本发明公开了一种含四聚乙醛的杀螺组合物,包括按以下质量百分数的组分:5‑18%有效组分、8‑18%植物提取物、0.5‑2.5%聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、3‑5%苦葛皂苷、2‑4%凹凸棒土、1‑3%乙二醇、0.05‑0.1%消泡剂、去离子水补充至100%;第一有效组分为四聚乙醛,第二有效组分为杀螺胺乙醇胺盐或杀螺威,第一有效组分和第二有效组分的质量比为20:1‑1:20;所述植物提取物为麻风果油。一方面先制备成微乳,再制备成悬浮剂,悬浮率高、稳定性好,不易分层析水和沉淀结底;另一方面,将麻风果油、苦葛皂苷与四聚乙醛和杀螺胺乙醇胺盐/杀螺威联合使用,还具有增强防治杀螺效果,减弱螺虫抗药性的作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及化学农药制备领域,特别是涉及一种含四聚乙醛的杀螺组合物及应用。
背景技术
福寿螺是瓶螺科、瓶螺属软体动物,在我国水稻田年发生1-3代。由于寄主范围广,食量大,食性杂,耐逆性强,适应性广,繁殖力快的特点,福寿螺食量大,咬食水稻等农作植物,可造成严重减产,是名副其实的水稻杀手。另外福寿螺的螺壳锋利,容易划伤农民的手脚,大量粪便能污染水体。因每只雌螺可年产卵万粒左右,繁殖量惊人,可造成其他水生物种灭绝,极易破坏当地的湿地生态系统和农业生态系统。
因此,需要合理有效的防治福寿螺,四聚乙醛是一种选择性强的杀螺剂,当螺取食或接触到药剂后,使螺体内乙酰胆碱酯酶大量释放,破坏螺体内特殊的粘液,使螺体迅速脱水中毒死亡。该化合物对鱼类、家蚕以及蜜蜂等田间生物低毒。四聚乙醛一直作为防治福寿螺的主要药剂,抗性原来越严重。杀螺胺乙醇胺盐,该产品是一种具有胃毒作用的杀软体动物剂,对螺卵、血吸虫尾蚴等,有较强的杀灭作用,对人畜毒性低,对作物安全,使用方便,可直接加水稀释使用,抗性也在不断增加。螺威易于与红细胞壁上的胆甾醇结合,生成不溶于水的复合物沉淀,破坏了血红细胞的正常渗透性,使细胞内渗透压增加而发生崩解,导致溶血现象,从而杀死软体动物钉螺,但螺威杀螺敏感性低,用量大。
悬浮剂作为一种新型农药制剂具有低药害、低毒性、易稀释、储运安全、易使用、易计量和环保的特点,发展迅速,然而,易产生存放一段时间后产生分层、析水和沉淀,甚至严重结底,不易被搅动和倒出,导致使用不便,药效降低和浪费药液。
发明内容
针对上述情况,本发明之目的在于提供一种含四聚乙醛的杀螺组合物,通过有效组分的复配和剂型的制备耐储时间长,对福寿螺抗性低,防治效果好。
其解决的技术方案是:
一种含四聚乙醛的杀螺组合物,包括按以下质量百分数的组分:5-18%有效组分、8-18%植物提取物、0.5-2.5%聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、3-5%苦葛皂苷、2-4%凹凸棒土、1-3%乙二醇、0.05-0.1%消泡剂、去离子水补充至100%;第一有效组分为四聚乙醛,第二有效组分为杀螺胺乙醇胺盐或杀螺威,第一有效组分和第二有效组分的质量比为20:1-1:20;所述植物提取物为麻风果油。

进一步的,所述含四聚乙醛的杀螺组合物的制备方法包括以下步骤:(1)将聚乙烯吡咯烷酮配制成8%的溶液,然后滴加入第二有效组分中,边滴加边研磨混合均匀,然后加入一半的苦葛皂苷,再次混合均匀,得混合液I;(2)将植物提取物滴加到第二有效组分中,边滴加边研磨至充分溶解,得混合物II;(3)将混合物I逐滴加入到混合物2中,边滴加边搅拌,得初乳悬液;(4)将剩余的苦葛皂苷、凹凸棒土、乙二醇、消泡剂、剩余的去离子水搅拌均匀,得混合液III;(4)将初乳悬液滴加到混合液III中,边滴加边搅拌,得二次乳悬液,再用高剪切乳化分散机将混合液混合均匀,最后经多级砂磨机研磨至微乳粒径为2-3μm,得含四聚乙醛的杀螺组合物。

由于以上技术方案的采用,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下优点:
本发明一方面以麻风果油为油性溶剂,以去离子水水为水性溶剂,以苦葛皂苷为表面活性剂,将有效组分药制备成微乳,再以聚乙烯吡咯烷酮为分散剂,以凹凸棒土为悬浮助剂制备成悬浮剂剂型的含四聚乙醛的杀螺组合物,所制备的悬浮剂悬浮率高、稳定性好,有效避免了分散相表面能量过剩导致的分子长大现象,不易分层析水和沉淀结底;另一方面,将麻风果油、苦葛皂苷与四聚乙醛和杀螺胺乙醇胺盐/杀螺威联合使用,还具有增强防治杀螺效果,减弱螺虫抗药性的作用。

按照我国农药国家标准或行业标准(GB/T14825-2006农药悬浮率测定方法,GB/T19136-2003农药热贮稳定性测定方法,GB/T19137-2003农药低温稳定性测定方法,HG/T2467.5-2003农药悬浮剂产品标准编写规范)中的规定对本发明的含四聚乙醛的杀螺组合物进行测定,结果如表1;

从表1可以看出,本发明制备选用的植物提取物麻风果油、苦葛皂苷、凹凸棒土协同作用,大幅提高了四聚乙醛和杀螺胺乙醇胺盐/杀螺威在聚乙烯吡咯烷酮中的分散性,从而提高了其悬浮率和稳定性。
试验例2
田间杀螺效果测试:
使用实施例1-4和对比例1-4制备的含四聚乙醛的杀螺组合物防治福寿螺,方法:稀释1000倍,然后在福寿螺发生初期均匀喷撒在苗床或稻田里面,另设一组空白组,在在福寿螺发生初期均匀喷撒等量的清水在苗床或稻田里面,计算7d,15d之后的防效,结果见表2:
