Meanwhile, the flour bulking machine 2 is started, the mixture can be extruded and bulked to form a semi-finished vegetarian large-sized sliced meat product, the semi-finished vegetarian large-sized sliced meat product is discharged from a discharge hopper of the flour bulking machine 2 and then enters the discharge channel 37, at the moment, an external air tank is connected with the air inlet pipe 313 by using a connecting pipe, the fan 311 is started, air can enter the air box 39 under the action of the three-way pipe 312, then cold air is discharged into the discharge channel 37 through the air holes 310 and the knife edge 38, so that the vegetarian large-sized sliced meat product is cooled, when the infrared sensor 315 senses that the vegetarian large-sized sliced meat product is semi-sliced, a signal can be transmitted to the second hydraulic rod 32, so that an equidistance downward force can be applied to the knife base 33 to promote the knife blade 34 to be pressed downwards and the vegetarian large-sized sliced meat product is cut into a plurality of small sections, at the moment, the cut small sections of vegetarian large-sized sliced meat product can be pushed into the lower material plate 314 along with the continuous discharge of the semi-finished vegetarian large-sized meat product, finally, the materials fall into a material receiving box 4 to finish the uniform material receiving.
