The side support plates 302 and the adjusting sliders 303 are respectively arranged at two ends of the side support plates 302 through adjusting bolts, two ends of a first feeding wheel 305 are arranged in holes corresponding to a group of side support plates 302, two ends of a second feeding wheel 306 are sleeved in the holes of a pair of adjustable sliders 303, a transmission belt is sleeved between the second feeding wheel 306 and the first feeding wheel 305 and is supported, the adjusting sliders 303 can slide on the side support plates 302, so that the length of the transmission belt is adjusted, and a third transmission mechanism 301 (a planetary gear) is arranged at one end, with an opening, of the second feeding wheel 306 through a pin. The angle between the feeding mechanism 3 and the horizontal plane can be adjusted, and the feeding speed can be freely adjusted. The main frame 1 is provided with a chute, and the feeding mechanism 3 is slidably arranged on the chute.
The transverse cutting mechanism 4 comprises a fourth transmission mechanism 401 (transmission gear), a transverse cutting mechanism first support 402, a transverse cutting mechanism second support 403, a transverse cutting plate 404 and a transverse cutting roller 405. The transverse cutting plate 404 is arranged in a clamping groove of the second support 403 of the transverse cutting mechanism, the transverse cutting roller 405 is arranged in an arc-shaped groove of the second support 403 of the transverse cutting mechanism and plays a supporting role for the transverse cutting roller 405, the first support 402 of the transverse cutting mechanism is arranged at two ends of the transverse cutting roller 405 and is positioned on the transverse cutting roller 405 and is arranged opposite to the side surface of the second support 403 of the transverse cutting mechanism, and the transverse cutting roller 405 is provided with a fourth transmission mechanism 401 from one protruding end and is clamped by a pin.
It should be noted that, the first motor 207 and the second motor 406 may both adopt a reduction motor, and have the characteristics of high efficiency and reliability, long service life, and simple and convenient maintenance. The first transmission mechanism 201, the second transmission mechanism 202, the third transmission mechanism 301 and the fourth transmission mechanism 401 may be gears, belts or other mechanisms capable of realizing transmission, and are not further limited herein.
The feeding mechanism 3 is matched with the transverse cutting mechanism 4, so that the high efficiency of tobacco cutting is ensured, the tobacco shred state is stable in the tobacco cutting process, and the cut rate of the cut tobacco filaments reaches eighty percent.
The cut tobacco falls on the feeding mechanism 3 with a certain angle after being longitudinally cut, the unstable state of the free falling body of the cut tobacco after longitudinal cutting is reduced, and the cut tobacco adhered to the longitudinal cutter is shaved by the cut tobacco shaving cutter 205. The induction speed regulating motor 307 is used for regulating the conveying speed of the feeding mechanism 3 to stably feed to the transverse cutting mechanism 4, the transverse cutting mechanism 4 is formed by a single transverse cutting roller 405 and a shearing baffle, the structure is simpler and more practical, and the longitudinal cutting roller 206 can be regulated on the main frame 1 in the left-right direction, so that the length of tobacco shreds is controlled.

1. A tobacco sheet shredder, comprising: the device comprises a main frame, and a longitudinal cutting mechanism, a feeding mechanism and a transverse cutting mechanism which are arranged on the main frame; wherein, the first and the second end of the pipe are connected with each other,
in the production process, the tobacco sheets sequentially pass through the longitudinal cutting mechanism, the feeding mechanism and the transverse cutting mechanism;
the longitudinal cutting mechanism is used for longitudinally cutting the tobacco sheets;
the feeding mechanism is used for conveying tobacco sheets to the transverse cutting mechanism and comprises an induction speed regulating motor, and the induction speed regulating motor is used for regulating the feeding speed of the feeding mechanism according to the change of the dropping speed of cut tobacco, so that the feeding speed of the cut tobacco is uniform;
the transverse cutting mechanism is used for transversely cutting the tobacco sheets.
2. The tobacco sheet shredder according to claim 1, further comprising a drop bin disposed below the outlet of the traversing mechanism.
3. A tobacco sheet cutter as claimed in claim 1 wherein the conveying surface of the feed mechanism is inclined.

A tobacco sheet cutter as defined in claim 1 wherein the slitting mechanism includes a slitting mechanism support, a slitting roller rotatably mounted to the slitting mechanism support, a first motor for driving the slitting roller in rotation, and a slitting drive mechanism connecting an output of the first motor to the slitting roller.
5. The tobacco sheet cutter as claimed in claim 4, wherein the slitting mechanism further includes a scraping blade provided on a support of the slitting mechanism for removing the cut tobacco adhered to the slitting roller.
6. The tobacco sheet cutter of claim 4 wherein the slitting mechanism supports include a first slitting mechanism support and a second slitting mechanism support, and wherein an arcuate groove is provided on an interface of the first slitting mechanism support and the second slitting mechanism support for receiving the slitting roller.
7. The tobacco sheet shredder according to claim 1, wherein the feed mechanism comprises:
the side supporting plate and the adjusting slide block are connected in a sliding manner;
the first feeding wheel is rotatably arranged on the side supporting plate, the second feeding wheel is rotatably arranged on the adjusting slide block, and the conveying belt is connected with the first feeding wheel and the second feeding wheel;
the induction speed regulating motor is used for driving the first feeding wheel to rotate, and the third transmission mechanism is connected with the output end of the induction speed regulating motor and the first feeding wheel.

A tobacco sheet cutter as claimed in claim 1 wherein the traversing mechanism includes a traversing mechanism support, a traversing plate disposed on the traversing mechanism support, a traversing roller rotatably disposed on the traversing mechanism support, a second motor for driving the traversing roller in rotation, and a fourth drive mechanism connecting an output of the second motor to the traversing roller;
a shredding gap for tobacco rods to pass through is reserved between the transverse cutting plate and the blades of the transverse cutting roller.

The tobacco sheet cutter as set forth in claim 8, wherein the cross cutting mechanism support includes a first cross cutting mechanism support and a second cross cutting mechanism support arranged in an up-down direction, an arc-shaped groove for mounting the cross cutting roller is provided on an abutting surface of the first cross cutting mechanism support and the second cross cutting mechanism support, and a catching groove for catching the cross cutting plate is provided on the second cross cutting mechanism support.
10. The tobacco sheet shredder according to claim 1, further comprising a shredding cover covering the table top of the main frame.
