Abstract
The invention discloses an infusion pump, which comprises a liquid reservoir and an infusion pump body, wherein the liquid reservoir and the infusion pump body can be waterproof at an IPX8 level after being assembled, and a sealing ring is arranged between the liquid reservoir and the infusion pump body; sealing rings are arranged between the upper infusion pump shell and the lower infusion pump shell and can prevent water after being fixed and assembled by screws; a sleeve is arranged at the center of the lower top surface of the infusion pump body, and a sealing ring is arranged between the sleeve and the infusion pump shell; a piston is arranged in the liquid storage device, and a sealing ring is arranged between the piston and the inner wall of the liquid storage device, so that liquid can be prevented from overflowing. The infusion pump is excellent in waterproof performance and convenient for a patient to wear.

Detailed Description
In the embodiment of the present invention, the infusion pump has excellent waterproof performance and meets the use requirements, which will be described in detail below.
As shown in fig. 1 to 14, the embodiment of the invention discloses an infusion pump, which comprises a liquid reservoir 1 and an infusion pump body 2, wherein the liquid reservoir 1 and the infusion pump body 2 are L-shaped integrally, a sleeve 6 is arranged in the center of a low top surface 14 of the infusion pump body, an opening is formed in a bottom surface 15 of the liquid reservoir, and the low top surface 14 of the infusion pump body is connected with an inner wall 11 on the inner side of the opening in a sealing manner. Fig. 10 and 11 show an L-shape of the reservoir 1.
A first sealing element 5 is arranged on the outer side of the sleeve 6, and the first sealing element 5 is a sealing ring; the sealing connection between the lower top surface 14 of the infusion pump body and the inner wall 11 is achieved by the first seal 5.
After the guide rail of the liquid storage device and the guide rail of the infusion pump body are mutually occluded, the liquid storage device 1 is pushed downwards, and after the liquid storage device reaches the lowest end, the inner wall 11 of the liquid storage device 1 extrudes the sealing ring to cause the deformation of the sealing ring, so that the assembly is completed, as shown in fig. 3. Fig. 4 shows a cross-sectional view of the assembled gasket.
The infusion pump body 2 comprises an infusion pump lower housing assembly 3 and an infusion pump upper housing assembly 4, wherein: a second seal 7 is provided between the upper infusion pump housing assembly 3 and the lower infusion pump housing assembly 4. The lower infusion pump housing 41 has an abutting surface 411 that abuts the upper housing 31, and the second seal 7 is a seal ring provided on the abutting surface 411. A circle of sealing rings are injected on the abutting surface 411 in an injection molding mode, the abutting surface 411 comprises a section of arc-shaped portion 71, the arc-shaped portion 71 is matched with the abutting surface 411, the abutting surface 411 is not on the same plane, the abutting surface 411 is not a plane, connection is firmer, and the abutting surface 411 is also matched with the inclination angle of the edge of the lower shell. The upper and lower shells are fastened and then fixed by screws, the cross section of the sealing ring is as shown in figure 6, and the screws enable the upper and lower shells to be mutually extruded to achieve sealing.
The infusion pump upper housing 31 is provided with a sleeve mounting aperture 16 and a third seal 8 is provided between the sleeve 6 and the infusion pump upper housing 31.
The sleeve 6 is provided with a groove 61 at the connecting part with the sleeve mounting hole 16, and the third sealing element 9 is a sealing ring positioned in the groove 61. The sleeve 6 is connected with the upper shell 31 of the infusion pump through a screw 13.
The sealing ring is sleeved on the sleeve 6 shown in fig. 7, then the sleeve 6 is inserted into the infusion pump semi-finished product and is installed towards the bottom surface 17 of the infusion pump body, the sealing ring is assembled in the groove 61 and is pressed with the infusion pump semi-finished product, and the assembly is completed, so that sealing is realized. The cross-sectional view is shown in fig. 9, in which the cross-sectional state of the seal ring can be seen.
A piston 10 is provided inside the opening of the reservoir 1, and the piston 10 is connected to an inner wall 11 inside the opening by a fourth seal 9. The fourth seal 9 is a seal ring 9 provided outside the piston 10, and an O-ring may be used.
The piston 10 with the sealing ring 9 is arranged in the liquid storage device 1, the piston 10 can be pushed by a screw rod in the liquid storage device 1 to extrude infusion liquid, and the sealing ring 9 is extruded and deformed by the piston 10 and the inner wall 11 of the liquid storage device to complete sealing. Fig. 12 shows a cross-sectional view of the seal ring 9.
A plurality of air holes 412 are arranged on the lower shell 41 of the infusion pump, and a waterproof air-permeable membrane 12 is arranged on the inner side of the lower shell 41 of the infusion pump; the waterproof breathable film 12 covers the breathable holes 412.
The waterproof breathable film 1 is adhered to the lower casing 41 of the infusion pump through a double-sided adhesive tape, three small holes are formed in the lower casing of the infusion pump correspondingly, gas can pass through the small holes, and liquid water is blocked outside.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the center of the lower top surface of the infusion pump body is provided with a sleeve, the bottom surface of the liquid reservoir is provided with an opening, and the lower top surface of the infusion pump body is hermetically connected with the inner wall of the opening; a second sealing element is arranged between the upper infusion pump shell assembly and the lower infusion pump shell assembly; a third sealing element is arranged between the sleeve and the upper shell of the infusion pump; the piston is connected with the inner wall of the opening through a fourth sealing element. The infusion pump provided by the embodiment of the invention has excellent waterproof performance, can be worn during swimming and bathing, and meets the use requirements of patients.

1. An infusion pump comprising a reservoir (1) and an infusion pump body (2), characterized in that,
the infusion pump body is provided with a sleeve (6), the liquid storage device is provided with an opening, and the sleeve of the infusion pump body is hermetically connected with an inner wall (11) at the inner side of the opening of the liquid storage device.
2. Infusion pump according to claim 1, characterized in that a first sealing element (5) is arranged outside the sleeve (6), the first sealing element (5) being a sealing ring; the sealed connection between the infusion pump body and the inner wall (11) of the liquid storage device is realized through the first sealing element (5).
3. The infusion pump according to claim 1, characterized in that the infusion pump body (2) comprises an infusion pump lower housing assembly (3) and an infusion pump upper housing assembly (4), wherein:
and a second sealing element (7) is arranged between the infusion pump upper shell component (3) and the infusion pump lower shell component (4).
4. The infusion pump according to claim 1, wherein the second sealing member (7) is a sealing ring provided on an abutment surface (411) of the lower infusion pump housing (41) and the upper infusion pump housing (31).
5. Infusion pump according to claim 4, characterized in that the sealing ring is injection moulded in one piece with the infusion pump lower housing (41).
6. The infusion pump according to claim 4, wherein the infusion pump upper housing (31) and the infusion pump lower housing (41) are fixed by a screw connection.
7. The infusion pump according to any one of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the infusion pump upper housing (31) is provided with a sleeve mounting aperture (16), and a third seal (8) is provided between the sleeve (6) and the infusion pump upper housing (31).
8. Infusion pump according to claim 7, characterized in that the sleeve (6) is provided with a groove (61) in the connection with the sleeve mounting orifice (16), and that the third sealing element (8) is a sealing ring located in the groove (61).
9. Infusion pump according to any of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the connection between the sleeve (6) and the infusion pump upper housing (31) is by means of screws (13).
10. Infusion pump according to any of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that inside the opening of the reservoir (1) a piston (10) is provided, which piston (10) is connected to the inner wall (11) inside the opening by a fourth seal (9).
11. Infusion pump according to claim 10, characterized in that the fourth seal (9) is an O-ring provided outside the piston (10).
12. The infusion pump according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein a plurality of air holes (412) are formed on the lower infusion pump casing (41), and a waterproof air-permeable membrane (12) is arranged on the inner side of the lower infusion pump casing (41);
the waterproof breathable film (12) covers the breathable holes (412).
