Abstract
The invention relates to a construction tool for a coke oven plug brick, which comprises a handheld rod, an adjusting rod, a fixed rod, a hook head and a heat insulation umbrella, wherein the handheld rod is connected with the adjusting rod through the fixed rod; the hand-held rod is coaxially connected with the adjusting rod, and the adjusting rod is vertically connected with the fixed rod; one end of the adjusting rod is hinged with one end of the handheld rod, and the other end of the adjusting rod is fixedly connected with the middle part of the fixed rod; the adjusting rod is axially provided with a plurality of hook heads which can move along the axial direction of the fixed rod and can be locked and fixed at any position on the moving path; the handheld rod is also provided with a heat insulation umbrella. The invention can rapidly and efficiently finish the work of blocking the baking furnace hole by adopting a special construction tool, and the construction tool has simple structure, easy manufacture and convenient operation.

Background
When a new coke oven is built, after the coke oven is heated in a basement, in order to ensure that the coke oven has coal charging production conditions as soon as possible, the blocking work of the oven holes needs to be completed in time, and the thermal-state masonry construction of the oven hole at the oven top and the oven holes at the oven ends on two sides of the machine coke is generally completed by using plug bricks. Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1) constructors can operate the furnace by standing at a position far away from the drying furnace hole, so that the influence of high temperature on construction operation can be avoided;
2) the length of the adjusting rod and the angle between the adjusting rod and the fixing rod can be adjusted, so that the oven hole is conveniently plugged;

In the embodiment, the structure of the construction tool for the coke oven plug bricks is shown in fig. 2, a sliding groove is axially formed in one side of a fixed rod, 3 hook heads are matched with the sliding groove through corresponding sliding blocks and are slidably connected with the fixed rod, and the hook heads are locked and fixed at corresponding positions through locking bolts arranged on the sliding blocks after the distance between the hook heads is adjusted.
