5) Fumigating and displaying: opening a stop valve between the evaporation chamber 7 and the fuming chamber 2, automatically regulating 502 steam temperature, humidity and pressure by the PLC, closing the stop valve for fuming after a preset value is reached, and observing the fuming effect through the observation window 3;
here, the PLC automatically controls the start and stop of the internal devices such as the heating wire and the humidifier according to signals collected by the temperature and humidity sensor and the pressure sensor. For example, the temperature and humidity sensor detects the humidity in the fumigation cabinet cavity and determines whether to start the humidification function, and if the humidity does not accord with the set value, the PLC starts the humidifier to humidify to the set value.
6) Purifying: after fuming is finished, opening a stop valve to communicate the fuming chamber 2 and the evaporating chamber 7, opening an air supply valve to supply air, starting an air purification system 15, and purifying residual 502 steam in the fuming chamber 2 and the evaporating chamber 7; here, the user can set the fumigation cabinet to automatically enter the air-replenishing purification program after the fumigation step is finished.
7) The results are recorded: and opening an observation door of the fuming chamber 2, taking out the material to be detected, and photographing to record the fuming result.
It should be noted that the above-mentioned "vacuuming" does not strictly limit the fuming chamber to have no air residue at all, but means that after multiple times of independent vacuuming, the fuming chamber has very little air residue, and the concentration and content purity of 502 steam are higher, which greatly facilitates the polymerization reaction between the fingerprint substance and 502 steam, thereby obtaining better 502 fuming effect.
The fumigation cabinet fills 502 steam into the fumigation chamber for multiple times and then independently vacuumizes the fumigation chamber, so that the air content in the fumigation chamber is gradually reduced, the concentration and the purity of the 502 steam in the fumigation chamber are improved, and the fumigation effect of the handprints is more ideal; simultaneously, PLC and touch-sensitive screen's application, the orderly cooperation operation of a plurality of systems makes the use of fumigating and showing the cabinet more automatic and humanized.

the cabinet body comprises a cabinet shell and two hollow cavities, namely a fuming chamber and an evaporating chamber; the fuming chamber is communicated with the evaporation chamber, and a stop valve is arranged at the communication position; the fuming chamber and the evaporating chamber are both provided with an illuminating lamp and an observation door which can be opened and closed, and the observation doors are respectively provided with a transparent observation window; the fuming chamber is also provided with a movable sample rack;
the humidifying system, the vacuum system and the air purifying system are arranged in the cabinet shell; the heating system is positioned at the bottom of the evaporation chamber; the heating system, the humidifying system, the vacuum system and the air purifying system are respectively and electrically connected with the electric control system; the humidifying system and the vacuum system are communicated with the fuming chamber; the air purification system is communicated with the fuming chamber and the evaporation chamber.

The isolated 502 fumigation cabinet of claim 1, wherein said electrical control system comprises a PLC, a temperature and humidity sensor, a pressure sensor, a touch screen, a switching power supply, an indicator light; the PLC is arranged in the cabinet shell and also comprises an input module and an output module; the two hollow cavities are provided with temperature and humidity sensors and pressure sensors; the temperature and humidity sensor and the pressure sensor are electrically connected with the input module; the heating system, the humidifying system, the vacuum system and the air purifying system are electrically connected with the output module; the touch screen, the power switch and the indicator lamp are arranged on the surface of the cabinet shell and are electrically connected with the PLC.
3. The fully automatic evaporation and fuming isolated 502 fuming cabinet as recited in claim 1, wherein said heating system comprises a heating device, said heating device being a heating wire or an electric furnace; the heating device is also provided with an open type heating dish.
4. The isolated 502 fumigation cabinet of claim 1, wherein said humidification system comprises a humidifier and tubing, said humidifier in communication with the fumigation chamber via tubing.

The fully automatic evaporation and fuming isolated 502 fuming cabinet as recited in claim 1, wherein said vacuum system comprises a vacuum pump, piping, shut-off valves, and aeration valves; the vacuum pump is communicated with the fuming chamber through a pipeline; a stop valve is arranged on one side of the pipeline connected with the vacuum pump; and an air supply valve is arranged at one side of the pipeline connecting the fuming chamber.

The fully automatic evaporation and fuming isolated 502 fuming cabinet as recited in claim 1, wherein said air purification system comprises an air purifier, a pipeline; the air purifier is respectively communicated with the fuming chamber and the evaporating chamber through pipelines; the air purifier is also provided with a filter element and an axial flow fan, and the axial flow fan is positioned in the evaporation chamber.

The isolated 502 fumigation cabinet of claim 1, wherein said lighting lamps are disposed inside the fumigation chamber and the evaporation chamber; the observation doors are respectively arranged on the front sides of the fuming chamber and the evaporating chamber, and the observation windows are made of transparent organic glass or toughened glass or quartz glass; the observation door is connected with the cabinet shell through the opening and closing of a door lock; the touch screen, the power switch and the indicator lamp are arranged on the front surface of the cabinet body; the cabinet shell is made of high-strength formed aluminum alloy or stainless steel.
8. The fully automatic evaporation and fumigation isolated 502 fumigation cabinet of claim 1, wherein said two hollow cavities are located one above the other within the cabinet housing.
9. A 502 fumigation method using the fully automatic evaporation and fumigation isolated 502 fumigation cabinet of any one of claims 2 to 8, said method comprising the steps of:
1) preparation work: switching on a fumigation cabinet power supply, setting fumigation temperature, humidity and pressure values through a touch screen, adding 502 glue into an evaporation chamber, and placing a detection material into a fumigation chamber;
2) simultaneously vacuumizing: opening a stop valve to communicate the evaporation chamber with the fuming chamber, simultaneously vacuumizing the two hollow cavities, and closing the stop valve after vacuumizing;
3) and (3) evaporation: starting a heating system of the evaporation chamber, and evaporating 502 glue;
4) and (3) independently vacuumizing: observing that the pressure in the evaporation chamber reaches a preset value through a touch screen, opening a stop valve between the evaporation chamber and the fuming chamber to allow 502 steam in the evaporation chamber to enter the fuming chamber, closing the stop valve between the evaporation chamber and the fuming chamber, independently vacuumizing the fuming chamber, and repeating the step for 2 to 3 times;
5) fumigating and displaying: opening a stop valve between the evaporation chamber and the fuming chamber, automatically regulating and controlling 502 steam temperature, humidity and pressure by the PLC, closing the stop valve for fuming after a preset value is reached, and observing the fuming effect through an observation window;
6) purifying: after fuming is finished, opening a stop valve to communicate the fuming chamber and the evaporating chamber, opening an air supply valve to supply air, starting an air purification system, and purifying residual 502 steam in the fuming chamber and the evaporating chamber;
7) the results are recorded: and opening an observation door of the fuming chamber, taking out the material to be detected, and photographing to record the fuming result.
10. The method of claim 9, wherein the method further comprises:
adding 5-10 g of 502 glue into an evaporation chamber in the step 1);
simultaneously vacuumizing the two hollow cavities in the step 2) for 5-10 min;
step 3), starting a heating system of an evaporation chamber for 5-10 min, and evaporating 502 glue;
and 4) independently vacuumizing the fuming chamber for 1-2 min every time, and repeating the step for 2-3 times.
