Preferably, the first driving mechanism 21, the second driving mechanism 32, the third driving mechanism 36, the fourth driving mechanism 42 and the fifth driving mechanism 46 are driven by air cylinders; of course, a motor drive may also be used.
It is worth to be noted that the automatic nut screwing device provided by the embodiment of the invention is suitable for automatically screwing workpieces, particularly the rear suspension rear control arm assembly 7, and can be widely applied to the manufacturing industries of automobiles, ships, aerospace, large-scale machinery and the like.
Compared with the prior art, the automatic nut screwing device provided by the invention is reasonable in design, realizes automatic screwing operation of workpieces through the overall structural design of the automatic nut screwing device and the utilization of the plurality of driving mechanisms, effectively replaces manual screwing, realizes manual-to-automatic upgrading, is high in working efficiency, saves labor cost, and meets the assembling and screwing requirements of specific workpieces of users.

An automatic nut tightening device, comprising: the device comprises a workbench (1), two sliding table assemblies (2), a first positioning and clamping unit (3), a second positioning and clamping unit (4), a screwing unit (5) and a positioning unit (6), wherein the two sliding table assemblies (2), the screwing unit (5) and the positioning unit (6) are respectively and mechanically installed on the workbench (1); the sliding table assembly (2) comprises at least one first driving mechanism (21), a sliding platform (22), at least one sliding rail (23) and at least one sliding block (24), the first driving mechanism (21) is in driving connection with the sliding platform (22) and used for achieving movement of the sliding platform (22), the sliding platform (22) is in sliding fit connection with the sliding rail (23) through the sliding block (24), and the sliding rail (23) is mechanically fixed on the workbench (1); the first positioning and clamping unit (3) is mechanically connected with the sliding platform (22) on one of the sliding table assemblies (2) to position and clamp a workpiece and drive the workpiece to move, and the second positioning and clamping unit (4) is mechanically connected with the sliding platform (22) on the other sliding table assembly (2) to position and clamp the workpiece and drive the workpiece to move; the screwing unit (5) is located the middle of the first positioning and clamping unit (3) and the second positioning and clamping unit (4), the screwing unit (5) comprises a first support (51) and an automatic screwing wrench (52), and the automatic screwing wrench (52) is used for realizing nut positioning and screwing through mechanical connection of the first support (51) and the workbench (1).

An automatic nut tightening device according to claim 1, wherein the first positioning and clamping unit (3) comprises; the device comprises a first bracket component (31), a second driving mechanism (32), a first pressure lever (33), a first connecting piece (34), a first positioning block (35), a third driving mechanism (36), a first positioning base (37) and a first positioning pin (38); the second driving mechanism (32) and the third driving mechanism (36) are respectively connected with the first bracket component (31) mechanically, the first bracket component (31) is mechanically fixed on the sliding platform (22) on one sliding table component (2), the first pressure lever (33) is respectively hinged with the second driving mechanism (32) and the first connecting piece (34) for realizing the compressing and lifting actions of the first pressure lever (33) on the workpiece, the first positioning block (35) is positioned below one end of the first pressure rod (33) and is mechanically connected with the first bracket component (31) for positioning a workpiece, the first positioning pin (38) is in driving connection with the third driving mechanism (36) and is used for realizing the up-and-down movement of the first positioning pin (38) in the first positioning base (37).
3. An automatic nut screwing device according to claim 2, characterized in that said first positioning and clamping unit (3) further comprises a first proximity switch (39), said first proximity switch (39) being electrically connected with an external control system.

An automatic nut screwing device according to claim 1, wherein said second positioning and clamping unit (4) comprises; the device comprises a second bracket component (41), a third driving mechanism (42), a second pressure lever (43), a second connecting piece (44), a second positioning block (45), a fourth driving mechanism (46), a second positioning base (47) and a second positioning pin (48); the third driving mechanism (42) and the fourth driving mechanism (46) are mechanically connected with the second bracket component (41), the second bracket component (41) is mechanically fixed on the sliding platform (22) on the other sliding table component (2), the second pressure lever (43) is respectively hinged with the third driving mechanism (42) and the second connecting piece (44) for realizing the pressing and lifting actions of the second pressure lever (43) to the workpiece, the second positioning block (45) is positioned below one end of the second pressure lever (43) and is mechanically connected with the second bracket component (41) for positioning a workpiece, the second positioning pin (48) is in driving connection with the fourth driving mechanism (46) and used for achieving the up-and-down movement of the second positioning pin (48) in the second positioning base (47).
5. An automatic nut screwing device according to claim 4, characterized in that said second positioning and clamping unit (4) further comprises a second proximity switch (49), said second proximity switch (49) being electrically connected with an external control system.

An automatic nut tightening device according to claim 4, wherein the positioning unit (6) comprises: a second bracket (61), a fifth driving mechanism (62) and a positioning component (63); the fifth driving mechanism (62) is in mechanical connection with the workbench (1) through the second support (61), and the positioning assembly (63) is in driving connection with the fifth driving mechanism (62) and used for achieving movement of the positioning assembly (63).

The automatic nut tightening device according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the slide table assembly (2) further comprises at least one first stopper (25) and at least one second stopper (26); the first stop block (25) and the second stop block (26) are respectively arranged at two ends of the sliding rail (23) and are mechanically connected with the workbench (1) for limiting the sliding platform (22).
8. The automatic nut tightening device according to claim 7, characterized in that the slide table assembly (2) further comprises a sensor (27), the sensor (27) is electrically connected with an external control system, and the sensor (27) is mechanically connected with the slide platform (22).
