As a further improvement of the automatic nut tightening device provided by the embodiment of the invention, the sliding table assembly 2 further comprises a sensor 27, the sensor 27 is electrically connected with an external control system, the sensor 27 is mechanically connected with the sliding platform 22, and meanwhile, the sensor 27 corresponds to the position of the first stop block 25 or the second stop block 26 and is used for detecting the moving distance between the sliding platform 22 and the first stop block 25 or the second stop block 26, so that the tightening distance between two sides of a workpiece meets the set requirement, and taking fig. 8 as an example, the tightening distance between the first assembly part 71, the second assembly part 73 and the nut 72 in the rear suspension control arm assembly 7 meets the set requirement.
Preferably, the first driving mechanism 21, the second driving mechanism 32, the third driving mechanism 36, the fourth driving mechanism 42 and the fifth driving mechanism 46 are driven by air cylinders; of course, a motor drive method may be employed.
It should be noted that the automatic nut tightening device provided by the embodiment of the invention is suitable for automatic tightening operation on workpieces, particularly the rear suspension rear control arm assembly 7, and can be widely applied to manufacturing industries such as automobiles, ships, aerospace, large machinery and the like.
Compared with the prior art, the automatic nut tightening device provided by the invention has reasonable design, realizes automatic tightening operation on workpieces by designing the whole structure of the automatic nut tightening device and utilizing a plurality of driving mechanisms, effectively replaces manual tightening, realizes manual-to-automatic upgrading, has high working efficiency, saves labor cost, and meets the assembly tightening requirement of specific workpieces of users.

An automatic nut tightening device, comprising: the device comprises a workbench (1), two sliding table assemblies (2), a first positioning and clamping unit (3), a second positioning and clamping unit (4), a tightening unit (5) and a positioning unit (6), wherein the two sliding table assemblies (2), the tightening unit (5) and the positioning unit (6) are respectively and mechanically arranged on the workbench (1); the sliding table assembly (2) comprises a first driving mechanism (21), a sliding platform (22), at least one sliding rail (23) and at least one sliding block (24), wherein the first driving mechanism (21) is in driving connection with the sliding platform (22) and is used for realizing the movement of the sliding platform (22), the sliding platform (22) is in sliding fit connection with the sliding rail (23) through the sliding block (24), and the sliding rail (23) is mechanically fixed on the workbench (1); the first positioning and clamping unit (3) is mechanically connected with the sliding platform (22) on one sliding table assembly (2) to realize positioning and clamping of the first positioning and clamping unit (3) and drive the rear suspension rear control arm assembly (7) to move, and the second positioning and clamping unit (4) is mechanically connected with the sliding platform (22) on the other sliding table assembly (2) to realize positioning and clamping of the second positioning and clamping unit (4) and drive the rear suspension rear control arm assembly (7) to move; the tightening unit (5) is positioned in the middle of the first positioning and clamping unit (3) and the second positioning and clamping unit (4), the tightening unit (5) comprises a first bracket (51) and an automatic tightening wrench (52), and the automatic tightening wrench (52) is mechanically connected with the workbench (1) through the first bracket (51) to position and tighten nuts in the rear suspension rear control arm assembly (7); the rear suspension rear control arm assembly (7) comprises a first assembly part (71), a nut (72) and a second assembly part (73), the first positioning and clamping unit (3) drives the rear suspension rear control arm assembly (7) to move left and right, and the rear suspension rear control arm assembly (7) gradually penetrates into the nut (72); the second positioning and clamping unit (4) drives the rear suspension rear control arm assembly (7) to move left and right, and the rear suspension rear control arm assembly (7) gradually penetrates into the nut (72); the screw-down unit (5) rotates and screws down the middle nut (72), the external control system controls the end part of the automatic screw-down wrench (52) to rotate, the end part of the automatic screw-down wrench (52) synchronously drives the nut (72) to rotate, the first positioning and clamping unit (3) and the second positioning and clamping unit (4) respectively drive the second assembly part (73) and the first assembly part (71) to move, so that the threaded connection between the nut (72) and the second assembly part (73) and the first assembly part (71) is realized, and the automatic screw-down of the rear suspension rear control arm assembly (7) is realized;

The second positioning and clamping unit (4) comprises: the second bracket assembly (41), the sixth driving mechanism (42), the second compression bar (43), the second connecting piece (44), the second positioning block (45), the fourth driving mechanism (46), the second positioning base (47) and the second positioning pin (48); the sixth driving mechanism (42), the fourth driving mechanism (46) and the second bracket component (41) are mechanically connected, the second bracket component (41) is mechanically fixed on the sliding platform (22) on the other sliding table component (2), the second pressing rod (43) is hinged with the sixth driving mechanism (42) and the second connecting piece (44) respectively and is used for realizing the pressing and lifting actions of the second pressing rod (43) on the rear suspension rear control arm assembly (7), the second positioning block (45) is positioned below one end of the second pressing rod (43) and is mechanically connected with the second bracket component (41) and is used for positioning the rear suspension rear control arm assembly (7), and the second positioning pin (48) is in driving connection with the fourth driving mechanism (46) and is used for realizing the up-and-down movement of the second positioning pin (48) in the second positioning base (47); the second positioning and clamping unit (4) further comprises a second proximity switch (49), and the second proximity switch (49) is electrically connected with an external control system.
