Background
The centrifugal machine generates strong centrifugal force through high-speed rotation, the centrifugal separation coefficient is hundreds times, thousands times and tens of thousands times of gravity acceleration, so that the separation speed is high, but due to the fact that different materials are quite different, various centrifugal machines with different specifications are formed, the rotational speed of the centrifugal machine for separating solid and liquid is generally lower than 3000 revolutions, the mixed liquid with finer particles and smaller density difference needs to be separated by the centrifugal machine with the rotational speed of 8000-30000 revolutions, and the centrifugal machine with higher rotational speed is needed by the enriched separation like uranium.
The main principle of the centrifugal machine is that the liquid phase in the solid-liquid mixed liquid is accelerated to be thrown out of the rotary drum by the centrifugal force (matched with proper filter materials) generated by the centrifugal rotary drum which runs at high speed, and the solid phase is left in the rotary drum, so that the effect of separating the solid and the liquid, or commonly called as dehydration, is achieved.
The existing centrifugal machine used in the field of industrial processing and filtering cannot filter grinding mixtures with high efficiency and high precision, so that impurities exist in the grinding fluid in the recycling process, and the surface quality of the ground parts is affected. Because of the complex structure, the operation of replacing the filter bag is inconvenient, and the working efficiency is affected. Therefore, the problem that whether the centrifuge can be operated stably under full load without influencing production becomes the problem to be solved in the production process of enterprises.

Detailed Description
The following examples are illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the fine filtration centrifuge of the present invention includes a centrifuge base 21, and a driving motor 1, a water tank 12 and a rotation shaft 19 are mounted on the centrifuge base 21. The driving motor 1 drives the rotation shaft 19 to rotate through a transmission mechanism. The rotary shaft 19 is provided with a filter cartridge 3. The filter cartridge 3 rotates together with the rotation shaft 19, and the filter cartridge 3 is disposed inside the water tank 12.
The centrifuge base 21 is provided with a drive motor adjusting plate 23 and a pulley adjusting block 24, and the drive motor 1 is mounted on the centrifuge base 21 through the drive motor adjusting plate 23. The fixing hole of the driving motor adjusting plate 23 is a strip hole, and the tightness of the belt can be adjusted by loosening the screw for fixing the driving motor adjusting plate 23 and connecting the belt pulley adjusting block 24 with the driving motor adjusting plate 23. The belt pulley adjusting block 24 is provided with a through hole, the driving motor adjusting plate 23 is provided with a threaded hole, and the driving motor 1 and the driving motor adjusting plate 23 can move back and forth together by rotating a screw, so that the function of adjusting the tightness of a belt is realized.
A transmission mechanism is connected between the output shaft of the driving motor 1 and the rotating shaft 19, and power is transmitted to the rotating shaft 19 from the driving motor 1 through the transmission mechanism, so that the rotating shaft 19 is driven to rotate. In the present embodiment, the transmission mechanism is a belt transmission, that is, a pulley 22 is mounted on the output shaft of the drive motor 1 and the rotation shaft 19, respectively, and a v-belt 20 is mounted between the two pulleys 22. The belt transmission has the effects of simple structure, stable operation and convenient adjustment.
The rotary shaft 19 is provided with a bearing, and the rotary shaft 19 is movably mounted on the centrifuge base 21 through the bearing. A bearing gland 16 is provided above the bearing. In this embodiment, the bearings include an angular contact bearing 17 located above and a deep groove ball bearing 18 located below, both of which are mounted on a centrifuge base 21, and support a rotary shaft 19 placed vertically.
The upper part of the rotary shaft 19 is provided with a filter cartridge 3, and the rotary shaft 19 drives the filter cartridge 3 to rotate through key connection. The cartridge fixing lock nut 15 and the sealing member 14 are mounted on the top of the rotation shaft 19. The seal 14 serves to separate the rotation shaft 19 from the interior of the filter cartridge 3. The better the sealing performance of the rotating parts in the filter cartridge 3, the higher the centrifugal accuracy that is achieved.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, a filter bag 10 is installed in the filter cartridge 3, and the filter bag 10 is fixed to the sidewall of the filter cartridge 3 by a filter bag presser 8. A filter bag support 7 is provided between the filter bag 10 and the filter cartridge 3. The outer side of the filter bag pressing plate 8 is provided with a second filter bag cover plate fixing member 4. The second filter bag cover plate fixing piece 4 is arranged above the filter cylinder 3 and is fixed with the filter cylinder 3 through bolts.
The second filter bag cover plate fixing piece 4 is provided with an inner hole, and the inner hole is concentric with the installation requirement of the rotating shaft 19 and is used as a positioning spigot. The filter bag pressing plate 8 and the filter bag 10 are positioned through the positioning spigot, so that the smooth running of the filter bag 10 in the filter cylinder 3 is ensured. The contact surfaces of the filter bag pressing plate 8, the second filter bag cover plate fixing piece 4 and the filter cartridge 3 are provided with sealing rings.
A filter bag cover plate 5 is arranged above the filter bag pressing plate 8, and the filter bag cover plate 5 covers the filter bag 10. The filter bag cover plate 5 is fixedly connected with the filter bag pressing plate 8 and the second filter bag cover plate fixing piece 4 through two groups of bolts, and a sealing ring is arranged on the contact surface of the filter bag cover plate 5 and the second filter bag cover plate fixing piece 4.
A first filter bag cover plate fixing piece 6 is arranged above the filter bag cover plate 5. The first filter bag cover plate fixing piece 6 is provided with a plurality of through holes 26, and the through holes 26 are two large holes and two small holes which are connected, and are in a gourd shape as a whole. Screws can be arranged in the through holes 26 to fixedly connect the first filter bag cover plate fixing piece 6, the filter bag cover plate 5 and the second filter bag cover plate fixing piece 4. The filter bag 10 belongs to a small molecular mill cloth structure, is softer, has good sealing performance, does not worry about the problem of influencing the filtering precision during filtering, and can be cleaned up quickly during cleaning filter residues.
The water tank 12 is mounted on the centrifuge base 21, and a top cover is mounted on the water tank 12. The sealing strip 11 is arranged between the top cover and the water tank 12, so that the filter bag 10 can be prevented from forming high pressure in the rotating process, and water is prevented from splashing.
The water tank 12 is provided with a water inlet 9. The water inlet 9 is opposite to the opening of the filter bag 10 and is used as a water inlet of water which is not centrifuged. A drain port 13 is provided on the lower side of the filter cartridge 3, and serves as a water outlet through which centrifuged water free from impurities flows out.
A plurality of shock absorbing floor mats 25 are provided below the centrifuge base 21.
The precise filtering centrifugal machine can have higher centrifugal precision in working by good sealing, thereby achieving good cleaning and separating effects. The precise filter centrifuge is convenient to use, and can be widely applied to various precise and ultra-precise numerical control machine tools for grinding, such as precise surface grinding machines, precise cylindrical grinding machines, ultra-precise five-axis grinding machines and other devices.
