Abstract
The invention discloses a self-repairing powder spreading scraper which comprises at least two powder spreading scrapers arranged in the powder spreading direction of a powder spreading plane, wherein knife edges between adjacent powder spreading scrapers are arranged in an aligned mode; each powder paving scraper can horizontally slide in the direction perpendicular to the powder paving direction, so that the self-repairing of the notch of the powder paving scraper is realized. The beneficial effects of the invention are: 1) the powder spreading scrapers are arranged along the powder spreading direction, so that adjacent powder spreading scrapers can slide along the length direction of the scrapers when the gaps appear on the edges of the powder spreading scrapers, the gaps are filled, and the scrapers are repaired; 2) spread the planar powder range of powder and set up the scraper along spreading the powder direction outside and repair and reset, the scraper when the breach needs to be repaired appearing, through the wedge dog that the scraper repaired reset and set up, make the scraper slide to realize the automatic restoration of scraper.

In the powder bed laser melting metal 3D printing technology, a scraper is used as powder laying equipment and is directly related to the quality of laid powder, and the quality of the scraper is very important to the printing success rate. In the printing process, the part may be partially warped and higher than the powder plane, and the part is scraped with the scraper, so that the scraper is notched. Therefore, the powder spreading effect is affected, printing has to be stopped, the printing chamber is opened, and the operation is continued after the scraper is replaced. The process is time-consuming, the printing efficiency is influenced, the part is cooled, and the continuous printing effect of the part is influenced.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention provides a self-repairing powder laying scraper which is convenient and fast in structural design and repair and a self-repairing method thereof.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
a self-repairing powder spreading scraper comprises at least two powder spreading scrapers arranged in the powder spreading direction of a powder spreading plane, and knife edges between adjacent powder spreading scrapers are arranged in an aligned mode; each powder paving scraper can horizontally slide in the direction perpendicular to the powder paving direction, so that the self-repairing of the notch of the powder paving scraper is realized.

4) and returning the powder paving scraper to the powder paving range for normal powder paving.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1) through spreading the powder direction and setting up two at least powder scrapers for spread the powder scraper edge of a knife and can slide adjacent powder scraper along scraper length direction appearing the breach, realize filling to breach department, thereby realize the scraper and restore.

4) the powder paving scraper 2 returns to the powder paving range to conduct normal powder paving;
5) and self-repairing is completed.
The invention adopts double-layer scraper technology (or multiple layers, at least two layers), and the two layers of scrapers can slide in the extension direction. When defects such as gaps appear on the scrapers, the two scrapers are staggered at the gaps through staggered sliding of the scrapers between the two layers, so that the whole scraper plane is restored to be horizontal, and the powder spreading plane is horizontal.
