an operator operates the electric control system to start up, each standard grinding roller 203 and each special-shaped grinding roller 302 start to rotate, and the respective pneumatic push rods 9 drive the telescopic sleeve rods 7 to push and pull, so that the standard grinding rollers 203 and the special-shaped grinding rollers 302 are tightly pressed at positions of the outer die to be ground; meanwhile, the strut autorotation driving device drives the strut 102 to rotate clockwise and anticlockwise alternately to finish annular all-dimensional polishing of polishing positions of the inner surfaces of the stainless steel templates at the standard section and the shear key;
the traction device 103 drives the standard joint movable polishing device 2 to slowly move up and down, the whole standard section is repeatedly polished longitudinally, and residual concrete and rust on the inner surface of the external mold standard section are removed;
after polishing is finished, a spraying program is started, the standard polishing roller 203 and the special-shaped polishing roller 302 are both driven by the air cylinder to retract, the support self-rotation driving device drives the support 102 to rotate clockwise and anticlockwise alternately, and the release agent is sprayed on the surface of the outer die uniformly in a mist form from a nozzle of the release agent spraying device 5 under the action of compressed air; in the spraying process, the traction device 103 drives the standard knot mobile polishing device 2 to move up and down slowly along the support.
And finishing the spraying of the inner surface of the whole external mold, and automatically stopping the process.
