Abstract
The invention discloses an infusion pump which comprises a liquid reservoir and an infusion pump body, wherein the liquid reservoir and the infusion pump body can be waterproof in IPX8 grade after being assembled, and a sealing ring is arranged between the liquid reservoir and the infusion pump body; the sealing rings are arranged between the upper infusion pump shell and the lower infusion pump shell, and can be waterproof after being fixed and assembled by screws; a sleeve is arranged in the center of the lower top surface of the infusion pump body, and a sealing ring is arranged between the sleeve and the infusion pump housing; the piston is arranged in the liquid storage device, and the sealing ring is arranged between the piston and the inner wall of the liquid storage device, so that liquid can be prevented from overflowing. The infusion pump has excellent waterproof performance and is convenient for patients to wear.

Optionally, a plurality of ventilation holes are formed in the lower infusion pump shell, and a waterproof and breathable film is arranged on the inner side of the lower infusion pump shell; the waterproof breathable film covers the breathable holes.
According to the technical scheme of the invention, the infusion pump body of the infusion pump is provided with the sleeve, the liquid reservoir is provided with the opening, and the infusion pump body is in sealing connection with the inner wall at the inner side of the opening; the invention realizes the sealing of the sleeve connection part of the liquid reservoir and the infusion pump body, and has good waterproof performance.

Detailed Description
In the embodiment of the invention, the infusion pump has excellent waterproof performance, meets the use requirement, and is specifically described below.
As shown in fig. 1 to 14, the embodiment of the invention discloses an infusion pump, which comprises a liquid storage device 1 and an infusion pump body 2, wherein the liquid storage device 1 and the infusion pump body 2 are integrally L-shaped, a sleeve 6 is arranged at the center of a low top surface 14 of the infusion pump body, an opening is arranged on a bottom surface 15 of the liquid storage device, and the low top surface 14 of the infusion pump body is in sealing connection with an inner wall 11 on the inner side of the opening. Fig. 10 and 11 show the L-shape of the reservoir 1.
The outer side of the sleeve 6 is provided with a first sealing element 5, and the first sealing element 5 is a sealing ring; the sealing connection is achieved between the infusion pump body lower top surface 14 and the inner wall 11 by means of the first seal 5.
After the guide rail of the liquid storage device and the guide rail of the infusion pump body are meshed with each other, the liquid storage device 1 is pushed downwards, and after the liquid storage device reaches the lowest end, the inner wall 11 of the liquid storage device 1 presses the sealing ring, so that the sealing ring is deformed, and the assembly is completed, as shown in fig. 3. Fig. 4 is a sectional view of the assembled seal ring.
The infusion pump body 2 comprises an infusion pump lower housing assembly 3 and an infusion pump upper housing assembly 4, wherein: a second seal 7 is provided between the upper infusion pump housing assembly 3 and the lower infusion pump housing assembly 4. The infusion pump lower case 41 has a mating surface 411 that mates with the upper case 31, and the second seal 7 is a seal ring provided on the mating surface 411. A circle of sealing rings are molded on the abutting surface 411, the abutting surface 411 comprises a section of arc-shaped part 71, the arc-shaped part 71 is matched with the abutting surface 411, the abutting surface 411 is not on a plane, the abutting surface 411 is not a plane, so that the connection is firmer, and the inclination angle of the edge of the lower shell is matched. The upper and lower shells are fastened and then fixed by screws, the cross section of the sealing ring is shown in figure 6, and the screws enable the upper and lower shells to be mutually extruded to achieve sealing.
The upper infusion pump housing 31 is provided with a sleeve mounting orifice 16, and a third seal 8 is provided between the sleeve 6 and the upper infusion pump housing 31.
The sleeve 6 is provided with a groove 61 at the location where it is connected to the sleeve mounting aperture 16 and the third seal 9 is a sealing ring located in the groove 61. The sleeve 6 is connected with the upper shell 31 of the infusion pump through a screw 13.
The sealing ring is sleeved on the sleeve 6 shown in fig. 7, then the sleeve 6 is inserted on the semi-finished product of the infusion pump, the semi-finished product of the infusion pump is installed towards the bottom surface 17 of the infusion pump body, the sealing ring is assembled in the groove 61, and the semi-finished product of the infusion pump is pressed, so that the assembly is completed, and the sealing is realized. The cross-sectional view is shown in fig. 9, and the cross-sectional state of the seal ring can be seen.
A piston 10 is arranged on the inner side of the opening of the liquid reservoir 1, and the piston 10 is connected with an inner wall 11 on the inner side of the opening through a fourth sealing piece 9. The fourth sealing member 9 is a sealing ring 9 arranged on the outer side of the piston 10, and an O-ring can be adopted.
The piston 10 with the sealing ring 9 is arranged in the liquid storage device 1, the piston 10 can be pushed by a screw rod in the liquid storage device 1 to extrude infusion liquid, and the sealing ring 9 is extruded and deformed by the piston 10 and the inner wall 11 of the liquid storage device to finish sealing. The cross-sectional state of the seal ring 9 is shown in fig. 12.
The infusion pump lower shell 41 is provided with a plurality of ventilation holes 412, and the inner side of the infusion pump lower shell 41 is provided with a waterproof ventilation membrane 12; the waterproof and breathable film 12 covers the breathable holes 412.
The waterproof and breathable film 1 is adhered to the lower infusion pump shell 41 through self-contained double-sided adhesive tape, and three small holes are formed in the lower infusion pump shell correspondingly, so that gas can pass through the holes, and liquid water is blocked outside.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the center of the low top surface of the infusion pump body is provided with the sleeve, the bottom surface of the liquid storage device is provided with the opening, and the low top surface of the infusion pump body is in sealing connection with the inner wall at the inner side of the opening; a second sealing piece is arranged between the upper infusion pump shell component and the lower infusion pump shell component; a third sealing piece is arranged between the sleeve and the upper shell of the infusion pump; the piston is connected with the inner wall of the inner side of the opening through a fourth sealing piece. The infusion pump of the embodiment of the invention has excellent waterproof performance, can be worn during swimming and bathing, and meets the use requirements of patients.

1. An infusion pump comprises a liquid storage device (1) and an infusion pump body (2), and is characterized in that,
the infusion pump body is provided with a sleeve (6), the liquid reservoir is provided with an opening, and the sleeve (6) of the infusion pump body is in sealing connection with the inner wall (11) at the inner side of the opening of the liquid reservoir;
the upper infusion pump housing (31) is provided with a sleeve mounting orifice (16), and the wall of the sleeve mounting orifice (16) extends outwards from the upper infusion pump housing (31);
the part of the sleeve (6) connected with the sleeve mounting hole (16) is provided with a groove (61), the third sealing piece (8) is a sealing ring positioned in the groove (61), and the sealing ring is positioned on the end face of the sleeve mounting hole (16);
the infusion pump body (2) comprises an infusion pump upper shell component (3) and an infusion pump lower shell component (4), wherein a second sealing piece (7) is arranged between the infusion pump upper shell component (3) and the infusion pump lower shell component (4);
the sleeve (6) is connected with the upper shell (31) of the infusion pump through a screw (13).
2. Infusion pump according to claim 1, characterized in that a first seal (5) is provided outside the sleeve (6), the first seal (5) being a sealing ring; the infusion pump body is in sealing connection with the inner wall (11) of the liquid reservoir through the first sealing piece (5).
3. Infusion pump according to claim 1, characterized in that the second seal (7) is a sealing ring provided at the abutment surface (411) of the lower infusion pump housing (41) and the upper infusion pump housing (31).
4. An infusion pump according to claim 3, wherein the sealing ring is injection molded integrally with the lower infusion pump housing (41).
5. An infusion pump according to claim 3, wherein the upper infusion pump housing (31) and the lower infusion pump housing (41) are secured by a screw connection.
6. Infusion pump according to any of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that a piston (10) is provided inside the opening of the reservoir (1), which piston (10) is connected to the inner wall (11) inside the opening by means of a fourth seal (9).
7. Infusion pump according to claim 6, characterized in that the fourth seal (9) is an O-ring provided outside the piston (10).
8. Infusion pump according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the infusion pump lower housing (41) is provided with a plurality of ventilation holes (412), and the inside of the infusion pump lower housing (41) is provided with a waterproof and breathable membrane (12);
the waterproof breathable film (12) covers the breathable holes (412).
