S3: after a period of disinfection, the sliding rack 5 is pulled, the sliding rack 5 drives the overturning gear 32 to rotate, the overturning gear 32 drives the whole clamping assembly 3 to rotate, the clamping rod 34 drives the surgical instrument clamped on the clamping rod to rotate, and then the surgical instrument is cleaned and disinfected again.
