Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of sanitary products, in particular to activated carbon dust-free paper, a production device thereof and a disposable nursing sanitary product.
Background
In order to avoid embarrassment of incontinence people in life, incontinence pad products are used with great confidence, various methods are tried in the industry to introduce a urine smell removing function into the incontinence products, and three main implementation modes are fragrance shielding, urine smell adsorption and antibacterial substance addition. Wherein, the fragrance shielding mode does not completely solve the embarrassment, but can be counterproductive, and the secrecy of the incontinence people is further exposed; the product with the fungus inhibiting substances cannot be suitable for all people, and may bring potential safety hazards to some sensitive people. Thus, incontinence products with a urine odour adsorption principle are safer for the user.
The activated carbon adsorbent has the characteristics of more pores, high adsorption rate, large specific surface area and the like, and is naturally the first choice material for the research and development of the products. However, in the product realization process, the activated carbon adsorbent material is difficult to be added into the incontinence product, because the activated carbon generally exists in the form of fine powder or particles, the fine powder has poor adsorption effect, and the particles have stronger adsorption effect due to large pores, so that the activated carbon adsorbent material is more suitable for removing odor. However, granular activated carbon is a brittle material and is easily crushed, and when the product is compacted, there are problems in that not only is the equipment contaminated and the contacted material is contaminated to black, but also the adsorption performance is not satisfactory due to the crushed granules.
In order to solve the problems, the invention creates the activated carbon dust-free paper for the incontinence products and the production device thereof, so that the problems of equipment pollution and activated carbon particle crushing are solved, and the activated carbon dust-free paper can realize stronger odor removing and adsorbing functions after being applied to the products.
Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the technical problem, the invention provides an activated carbon dust-free paper which comprises an upper liquid guide layer, an upper bonding layer, an adsorption layer, a lower bonding layer and a lower liquid guide layer, wherein the adsorption layer is a granular activated carbon layer.
Further improved, the granular activated carbon layer adopts 20-70 mesh activated carbon granules, and the iodine adsorption value is 700-1400 mg/g.
Further improved, the activated carbon particles are subjected to decoloring pretreatment by adopting a water washing or polishing process.
Further improved, the upper liquid guiding layer is made of toilet paper, spun-bonded non-woven fabric, hot-air non-woven fabric, hot-rolled non-woven fabric, SMS non-woven fabric or melt-blown non-woven fabric.
The lower liquid guiding layer is further improved by adopting toilet paper, spun-bonded non-woven fabric, hot air non-woven fabric, hot rolled non-woven fabric, SMS non-woven fabric or melt-blown non-woven fabric.
The improved structure is characterized in that the upper bonding layer and the lower bonding layer are hot melt adhesives sprayed in a spiral mode.
As an improvement of the invention, the invention also provides a production device of the activated carbon dust-free paper, wherein a blanking roller with punctiform concave points on the surface is adopted as the blanking roller for blanking the granular activated carbon in the production device.
In a further improvement, the compacting rollers used for compacting the activated carbon dust-free paper in the production device adopt soft rubber rollers or foam rollers, and the compacting pressure of the soft rubber rollers or the foam rollers is 0.3-0.5 MPa.
As a further improvement, the invention also provides a disposable nursing sanitary product which comprises the activated carbon dust-free paper.
In a further improvement, the sanitary product is an incontinence pad, a paper diaper, a safety pad or a sanitary towel.
After adopting such design, the invention has at least the following advantages:
according to the activated carbon dust-free paper, the granular activated carbon subjected to pre-decoloration treatment is arranged between the upper liquid guide layer and the lower liquid guide layer, so that the dust-free paper with the granular porous activated carbon is developed, the problem that the surface of a product is black when the dust-free paper is applied to various disposable sanitary products can be solved, and the problems that the existing product with activated carbon incontinence pollutes materials and production equipment during production and processing are solved; and the granular activated carbon has strong odor-removing adsorbability, so that the good odor-removing adsorption effect of the adsorption type odor-removing incontinence product is improved, the product permeability is not influenced, the user satisfaction is improved, and the embarrassment problem of using the incontinence product is avoided.
The production device of the activated carbon dust-free paper provided by the invention is used for innovating the blanking roller and the compaction roller of the production device aiming at the characteristics of the adsorption layer in the dust-free paper, so that the production and processing requirements of the activated carbon dust-free paper can be met, the integrity of granular activated carbon is ensured, and the odor removal and adsorption performance of the dust-free paper is improved.

For example, the upper liquid guide layer 1 is made of 12-20gsm toilet paper, and the lower liquid guide layer 5 is made of 12-20gsm toilet paper; or 12-20gsm hot air cloth is used as the upper liquid guide layer 1, and 12-20gsm toilet paper is used as the lower liquid guide layer 5; alternatively, the upper liquid-guiding layer 1 may be 12-20gsm meltblown, the lower liquid-guiding layer 5 may be 12-20gsm toilet paper, etc.
In the preparation process of the activated carbon dust-free paper, the pretreatment step of the activated carbon can be completed independently, or can be continuously performed with the subsequent dust-free paper processing technology.
In order to prevent the granular activated carbon in the adsorption layer from being crushed during the processing of the activated carbon dust-free paper, or to meet the purpose of uniform distribution of the granular activated carbon, the production device of the activated carbon dust-free paper of the embodiment is modified as follows.
Firstly, the blanking roller for blanking the granular activated carbon in the production device of the activated carbon dust-free paper adopts the blanking roller with the surface provided with the punctiform concave points, so that the granular activated carbon can be uniformly dispersed on the lower liquid guide layer 5 during blanking. As shown in fig. 2, which is a front view of the surface structure of the blanking roller in the present embodiment, and fig. 3, which is a side view of the surface structure of the blanking roller in the present embodiment, the pits 7 on the surface 6 of the blanking roller are hexagonal pits. Of course, a circular concave structure may be adopted as long as the granular activated carbon is uniformly dispersed on the lower liquid guide layer 5 and is not easily crushed during blanking.
Secondly, soft rubber rollers or foam rollers are adopted as compaction rollers for compacting the activated carbon dust-free paper in the production device, and the compaction pressure of the soft rubber rollers or the foam rollers is 0.3-0.5MPa, preferably 0.4 MPa. Therefore, the granular active carbon can be prevented from being crushed in the processing process of the active carbon dust-free paper, so that the granular active carbon is ensured to be granular, and the extremely strong odor-removing adsorption performance is met.
In the embodiment, the structures of other parts of the production device of the activated carbon dust-free paper can adopt the existing structures of the existing devices, so that the production and processing functions of the activated carbon dust-free paper are met.
The activated carbon dust-free paper can be directly used in disposable nursing sanitary products, such as incontinence pads, disposable diapers, safety pads or sanitary towel products, and can further improve the odor-removing adsorption performance of the sanitary products without influencing the permeability.
The activated carbon dust-free paper has the characteristics of reasonable structure, simple production process, odor removal, good liquid permeability, no carbon leakage in the production and use processes, and good practical application effect.
The above description is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not to be construed as limiting the present invention in any way, and it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the above description of the present invention can be applied to various modifications, equivalent variations or modifications without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention.
