The whole fumigating and developing process can be divided into four stages: firstly, a main power switch is turned on, the internal circulation air system and the atomization system start to work at the moment, meanwhile, the humidity in the system is monitored, the atomization system is turned off after the humidity reaches the standard, and the duration of the stage can be set and stored according to the actual condition; secondly, the internal circulation system continues to work, the heating system starts to work, the power and the working time of the heater can be set and stored according to the actual situation during the working period, the fuming quality is observed through the upper cover plate 5 of the transparent fuming area at the moment, the fuming quality is ensured, and the heating system stops working after the fuming fingerprint lines meet the requirements; thirdly, the internal circulation air system continues to work, the external circulation air system starts to operate, the purpose is to discharge irritant gas in the fuming system, and the operation duration of the external circulation air system can be set and stored according to actual conditions; fourthly, close total switch, open and fumigate regional upper cover plate 5, take out and examine the material, carry out the evidence to showing the fingerprint and fix. The storage parameters can be distinguished according to the actual test effect by the equipment because the fuming parameters used by different materials to be tested are different, the parameter storage data in the four-stage operation of the similar materials to be tested can be set as a one-key fuming total parameter, and the total parameter can be stored in a plurality of ways, so that more different material testing conditions can be conveniently dealt with. The operation of the equipment can be manually intervened in the whole process, and the experiment parameter one-key intelligent fuming operation can also be used. In the four stages, the light source system can be started for use, the output power and the starting wave band of the light source can be freely adjusted, the main purpose of the light source system is to monitor the fuming effect all the time and enhance the fuming effect, the light source system can be used for fuming and observing the fingerprint appearing on other objects, for example, after the fingerprint is developed by fluorescent powder on a case tool, the case tool can be placed in the fuming system to start the light source system to enhance shooting.
Wireless charging coil 8 and PLC control module electric connection are independent of smoked system of showing during the use, can open alone. The wireless charging coil is tightly attached to the inner surface of the upper cover, and the equipment supporting wireless charging is arranged on the outer surface of the upper cover corresponding to the coil after power supply is started, so that charging can be performed. The wireless charging coil 8 is used for emergency charging, and equipment such as mobile phones of survey personnel is prevented from being powered off due to power shortage.

a display screen (9) and a control button (10) are arranged at the top of the control cabin, a power supply module is arranged below the display screen (9), the power supply module comprises a lithium battery and a voltage and current regulating module (20), and the lithium battery and the voltage and current regulating module (20) are electrically connected with a PLC control module (19);
the fumigating and displaying bin is characterized in that a fumigating and displaying area upper cover plate (5) is arranged at the top of the fumigating and displaying bin, the fumigating and displaying area upper cover plate (5) is movably connected with the lower box body (3) through a cover plate hinge (6), a partition plate is detachably arranged in the middle of the fumigating and displaying bin in the horizontal direction, the fumigating and displaying bin is provided with a fumigating and displaying system,
wherein the fuming system comprises:
the internal circulation air system comprises two fans (12), the two fans (12) are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the partition board, an air outlet of the fan (12) on one side of the partition board faces upwards, an air outlet of the fan (12) on the other side of the partition board faces downwards, and the fan (12) is electrically connected with the PLC control module (19);
the external circulation air system comprises a one-way air inlet arranged on the bin wall of one side, far away from the display screen (9), of the fuming bin and an air suction opening arranged at the bottom of the fuming bin, wherein an air pump (17) is installed at the air suction opening, the air pump (17) is communicated with one end of an exhaust hose (18), an air outlet is formed in the other end of the exhaust hose (18), and the air outlet is formed in the outer part of the fuming bin;
the atomization system comprises an atomizer (14), the atomizer (14) is installed on one side below the partition plate, the atomizer (14) is connected with a water supply mechanism through a hose, the atomizer (14) is electrically connected with a humidity sensing module (21), and the humidity sensing module (21) is electrically connected with the PLC control module (19);
the heating system comprises a heating bin, the heating bin is of a groove structure, the heating bin is arranged at the upper part of the partition plate, a heater (13) is arranged in the heating bin, and a heat insulation layer is arranged outside the heater (13); and
the light source system comprises a multiband light source (15) arranged on an L-shaped support (16), the L-shaped support (16) is fixedly arranged on the upper side of the inner wall of the fuming bin, the multiband light source (15) is electrically connected with a power regulating module (22), and the power regulating module (22) is electrically connected with the PLC control module (19).
2. The portable intelligent 502 fuming system of claim 1, wherein a box handle (2) is arranged at the top of the box cover (7), a box lock (1) is arranged at one side of the box cover (7) which is opened and closed, and the display screen (9) is a touch display screen.
3. The portable intelligent 502 fuming system of claim 1, wherein the fuming area upper cover plate (5) is made of transparent material, and a fuming area handle (4) is arranged above the opening and closing side of the fuming area upper cover plate (5).
4. The portable intelligent 502 fuming system of claim 1, wherein the heater (13) is electrically connected with a power regulating module (22), and the power regulating module (22) is electrically connected with the PLC control module (19).
5. The portable intelligent 502 fuming system of claim 1, wherein the air pump (17) is electrically connected with the PLC control module (19).

The portable intelligent 502 vapor display system of claim 1, wherein the multiband light source (15) comprises a white light LED lamp (1501), a blue light LED lamp (1502), a green light LED lamp (1503) and an ultraviolet light LED lamp (1504), and the white light LED lamp (1501), the blue light LED lamp (1502), the green light LED lamp (1503) and the ultraviolet light LED lamp (1504) are each independently electrically connected to a power regulating module (22).

The portable intelligent 502 fuming system of claim 1, wherein the control buttons (10) comprise a main power switch, a one-key fuming switch, a wireless charging coil switch, a multiband light source main switch, a white light LED power switch, a green light LED power switch, a blue light LED power switch, and an ultraviolet light LED power switch, wherein the white light LED power switch is electrically connected with a white light LED lamp (1501), the blue light LED power switch is electrically connected with a blue light LED lamp (1502), the green light LED power switch is electrically connected with a green light LED lamp (1503), and the ultraviolet light LED power switch is electrically connected with an ultraviolet light LED lamp (1504).
8. The portable intelligent 502 fuming system of claim 1, wherein a temperature sensing module is installed at one side of the heating chamber, and the temperature sensing module is electrically connected with the PLC control module (19).
9. The portable intelligent 502 fuming system of claim 1, wherein the case cover (7) is made of non-metal material, a wireless charging coil (8) is arranged on the inner side wall of the case cover (7), and the wireless charging coil (8) is electrically connected with the power supply module.
10. The method of using the portable intelligent 502 fuming system of any of claims 1-9, further comprising the steps of:
s1, adding auxiliary materials: dripping fuming reagent 502 glue into the heating bin, and injecting water into the water supply mechanism;
s2, placing a material to be detected: the material to be detected is flatly placed on a partition board horizontally arranged in the middle of the fuming bin, and then an upper cover plate (5) of the fuming area is closed;
s3, power supply is started: turning on a main power switch to enable a power supply module to supply power to the portable intelligent 502 fuming system;
s4, turning on a light source: when the multiband light source main switch is turned on, the light source is switched by the white light LED power supply switch, the green light LED power supply switch, the blue light LED power supply switch and the ultraviolet light LED power supply switch;
s5, opening an internal cycle: clicking the display screen (9), starting an internal circulation air system, and enabling the fan (12) to rotate;
s6, starting atomization: clicking the display screen (9), starting an atomization system, and converting water in the water supply mechanism into steam by the atomizer (14);
s7, starting heating: when the humidity measured by the humidity sensing module (21) reaches 65%, the PLC control module (19) automatically starts a heating system, and the heater (13) starts to heat;
s8, closing atomization: when the humidity measured by the humidity sensing module (21) reaches 95%, the PLC control module (19) automatically closes the atomization system;
s9, turning off heating: when the fingerprint fumigation is finished, the heating system is closed, and the heater (13) stops heating;
s10, starting an external circulation: clicking the display screen (9), starting the external circulation air system, and exhausting irritant gas in the fuming system by the air pump (17) through the exhaust hose (18);
s11, closing the external circulation: clicking the display screen (9) to close the external circulation air system;
s12, closing the internal circulation: clicking the display screen (9) to close the internal circulation air system;
s13, turning off a light source: the main switch of the multiband light source is turned off, so that the multiband light source (15) stops illuminating;
s14, taking out the material: opening the upper cover plate (5) of the fuming area, and taking out the material to be detected from the clapboard.
