Abstract
The invention discloses an infusion pump which comprises a liquid reservoir and an infusion pump body, wherein the middle side surface of the infusion pump body is connected with the middle side surface of the liquid reservoir through a sliding rail. The assembly process of the liquid storage device and the infusion pump body is smooth, the guide function is provided at the inlet, and the two slide rails can work stably after being assembled and clamped. The infusion pump disclosed by the invention is convenient and quick to pump, accurate in positioning, easy to detach and good in use experience.

Detailed Description
In the embodiment of the invention, the liquid reservoir is connected with the pump body through the sliding rail, so that the assembly and the disassembly are convenient and quick, and the liquid reservoir is specifically described below.
As shown in fig. 1 to 13, the embodiment of the invention discloses an infusion pump, which comprises a liquid reservoir 1 and an infusion pump body 2, wherein the liquid reservoir 1 and the infusion pump body 2 are in an L shape as a whole, and the infusion pump body is connected with the liquid reservoir through a sliding rail connecting structure.
The slide rail connection structure comprises a guide rail 3 arranged on the middle side surface 16 of the liquid storage device and a track 4 arranged on the middle side surface 26 of the infusion pump body, wherein: the guide rail 3 and the rail 4 are engaged with each other so that the two can move relatively.
The guide rail 3 extends from the reservoir bottom surface 15 to the reservoir lower top surface 17; the track 4 extends from the infusion pump body high top surface 21 to the infusion pump body low top surface 27; the guide rail 3 is arc-shaped and has a first edge 32; the first edge 32 cooperates with the track 4 when the rail 3 slides relative to the track 4. The angle of the first edge 32 to a line perpendicular to the upper surface 11 of the reservoir is 0.5 deg. -5 deg., preferably 1.5 deg..
The end of the guide rail 3 near the lower top surface 17 of the reservoir is provided with a limiting piece 31, and the limiting piece 31 is positioned in a groove 33 between the guide rail 3 and the middle side surface 16 of the reservoir.
The guide rail 3 of the reservoir 1 is used for installing and fixing the reservoir 1 and the infusion pump body 2, fig. 5 is a front view of the reservoir, and as can be seen from fig. 5, an included angle a exists between the two guide rails 3 (the contact surface with the infusion pump body) of the reservoir and the vertical direction, the included angle a is 0.5-5 degrees, preferably 1.5 degrees, and the angle is convenient for mutually assembling with the infusion pump body. The bottom of the guide rail 3 of the reservoir 1 is provided with a limiting member 31, namely the position of the guide rail 3 near the low top surface 17 of the reservoir, when the reservoir 1 and the infusion pump body 2 are assembled, the reservoir 1 can move downwards along the track 4 of the infusion pump body 2, and when reaching the bottom, the limiting member 31 stops the reservoir 1 from continuing to move towards each other.
The rail 4 is provided with a projection 43 projecting inwards, the rail 4 having a second edge 42, the second edge 42 cooperating with the rail 3 when the rail 4 slides relative to the rail 3. The second edge 42 is angled from vertical by 0.5 deg. -5 deg., preferably 0.9 deg..

When the reservoir 1 and the infusion pump body 2 are assembled, the reservoir 1 moves downwards along the infusion pump body 2, and the infusion pump body 2 is connected with the reservoir 1 more and more tightly. The track 4 of the infusion pump body 2 is provided with clamping pieces at the position close to the lower top surface 27 of the infusion pump body; and when the clamping piece is fast to the end, the clamping piece is clamped with the contact curved surface of the liquid storage device 1, and the assembly of the guide rail part is completed.
The contact surface between the guide rail 3 of the liquid storage device and the track 4 of the infusion pump body is a curved surface, so that the insertion is convenient, in the insertion process, only part of the curved surface is contacted, a clamping piece is arranged at the bottom of the non-contact section of the track 4 of the infusion pump body 2, namely, the track 4 is close to the position of the low top surface 27 of the infusion pump body, and when the track 4 is fast to the bottom, the clamping piece is contacted with the guide rail 3 of the liquid storage device 1 and is clamped with the guide rail 3, so that the clamping piece is fastened and is not easy to disengage.
The assembly method of the infusion pump body 2 and the liquid reservoir 1 according to the embodiment of the invention is as follows: in the initial state of the infusion pump, the advancing sleeve is in the bottommost state. The medicine storage device is held by hand, the two guide rails of the medicine storage device are aligned with the track of the infusion pump, the medicine storage device is pushed downwards from the upper side, the guide rail 3 is clamped with the track 4, and the assembly of the guide rail part is completed.
According to the embodiment of the invention, when the liquid storage device and the infusion pump body are assembled, the two guide rails 3 of the liquid storage device 1 are aligned with the rails 4 of the infusion pump body and pushed in opposite directions, so that the two guide rails are clamped; the infusion pump of the embodiment of the invention is rapid and convenient.
