Abstract

本发明属于生物化工技术领域,具体涉及一种蚊虫引诱剂组合物,包括如下组分:小分子羧酸、1‑辛烯‑3‑醇、戊酮、氨、乳酸、尿素、表面活性剂以及水。本发明利用对白纹伊蚊具有引诱作用的人体呼出物和汗液成分(小分子羧酸、1‑辛烯‑3‑醇、氨、乳酸)进行科学复配,开发了一种对白纹伊蚊具有高效诱蚊作用的引诱剂组合物,各组成成分环保低毒,对人体和环境危害小,并十分适合推广应用于白纹伊蚊的种群监测和诱杀防治。

Description

一种蚊虫引诱剂组合物及其制备方法和应用
技术领域
本发明属于生物化工技术领域,具体涉及一种蚊虫引诱剂组合物及其制备方法和应用。
背景技术
蚊子具有庞大的家族,有3个亚科,35个属,3600多个种和亚种,是最重要的医学昆虫类群。我国已发现的蚊虫达370多种,其中属于按蚊、库蚊、伊蚊的蚊种超过半数。蚊虫可以传播登革热、乙型脑炎、疟疾等致命疾病,危害性极大,在我国被认定为“四害”之一。对蚊虫的防治方法有很多,包括物理防治、化学防治和生物防治等。其中,化学防治中的使用杀虫剂杀灭蚊虫是最快速有效的防治方法。但是长期过度使用化学杀虫剂,已经导致蚊虫抗药性的提升、环境污染、人畜毒害等严重的问题。因此,开发安全、低毒、非灭生性的蚊虫综合防治策略具有重要意义。
在复杂的生态环境中,昆虫为了种群的生存与繁殖,会借助视觉、嗅觉、味觉等感知的各种有效信息,对外界环境做出良好的行为适应,并根据遗传所形成的模板和生理状态进行生命活动。蚊虫的生命活动中,化学信息物质以及温湿度、光照、声音、颜色等物理因素可在蚊虫的交配、取食、吸血、产卵等诸类行为过程中发挥重要作用。充分开发利用这些具有信息素属性的物质和因素,有望开发新型、安全、低毒、非灭生性的蚊虫防治手段,蚊虫引诱剂就是这方面的重要产物。当前,关于蚊虫引诱物质和因素的研究已经有大量报道,证实了多种化学物质、紫外光、热量等均对蚊虫具有引诱作用。其中,乳酸、氨、1-辛烯-3-醇、小分子羧酸等均体现出不同水平的引诱活性,以及对不同蚊种的差异化引诱活性。基于此,本发明在前期研究的基础上,设计了一种新型蚊虫引诱剂组合物,旨在为白纹伊蚊的种群监测和诱杀防治提供一种高效安全的新产品。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种对白纹伊蚊具有高效引诱效果的蚊虫引诱剂组合物。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种蚊虫引诱剂组合物,包括如下组分:小分子羧酸、1-辛烯-3-醇、戊酮、氨、乳酸、尿素、表面活性剂和水。
进一步地,由如下组分组成:小分子羧酸、1-辛烯-3-醇、戊酮、氨、乳酸、尿素、表面活性剂和溶剂。
较佳地,所述小分子羧酸占蚊虫引诱剂组合物总重量的百分比为0.6%-1%,所述1-辛烯-3-醇占蚊虫引诱剂组合物总重量的百分比为0.05%-0.20%,所述戊酮占蚊虫引诱剂组合物总重量的百分比为0.09%-0.11%,所述氨占蚊虫引诱剂组合物总重量的百分比为0.8%-1.2%,所述乳酸占蚊虫引诱剂组合物总重量的百分比为4%-15%,所述尿素占蚊虫引诱剂组合物总重量的百分比为4%-15%,所述表面活性剂占蚊虫引诱剂组合物总重量的百分比为1%-21%,所述水占蚊虫引诱剂组合物总重量的百分比为46%-89%。
优选地,所述小分子羧酸选自甲酸、乙酸、丙酸、正丁酸和辛酸中的一种或两种以上。
优选地,所述表面活性剂选自吐温系列表面活性剂、聚氧乙烯蓖麻油系列表面活性剂、曲拉通系列表面活性剂、山梨糖醇酐脂肪酸酯系列表面活性剂中的一种或两种以上。
基于一个总的发明构思,本发明的另一个目的在于提供上述蚊虫引诱剂组合物的制备方法,在常温常压下,按重量百分比将所述小分子羧酸、1-辛烯-3-醇、戊酮、氨、乳酸、尿素和表面活性剂放入搅拌器中,先搅拌混合5min-15min,再缓慢加入水,充分搅拌混合,得到蚊虫引诱剂组合物;
其中,所述氨采用氨水的形式添加。
本发明的还一个目的则在于保护上述蚊虫引诱剂组合物在白纹伊蚊的种群监测和诱杀防治中的应用。
与现有技术相比,本发明利用对白纹伊蚊具有引诱作用的人体呼出物和汗液成分(小分子羧酸、1-辛烯-3-醇、氨、乳酸)进行科学复配,开发了一种对白纹伊蚊具有高效诱蚊作用的引诱剂组合物,各组成成分环保低毒,对人体和环境危害小,并十分适合推广应用于白纹伊蚊的种群监测和诱杀防治。

实施例1
蚊虫引诱剂组合物的制备
选取乙酸、辛酸、1-辛烯-3-醇、戊酮、氨、乳酸、尿素、表面活性剂曲拉通X-100和水为原料制备蚊虫引诱剂100g,各组分占蚊虫引诱剂组合物总质量的比例分别为0.5∶0.3∶0.15∶0.1∶1∶8∶8∶15∶66.15。
首先,将乙酸、辛酸、1-辛烯-3-醇、戊酮、氨、乳酸、尿素和表面活性剂曲拉通X-100置于500mL的烧杯中,在常温常压下搅拌均匀,随后继续搅拌并缓慢滴加水,滴加完毕后,再搅拌0.5h,制备得到蚊虫引诱剂组合物。
实施例2
选取乙酸、正丁酸、1-辛烯-3-醇、戊酮、氨、乳酸、尿素、表面活性剂曲拉通EL-35和水为原料制备蚊虫引诱剂100g,各组分占蚊虫引诱剂组合物总质量的比例分别为0.5∶0.5∶0.05∶0.11∶0.8∶12∶4∶20∶48。
首先,将乙酸、正丁酸、1-辛烯-3-醇、戊酮、氨、乳酸、尿素和表面活性剂曲拉通EL-35置于2000mL的烧杯中,在常温常压下搅拌均匀,随后继续搅拌并缓慢滴加水,滴加完毕后,再搅拌0.5h,制备得到蚊虫引诱剂组合物。
实施例3
蚊虫引诱剂组合物的制备
选取甲酸、辛酸、1-辛烯-3-醇、戊酮、氨、乳酸、尿素、表面活性剂曲拉通X-100和水为原料制备蚊虫引诱剂100g,各组分占蚊虫引诱剂组合物总质量的比例分别为0.2∶0.4∶0.20∶0.09∶1.2∶4∶15∶3∶87.5。
首先,将乙酸、辛酸、1-辛烯-3-醇、戊酮、氨、乳酸、尿素和表面活性剂曲拉通X-100置于500mL的烧杯中,在常温常压下搅拌均匀,随后继续搅拌并缓慢滴加水,滴加完毕后,再搅拌0.5h,制备得到蚊虫引诱剂组合物。

不含组分乙酸和辛酸,其他与实施例1相同。

不含组分1-辛烯-3-醇,其他与实施例1相同。

测试例1
蚊虫引诱剂组合物的效果测试方法如下:
控制测试房间温度在27℃20.5℃左右,湿度在65%20.5%;
利用Y型嗅觉仪测试蚊虫引诱剂组合物对白纹伊蚊的引诱活性;
在Y型嗅觉仪样品臂的一端放置蚊虫引诱剂组合物,设置浓度为1μg/mL,另一端放置蒸馏水作为对照;两端同时利用大气采样仪通气10min,气流速度为1L/min;
在Y型嗅觉仪试虫释放端释放羽化3d-5d的待吸血雌性白纹伊蚊,并每次释放1只,每组实验测试10次,统计白纹伊蚊的趋向选择,做好实验记录;
完成一组试验后,把样品臂端的蚊虫引诱剂组合物和蒸馏水进行位置对调,重复上述操作。每种诱蚊剂重复10组,取平均值,计算百分率;
计算获得引诱率和引诱倍数(引诱倍数=引诱剂的引诱率/对照组的引诱率)的数据如下表1所示。

由上表1可知,本发明的蚊虫引诱剂组合物具有良好的引诱效果,与对照组相比,其引诱倍数能够高达9.0倍。

Claims (7)

1.一种蚊虫引诱剂组合物,其特征在于,包括如下组分:小分子羧酸、1-辛烯-3-醇、戊酮、氨、乳酸、尿素、表面活性剂和水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种蚊虫引诱剂组合物,其特征在于,由如下组分组成:小分子羧酸、1-辛烯-3-醇、戊酮、氨、乳酸、尿素、表面活性剂和溶剂。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种蚊虫引诱剂组合物,其特征在于,所述小分子羧酸占蚊虫引诱剂组合物总重量的百分比为0.6%-1%,所述1-辛烯-3-醇占蚊虫引诱剂组合物总重量的百分比为0.05%-0.20%,所述戊酮占蚊虫引诱剂组合物总重量的百分比为0.09%-0.11%,所述氨占蚊虫引诱剂组合物总重量的百分比为0.8%-1.2%,所述乳酸占蚊虫引诱剂组合物总重量的百分比为4%-15%,所述尿素占蚊虫引诱剂组合物总重量的百分比为4%-15%,所述表面活性剂占蚊虫引诱剂组合物总重量的百分比为1%-21%,所述溶剂水占蚊虫引诱剂组合物总重量的百分比为46%-89%。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种蚊虫引诱剂组合物,其特征在于,所述小分子羧酸选自甲酸、乙酸、丙酸、正丁酸和辛酸中的一种或两种以上。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种蚊虫引诱剂组合物,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂选自吐温系列表面活性剂、聚氧乙烯蓖麻油系列表面活性剂、曲拉通系列表面活性剂、山梨糖醇酐脂肪酸酯系列表面活性剂中的一种或两种以上。
6.一种如权利要求1-5任意一项所述的蚊虫引诱剂组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,在常温常压下,按重量百分比将所述小分子羧酸、1-辛烯-3-醇、戊酮、氨、乳酸、尿素和表面活性剂放入搅拌器中,先搅拌混合5min-15min,再缓慢加入水,充分搅拌混合,得到蚊虫引诱剂组合物;
其中,所述氨采用氨水的形式添加。
7.一种如权利要求1-5任意一项所述的蚊虫引诱剂组合物在白纹伊蚊的种群监测和诱杀防治中的应用。
