a limiting pull rope (24) is arranged in the side wall liquid bag (3), and two ends of the limiting pull rope (24) are fixedly connected with the inner wall surfaces of two sides of the side wall liquid bag (3) respectively; the top end of the first pipeline (8) is inserted into the side wall liquid bag (3), and a round hole is formed in the side wall of the first pipeline (8); a bottom plate (6) is fixedly connected to the end part of the piston rod of the first hydraulic cylinder (5);
a pressing air bag (13) is mounted in the middle of the top wall of the jacking plate (2), a pressing plate (14) is fixedly connected to the top of the pressing air bag (13), a sealing film (15) is hermetically matched around the pressing plate (14), the outer edge of the sealing film (15) is fixedly connected with the top wall of the jacking plate (2), a groove is formed in the side vertical wall surface of the jacking plate (2) along the circumferential direction of the side vertical wall surface, an air bag ring (4) is hermetically matched in the groove, and the pressing air bag (13) is communicated with the air bag ring (4) through a gas pipe; the airbag ring (4) protrudes out of the groove, and one surface of the airbag ring (4) protruding out of the groove is in sealing fit with the side wall liquid bag (3); a drain hole (12) is formed in the position, close to the outer edge, of the jacking plate (2) in a penetrating mode.
