conveyor belt conveys the water purifier, the second motor 401 is started, the second motor 401 drives the first screw rod 402 to rotate, the thread directions of the front end and the rear end of the first screw rod 402 are opposite, the first screw rod 402 rotates to enable the two moving clamps 403 to move inwards, the second cylinder 404, the first sliding block 405, the first connecting rod 406 and the sliding clamping block 407 are driven to move inwards, when the two moving clamps 403 clamp the top fixing frame on the first sliding frame 5, the second motor 401 is closed, the top As shown in fig. 8-9, the second mounting mechanism includes a third sliding frame 606, a first guiding rod 607, a second spring 608, a fourth sliding frame 7, a second oval fixing block 701, a second guiding rod 702, a third spring 703, a third fixing column 704, a hook 705, a torsion spring 706, a fixing stop lever 707 and a pressing mechanism, two third sliding frames 606 are slidably connected to the rightmost end of the third supporting frame 104, the left side of the bottom of each third sliding frame 606 is connected to the second fixing rod 107, the top cover between the two second fixing rods 107 can be just pushed into between the two third sliding frames 606, a first guiding rod 607 is fixed to the top of the front wall of the rear third sliding frame 606, the other end of the first guiding rod 607 is slidably connected to the front third sliding frame 606, the first guiding rod 607 plays a guiding role, a second spring 608 is connected between the two third sliding frames 606, the second spring 608 is sleeved on the first guiding rod 607, a fourth sliding frame 7 is connected to the first fixed block 6 and the fourth fixed rod 601 in a sliding manner, the fourth sliding frame 7 slides back and forth in the sliding ways on the first fixed block 6 and the fourth fixed rod 601, a second guide rod 702 is fixed to the top of the fourth sliding frame 7 at the front side, the second guide rod 702 plays a role in guiding, the other end of the second guide rod 702 is connected with the fourth sliding frame 7 at the rear side in a sliding manner, a third spring 703 is connected between the two fourth sliding frames 7, the third spring 703 is sleeved on the second guide rod 702, a second elliptic fixed block 701 is fixed to the outer side of the top of each of the two fourth sliding frames 7, the second elliptic fixed block 701 has the same shape as the first elliptic fixed block 106, a third 704 fixed column is fixed to the top of the rear wall of the fourth sliding frame 7 at the front side, grooves are formed in the left side and the right side of the third fixed column 704, two hooks 705 are connected to the top of the front wall of the fourth sliding frame 7 at the rear side in a left-right symmetrical manner, the couple 705 just can the joint in the recess on third fixed column 704, all be connected with a torsional spring 706 between the fourth carriage 7 of every couple 705 and rear side, torsional spring 706 is used for making the couple 705 reset, be fixed with a fixed pin 707 on first support frame 101, the top wall leftmost end of fixed pin 707 is the semicircle face, fixed pin 707 is located the below of two fourth carriages 7, hold-down mechanism installs the rear side at lifter plate 201, hold-down mechanism is used for compressing tightly the top cap.
After the top fixing frame of the water purifier is installed, the conveyor 1 is started, the conveyor 1 conveys the water purifier with the top fixing frame installed backwards, when the water purifier moves to the bottom of the second installation mechanism, the conveyor 1 stops, the first air cylinder 2 is started, the first air cylinder 2 pushes the lifting plate 201 upwards, the lifting plate 201 ascends to drive the fourth sliding frame 7, the second elliptical fixing block 701, the second guide rod 702, the third spring 703, the third fixing column 704, the hook 705 and the torsion spring 706 to ascend, the second elliptical fixing block 701 contacts with the first elliptical fixing block 106 in the ascending process, then the two second elliptical fixing blocks 701 drive the two fourth sliding frames 7 to slide inwards under the extrusion action of the first elliptical fixing block 106, the third spring 703 is compressed, the third fixing column 704 is close to the hook 705, and after the third fixing column 704 contacts with the hook 705, the hook 705 is propped open by the third fixing column 704, the two torsion springs 706 rotate along with the hook 705, then the hook 705 and the third fixed column 704 get closer together as the lifting plate 201 continues to rise, finally the hook 705 is clamped in the grooves at the two sides of the third fixed column 704, the hook 705 is clamped with the third fixed column 704 under the action of the torsion springs 706, the bottom of the two fourth sliding frames 7 clamps the top cover between the two third sliding frames 606, when the lifting plate 201 descends, the fourth sliding frame 7, the second elliptical fixed block 701, the second guide rod 702, the third spring 703, the third fixed column 704, the hook 705 and the torsion springs 706 descend, the second elliptical fixed block 701 is separated from the first elliptical fixed block 106, but at this time, the hook 705 is already clamped on the third fixed column 704, the two fourth sliding frames 7 do not separate, the top cover is pulled downwards during the descending process of the two fourth sliding frames 7, the top cover outwards supports the two third sliding frames 606, the two third sliding frames 606 slide outwards on the third supporting frame 104, the second spring 608 is stretched, after the top cover is separated from the two third sliding frames 606, the two third sliding frames 606 slide inwards and return under the action of the second spring 608, then the fourth sliding frame 7 continues to bring the top cover to descend along with the lifting plate 201, the hook 705 is in contact with the fixed stop bar 707 in the descending process, the top of the fixed stop bar 707 is a vertical semicircle, after the hook 705 is in contact with the fixed stop bar 707, the two hooks 705 are opened towards two sides along the arc-shaped outer wall of the semicircle, the hook 705 is separated from the third fixed column 704 after being opened to a certain degree, at this time, the two fourth sliding frames 7 slide outwards under the action of the third spring 703, the hook 704 and the third fixed column are driven to move outwards, the top cover between the two fourth sliding frames 7 is released, at this moment, the top cover is just placed at the top of the water purifier, then when the first cylinder 2 is started to enable the lifting plate 201 to ascend, the fourth sliding frame 7, the second oval fixing block 701, the second guide rod 702, the third spring 703, the third fixing column 704, the hook 705 and the torsion spring 706 can ascend along with the first sliding frame, the first cylinder 2 is closed after the lifting plate 201 is reset, the pressing mechanism is located on the rear side of the second installation mechanism, the top cover is placed at the top of the water purifier through the two fourth sliding frames 7, the pressing mechanism can press the top cover at the top of the water purifier, and the function of installing the top cover is integrally achieved.
As shown in fig. 7, the pressing mechanism includes an L-shaped pressing plate 8, an L-shaped pressing plate 8 is fixed to the rearmost end of the lifting plate 201, and the leftmost end of the L-shaped pressing plate 8 is circular.
After putting the water purifier top with the top cap of water purifier, conveyer 1 starts, conveyer 1 can convey the hold-down mechanism bottom with the water purifier of putting the top cap, 1 stagnation of conveyer this moment, after cylinder 2 drives lifter plate 201 and rises to the highest point earlier, cylinder 2 makes lifter plate 201 descend again, L shape clamp plate 8 can reciprocate along with lifter plate 201, at the in-process that L shape clamp plate 8 descends along with lifter plate 201, L shape clamp plate 8 can contact with the top cap of water purifier, simultaneously along with lifter plate 201 descends, L shape clamp plate 8 can compress tightly the top cap downwards, when lifter plate 201 descends to the lowest point, L shape clamp plate 8 just compresses tightly the top cap, later wait when cylinder 2 drives lifter plate 201 and rises when reseing, L shape clamp plate 8 also rises thereupon and resets, realize the function that compresses tightly the top cap at water purifier top.
Example 3
On the basis of the embodiment 2, as shown in fig. 1, the water purifier further comprises a limiting ring 109, wherein the limiting ring 109 is fixed on the conveying belt of the conveyor 1 at regular intervals, and the inner diameter of the limiting ring 109 is just the same as the diameter of the water purifier.
The limiting rings 109 are uniformly fixed on the conveying belt of the conveyor 1 at intervals, the inner diameter of each limiting ring 109 is just the same as that of the water purifier, and workers can place the water purifier into the limiting rings 109, so that the function of preventing the water purifier from overturning in the conveying process is realized.
As shown in fig. 4, a third connecting rod 502 and a second sliding block 503 are further included, the top of the first sliding frame 5 is rotatably connected with two third connecting rods 502, the two third connecting rods 502 are arranged in a vertically staggered manner, the top of the second supporting frame 102 is connected with two second sliding blocks 503 in a sliding manner, the inner walls of the two second sliding blocks 503 are arc-shaped, the third connecting rod 502 at the rear side is connected with the second sliding block 503 at the front side, the third connecting rod 502 at the front side is connected with the second sliding block 503 at the rear side, the position of the second sliding block 503 can be changed by moving the third connecting rod 502, a third fixing rod 504 is fixed in the middle of the right wall of the first sliding frame 5, the third fixing rod 504 penetrates through the first storage barrel 103, a storage frame 505 is fixed at the rightmost side of the first sliding frame 5, and the top fixing frame can be just placed in the storage frame 505.
When the second connecting rod 501 descends along with the second fixing frame 4, the second connecting rod 501 pushes the first sliding frame 5 leftwards, the first sliding frame 5 drives the two third connecting rods 502 to move leftwards, the other ends of the two third connecting rods 502 move inwards, and simultaneously drives the two second sliding blocks 503 to slide inwards, when the first sliding frame 5 slides to the leftmost side, the two second sliding blocks 503 just clamp the penultimate top fixing frame inside the first storage barrel 103 from both sides, when the first sliding frame 5 slides leftwards, the third fixing rod 504 slides leftwards along with the first sliding block, after the two second sliding blocks 503 clamp the top fixing frame, the third fixing rod 504 also separates from the bottom of the top fixing frame, at this moment, the material storage frame 505 on the first sliding frame 5 is just located right below the first storage barrel 103, the bottom of the top fixing frame inside the first storage barrel 103 can just fall into the material storage frame, when the second connecting rod 501 rises along with the second fixing frame 4, the second connecting rod 501 can pull the first sliding frame 5 rightwards, the first sliding frame 5 can drive the two third connecting rods 502 to move rightwards, the other ends of the two third connecting rods 502 can open outwards, and simultaneously drive the two second sliding blocks 503 to slide outwards, so that the top fixing frame in the first storage vat 103 is loosened, the third fixing rod 504 on the first sliding frame 5 is just inserted into the first storage vat 103, the top fixing frame in the first storage vat 103 can fall onto the top of the third fixing rod 504, and after the lifting plate 201 is reset, the first sliding frame 5 also just conveys a whole top fixing frame rightwards into the first mounting mechanism, so that the function of automatically conveying the top fixing frame into the first mounting mechanism is realized.
As shown in fig. 6 and 10, a rubber pad 408 is further included, a rubber pad 408 is mounted on each sliding clamping block 407, a rubber pad 408 is mounted at the bottom of the inner wall of each fourth sliding frame 7, a rubber pad 408 is also mounted at the left side of the bottom of the L-shaped pressing plate 8, the rubber pads 408 mounted in different structures are different in size and shape, and each rubber pad 408 can prevent the top fixing frame and the top cover from being damaged.
The rubber pads 408 are arranged on the sliding clamping block 407, the fourth sliding frame 7 and the L-shaped pressing plate 8, so that the top fixing frame or the top cover can be prevented from being damaged by the sliding clamping block 407, the fourth sliding frame 7 and the L-shaped pressing plate 8, and the function of preventing the top fixing frame and the top cover from being damaged is realized.

The automatic assembling device for the water purifier as claimed in claim 1, wherein the righting mechanism comprises a first fixing frame (3), a first motor (301), a first rotating block (302), a diamond-shaped sliding rod (303), a first spring (304) and a first fixing frame (305), the first fixing frame (3) is fixed at the left end of the front side of the top wall of the lifting plate (201), the first motor (301) is installed in the first fixing frame (3), the first rotating block (302) is connected to the output shaft of the first motor (301), the diamond-shaped sliding rod (303) is slidably connected to the inside of the first rotating block (302), the first fixing frame (305) is fixed at the bottom of the diamond-shaped sliding rod (303), and the first spring (304) is connected between the first rotating block (302) and the first fixing frame (305).
