other end of the hook claw 2 is provided with a circular arc hook-shaped structure.
The screw rod 1 is provided with external threads, and the locker 5 is provided with internal threads for connecting with the external threads on the screw rod 1, so that the locker 5 can rotate on the screw rod 1 to axially move along the screw rod 1. The locker 5 is fixedly connected with a ratchet wrench 6, and the ratchet wrench 6 is provided with a clamp spring which can be clamped on the screw rod 1 and used for limiting the movement of the locker 5. The ratchet wrench 6 is further provided with a gear button including two gears, a forward rotation position allowing forward rotation of the locker 5 with respect to the screw 1 and a reverse rotation position allowing reverse rotation of the locker 5 with respect to the screw 1.

In the use process, the directions of the ratchet wrench 6, the locker 5, the hook claw 2, the iron chain 4 and the iron chain hook 7 are all hung from the inner side of the track plate from top to bottom, and the hanging mode is used for avoiding the situations of obstruction and insufficient space when the iron chain or the locker is assembled with the track plate without affecting the subsequent assembly of the track plate.
2. The gear button of the ratchet wrench 6 is adjusted to a positive position, the ratchet wrench 6 is rotated, the locker 5 and the screw 1 rotate positively, the effective stroke of the locker 5 and the screw 1 is shortened, the iron chain 4 is tensioned, and the crawler belt to be connected can be pulled in the effective stroke until the two ends of the crawler belt can be effectively connected.
3. After the bolts are tied at the joints of the tracks, the adjusting buttons on the ratchet wrench 6 are adjusted to reverse gears, and the ratchet wrench 6 is rotated to enable the locker 5 to reversely rotate with the screw rod 1 until the hook claw 2 and the iron chain hook 7 can be easily taken down, so that the operation task is completed satisfactorily.
The invention adopts the hook claw-chain and the locker-screw device, solves the problems of awkward tools and a large amount of manpower used when the double-section vehicle is connected with the crawler in normal condition or special topography, ensures that the crawler is connected conveniently, rapidly, stably and reliably, and realizes the problems that the double-section vehicle is broken accidentally and cannot be connected.
