(a) cold pressing and coarse grinding: pouring frozen corn kernels into a cold insulation crushing device (1), wherein the temperature in the cold insulation crushing device (1) is lower than 0 ℃, feeding the crushed frozen corn kernels into a cold insulation material receiving tank (9), the temperature of the cold insulation material receiving tank (9) is lower than 0 ℃, conveying the frozen corn kernels into a primary crusher (3) through a cold insulation spiral elevator (2) for coarse grinding, and obtaining coarse grinding materials, wherein the number of corn paste meshes after coarse grinding is 30-50 meshes, and the temperature is lower than 8 ℃;
(b) fine grinding: inputting the coarsely ground material obtained in the step (a) into a secondary crusher (4) for fine grinding, wherein the mesh number of the finely ground corn paste is 100-120 meshes, and the temperature is lower than 15 ℃ to obtain a finely ground material;
(c) a step of jet milling, which is to input the fine milled material obtained in the step (b) into a jet milling device (5), control the pressure to be 60-120Mpa, and control the corn paste mesh number to be 150-350 meshes to obtain slurry;

(f) homogenizing: homogenizing the blended material obtained in the step (e) in a homogenizer (16) at a homogenizing pressure of 20-60MPa and a homogenizing temperature of 60-70 ℃ to obtain a homogenized material;
(g) and (3) sterilizing and packaging: and (f) inputting the homogenized material obtained in the step (f) into a sterilizing device (8), then inputting the homogenized material into a filling device (10), and filling at 20-30 ℃ to obtain a finished product of the cold-pressed fresh corn juice beverage.
8. The process according to claim 7, wherein in step (a), the temperature in said cryo-disruption apparatus (1) is below-8 ℃ and the temperature in said cold-holding material receiving tank (9) is below-8 ℃.
9. The process of claim 7 wherein in step (e) the blend has a corn content of 20% to 40%.
10. The process of claim 7, wherein in step (g), the finished cold-pressed fresh corn juice beverage is filled into PET bottles.
