Claims (10)

1. A self-adaptive adjustment method of an intelligent mattress is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring the stress distribution condition of the upper surface of the intelligent mattress;
judging the posture of a user on the intelligent mattress according to the stress distribution condition of the upper surface of the intelligent mattress;
the intelligent mattress is controlled according to the posture of a user on the intelligent mattress, wherein if the posture of the user on the intelligent mattress is a sitting posture, whether the feet of the user leave the bed or not is judged according to the stress distribution condition of the upper surface of the intelligent mattress, and when the posture of the user on the intelligent mattress is the sitting posture and the feet of the user do not leave the bed within a preset time period, the head of the intelligent mattress is controlled to be lifted.
2. The adaptive adjustment method of the intelligent mattress according to claim 1, wherein if the posture of the user on the intelligent mattress is a sitting posture, the method of determining whether the foot of the user leaves the bed according to the stress distribution of the upper surface of the intelligent mattress, and when the posture of the user on the intelligent mattress is the sitting posture and the foot of the user does not leave the bed within a preset time period, controlling the head of the intelligent mattress to lift comprises:
if the posture of the user on the intelligent mattress is just switched to the sitting posture from the sleeping posture, judging whether the feet of the user leave the bed within the preset time period when the user just switches to the sitting posture according to the stress distribution condition of the surface of the intelligent mattress, and if the feet of the user do not leave the bed within the preset time period when the user just switches to the sitting posture, controlling the head of the intelligent mattress to be lifted.
3. The adaptive adjustment method for the intelligent mattress according to claim 2, wherein if the feet of the user get out of the bed within the preset time period when the user just switches to the sitting posture, the lighting lamp is controlled to be on.
4. The adaptive adjustment method for the intelligent mattress according to claim 1, wherein the preset time period is any value from 8 seconds to 15 seconds.
5. The adaptive adjustment method for a smart mattress according to claim 1, wherein the controlling the smart mattress according to the posture of the user on the smart mattress further comprises:
if the posture of the user on the intelligent mattress is a sitting posture, controlling the area of the intelligent mattress corresponding to the hip of the user to be soft.
6. The adaptive adjustment method for a smart mattress according to claim 1, wherein the controlling the smart mattress according to the posture of the user on the smart mattress further comprises:
and if the posture of the user on the intelligent mattress is a sleeping posture, controlling the region of the intelligent mattress corresponding to the waist of the user to be lifted.
7. An intelligent mattress, comprising:
a mattress body;
the pressure sensing module is arranged on the mattress body; and
the processor is electrically connected with the pressure sensing module;
the pressure sensing module is used for acquiring pressure signals borne by the upper surface of the mattress body and transmitting the pressure signals to the processor, the processor is used for receiving the pressure signals and acquiring the stress distribution condition of the upper surface of the mattress body according to the pressure signals, the processor is also used for judging the posture of a user on the mattress body according to the stress distribution condition of the upper surface of the mattress body, and the processor is also used for controlling the mattress body according to the posture of the user on the mattress body, wherein if the posture of the user on the mattress body is a sitting posture, the processor judges whether the feet of the user leave the bed according to the stress distribution condition of the upper surface of the mattress body, and when the posture of the user on the mattress body is the sitting posture and the feet of the user do not leave the bed within a preset time period, controlling the head of the mattress body to lift.
8. The smart mattress of claim 7, wherein the pressure sensing module comprises a plurality of pressure sensors distributed in an array on the mattress body.
9. The intelligent mattress of claim 7, wherein the mattress body has a lumbar support block and a lift drive mechanism, the lift drive mechanism being in driving connection with the lumbar support block, the lift drive mechanism being electrically connected with the processor.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the method for adaptive adjustment of a smart mattress according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
