Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are illustrative and intended to be illustrative of the invention and are not to be construed as limiting the invention.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the grooved concrete precast slab mold according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a main mold 1 and a plurality of groove blocks 2. It should be noted that, in order to solve the problems of inconvenient construction and high prefabrication cost of the traditional prefabricated slab combination, the concrete prefabricated slab with the grooved end part is provided in the related technology, the prefabricated slab can realize positioning combination through the matching of the notch of the end part and the groove rib, and the notch can be used for placing reinforcing steel bars to replace the function of the beard rib of the traditional prefabricated slab, so that the force transfer is clear, the construction is convenient, and the prefabricated slab is suitable for an assembled steel-concrete combined floor system.
However, the inventor found that the corresponding manufacturing mold is not proposed for the open-slot concrete precast slab in the related art, which makes the application of the concrete precast slab difficult to be converted into practical construction.
In order to realize the manufacturing of the slotted concrete precast slab in batches, the application provides a slotted concrete precast slab mold, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, a main mold 1 is provided with a pouring cavity 15 with an opening at the upper end, a plurality of groove blocks 2 are positioned in the pouring cavity 15 and connected with the inner wall surface of the pouring cavity 15, the groove blocks 2 are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the main mold 1, and a pouring groove is formed between the adjacent groove blocks 2.
It can be understood that when the concrete precast slab is poured by using the concrete precast mould of the application, the notch of the concrete precast slab can be formed at the position corresponding to the groove block 2 after the precast slab is separated from the mould, thereby realizing the mass production of the slotted concrete precast slab.
In addition, the position of the notch of the concrete precast slab manufactured by the grooved concrete precast slab mold of the application is not limited, for example, two ends of a rectangular precast slab can be formed, and the notch can be formed at any position of the periphery of the precast slab according to the actual construction requirement.
According to the slotted concrete prefabricated plate mould provided by the embodiment of the invention, the main mould is provided with the pouring cavity with the opening at the upper end, the groove blocks are positioned in the pouring cavity and connected with the inner wall surface of the pouring cavity, the groove blocks are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the main mould, and the pouring groove is formed between the adjacent groove blocks.
Further, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the main mold 1 includes a bottom mold and a side mold 12, and the side mold 12 is detachably coupled to an upper surface of the bottom mold to enclose the casting cavity 15. It can be understood that the requirements on the types of the precast slotted concrete slabs may be different under different construction conditions, and the side forms 12 and the bottom form 11 are detachably connected, so that the types (such as height, width and the like) of the main form 1 can be adjusted according to the prefabrication requirements, the construction is convenient and flexible, and the universality of the form is improved. In addition, when the side forms 12 or the bottom forms 11 are damaged or deformed, the replacement is convenient.
Further, the main mold 1 has different structures when the concrete precast slabs have different shape requirements, and for convenience of understanding, a common rectangular concrete precast slab is taken as an example, as shown in fig. 1, the bottom mold 11 is a rectangular plate, the side mold 12 includes two long side plates 13 and two short side plates 14, the two long side plates 13 are spaced apart and arranged opposite to each other in the width direction of the bottom mold 11, and the two short side plates 14 are spaced apart and arranged opposite to each other in the length direction of the bottom mold 11. It can be appreciated that the sideform 12 is comprised of a plurality of individual sideplates, which facilitates manufacturing and flexible assembly and replacement.
Further, as shown in fig. 1, the two short side panels 14 include a first short side panel and a second short side panel, at least a portion of the plurality of slot blocks 2 is disposed adjacent to and connected to the first short side panel, and/or at least a portion of the plurality of slot blocks 2 is disposed adjacent to and connected to the second short side panel. In other words, at least one end of the rectangular concrete precast slab has a slot, and preferably, as shown in fig. 1, the two short side plates 14 are respectively connected with the slot blocks 2, so that slots are formed at both ends of the concrete precast slab, thereby improving the flexibility of the combination of the slotted concrete precast slab.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 4, the short side plate 14 includes a first connecting plate 141 and a straight plate 142, the first connecting plate 141 is attached to the upper surface of the bottom mold 11 and connected to the bottom mold 11, the straight plate 142 is connected to the first connecting plate 141 and vertically disposed, and the slot block 2 is connected to the straight plate 142. Therefore, the first connecting plate 141 is attached to and connected with the bottom die 11, so that the connection strength and stability of the short side plates 14 and the bottom die 11 can be guaranteed, and the vertically arranged straight plates 142 can guarantee that the end parts of the slotted concrete precast slabs formed by pouring are flush, thereby being beneficial to subsequent construction.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, the long side plate 13 includes a second connecting plate 131 attached to the upper surface of the bottom mold 11 and connected to the bottom mold 11, and an inclined plate 132 connected to the first connecting plate 141 and inclined in the vertical direction.
Therefore, the second connecting plate 131 is attached to and connected with the bottom mold 11, so that the connection strength and stability of the long-side plate 13 and the bottom mold 11 can be ensured, the inclined plate 132 arranged obliquely can enable the long side surface of the prefabricated slotted concrete slab to be an inclined surface, the long side surfaces of adjacent prefabricated slabs can be attached conveniently during the combined construction of the prefabricated slabs, the contact area of the inclined surface is large, the prefabricated slotted concrete slabs are tightly matched, and the construction effect is good.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, the second connecting plate 131 includes a bottom plate attached to and connected to the bottom mold 11, and a support plate connected to and vertically disposed on the bottom plate, and the inclined plate 132 is connected to an upper end of the support plate.
Optionally, the angle between the extension direction of the inclined plate 132 and the vertical direction is between 40 degrees and 50 degrees. Preferably, the angle between the extending direction of the inclined plate 132 and the vertical direction is 45 degrees.
In some embodiments, the bottom mold 11 has a cavity on its lower surface. Thus, the master mold 1 is light in weight, uses less material, and is low in cost.
Further, a reinforcing plate is provided in the cavity, so that the structural strength of the bottom mold 11 can be improved.
