the sensing module (3) is used for acquiring the position information of the flexible panel to be processed on the supporting module (4);
the control module (1) is in communication connection with the induction module (3) and is used for controlling the clamping plate module (2) to bend the flexible panel to be processed from two sides to the middle based on the position information;
the system also comprises a quality inspection module (6), wherein the quality inspection module (6) comprises an image acquisition unit (61) and a detection result acquisition unit (62);
the image acquisition unit (61) is in communication connection with the control module (1) and is used for acquiring external image information of the flexible panel when the processing of the clamping plate module (2) is finished;
the detection result acquisition unit (62) is in communication connection with the image acquisition unit (61) and is used for carrying out quality detection and generating a detection result based on external image information of the flexible panel;
the system further comprises a classification module (7), and the quality inspection module (6) further comprises a judging unit (63);
the judging unit (63) is used for judging whether the flexible panel is a qualified product or not based on the detection result;
the classification module (7) is in communication connection with the control module (1) and is used for moving the flexible panel to an acceptable product area when the flexible panel belongs to an acceptable product and moving the flexible panel to a non-acceptable product area when the flexible panel belongs to a non-acceptable product;
the system also comprises a damage degree detection module (9) and a counting module (10);
the damage degree detection module (9) is in communication connection with the image acquisition unit (61) and is used for acquiring the residue degree of the non-qualified product; the method comprises the steps of obtaining the defective degree of the unqualified products, including the number and length information of cracks, and then combining the whole external image information to obtain the defective degree of the processed U-shaped decorative panels;
the judging unit (63) is also in communication connection with the damage degree detecting module (9) and is used for judging whether the residual degree exceeds a preset residual degree threshold value or not;
the counting module (10) is used for obtaining the continuous detection times of the residue degree of the non-qualified products and the number of the non-qualified products exceeding a preset residue degree threshold value in a preset time period;
the control module (1) is further used for controlling the image acquisition unit (61) to reduce the frequency of acquiring the external image information of the flexible panel when the ratio of the number of unqualified products exceeding a preset residue degree threshold to the continuous detection times is lower than a first preset value;

the recording module (11) is further used for acquiring and recording the material composition of the flexible panel when the ratio of the number of unqualified products exceeding a preset residue degree threshold to the continuous detection times is higher than a second preset value;
the system also comprises an radian information acquisition module (5),
the radian information acquisition module (5) is in communication connection with the control module (1) and is used for acquiring the required processing radian information of the flexible panel to be processed and sending the required processing radian information to the control module (1);
the control module (1) is further used for adjusting the movement track of the clamping plate module (2) based on the required processing radian information so as to change the bending radian of the flexible panel to be processed.

the judging unit (63) is further configured to judge whether the flexible panel to be processed is a panel to be recycled when the flexible panel to be processed belongs to a non-qualified product;
