本发明属于水稻种子领域,公开了一种用于促进水稻种子提早收获的组合物及其制备方法和应用。该组合物是由以下按质量百分比计的原料制成:二氢杨梅素提取物61.50~63.50%,白黎芦醇提取物6.00~9.00%,维生素C 12.00~16.00%,农用硫酸链霉素12.00~16.00%。本发明组合物配方合理,综合利用了化学原料和天然植物中提取物对调控种子收获期的各自效果,经实验验证对促进水稻种子提早收获的效果非常明显;本发明加工制作简单,使用方便,为促进水稻种子提早收获时期提供了一种理想的药物。

本发明属于水稻种子领域,特别涉及一种用于促进水稻种子提早收获的组合物及其制备方法和应用。
背景技术
水稻种子是水稻生产过程中最基本的和不可替代的生产资料,水稻种子的质量决定大田生产的成败,其中,种子适时成熟收获又是决定种子质量的一项重要因素。一般情况下,作物种子的收获时期与种子发芽率、活力高低以用之后幼苗的健壮度和生育状况等有正相关性,因此适时收获种子是作物制种过程中的一个基本要求。近年来,随着制种规模的扩大、制种方式的变化和极端天气的频繁发生,在制种过程中经常碰到天气不好、但种子需要收获,或者同一时间大面积种子需要收获的情况。在天气不好的情况下收获种子,一是给收获工作造成不方便,二是收获后的种子由于天气原因,特别是多雨天气的影响,容易发生堆沤、霉变污染等情况从而导致种子劣变,极大程度影响种子质量,给大田生产带来直接损失;同一时间大面积的种子同时收获的情况则给收获机械和人员的安排带来很多不便。因此,错期而适时收获种子成了制种农业生产者一直梦寐以求之事。尤其是随着天气预报工作预测准确性的提高,开发能够调控水稻种子收获时期的产品成了水稻制种市场的热门产品,但此种技术产品一直未有突破。
发明内容
为了解决上述现有技术中存在的不足和缺点,本发明的首要目的在于提供一种用于促进水稻种子提早收获的组合物,该组合物能促进水稻种子提前收获,以便在合适的时间和天气条件下收获种子。
本发明的另一目的在于提供上述组合物的制备方法。
本发明的再一目的在于提供上述组合物在促进水稻种子提早收获中的应用。
本发明的目的通过下述技术方案来实现:
一种用于促进水稻种子提早收获的组合物,该组合物是由以下按质量百分比计的原料制成:

所述二氢杨梅素提取物,是指以藤茶为原料,通过提取、纯化得到的产品,其中二氢杨梅素的质量百分含量≥55%;
所述白黎芦醇提取物,是指以葡萄皮和葡萄籽为原料,通过提取、纯化得到的产品,其中白黎芦醇的质量百分含量≥20%;
所述维生素C中维生素C的质量百分含量大于95%;
所述农用硫酸链霉素中硫酸链霉素的质量百分含量大于70%。
所述二氢杨梅素提取物是按以下步骤制备得到:采用藤茶的新鲜茎叶,在温度35~45℃条件下干燥后得到藤茶干燥原料;将藤茶干燥原料采用乙醇提取法得到藤茶提取液,浓缩提取液至其原体积的30~40%,并将浓缩液放置在-4℃冷库中静置24小时,干燥液体底部沉淀即得二氢杨梅素提取物;所述乙醇提取法中藤茶干燥原料与乙醇的质量比例为1:10~12,乙醇的体积百分比浓度为85~95%;所述藤茶采用广东、广西、湖南、湖北或江西产的藤茶。优选地,所述乙醇体积百分比浓度90%;所述干燥液体底部沉淀为是将浓缩液底部的沉淀在90~95℃的烘箱中烘干;所述藤茶采用湖南张家界地区春夏季节出产的藤茶。
所述白黎芦醇提取物是按以下步骤制备得到:以虎杖为原料,以原料6倍体积的体积百分数为75%的乙醇作为提取溶剂,在温度为70-75℃情况下提取1小时,浓缩回收乙醇,喷雾干燥提取液,即得白黎芦醇提取物。
所述维生素C为郑州诚旺化工有限公司生产;所述农用硫酸链霉素为四川成都普惠生物工程有限公司生产。
上述的一种用于促进水稻种子提早收获的组合物的制备方法,包括以下操作步骤:按上述配比称取各原料,置于调配罐中,搅拌均匀,复合铝袋包装或罐装后即得用于促进水稻种子提早收获的组合物。
上述的一种用于促进水稻种子提早收获的组合物在促进水稻种子提早收获中的应用,其特征在于:所述应用包括以下操作步骤:在水稻种子人工授粉后的当天,用水将上述用于促进水稻种子提早收获的组合物搅拌溶解使之形成质量百分比为0.1-0.3%的直接用液,按50公斤/亩的用量将直接用液喷施在水稻稻穗上,根据种子成熟期需要调节的时间选择喷施1-2次。
优选地,喷施后24小时内如遇到下雨天气,则需要重复喷施一次。
本发明的原理是:
二氢杨梅素为藤茶植物中的主要活性成分,具有抗衰老、抗氧化、促进细胞平衡生长等多种作用。在本发明配方中二氢杨梅素的主要作用是在水稻种子发育过程中,能够促进种子中过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、脱氢酶和淀粉酶的活性以及可溶性蛋白质含量增加。
白黎芦醇是一种植物杀菌素、抗氧化剂、也是组蛋白修饰酶,对于加速同化物运输有作用。本配方中使用主要是利用其杀菌作用,减轻微生物的损害,增强种子胚细胞应激能力,以及加速同化物运输,从而提早种子收获时期。
维生素C为水溶性强抗氧化剂。在本发明配方中使用一方面是利用其增强种子在发育过程中对外界环境的抗应激能力和免疫力,从整体上提高种子的发芽势,一方面是作为组蛋白修饰酶,调控籽粒发育。
农用硫酸链霉素:易溶于水,为抗生素类杀菌剂。在本发明配方中使用一方面是利用其杀菌作用,减少种子在稻穗生长过程中产生霉变,减少种子的霉变率,另一方面是作为蛋白合成抑制剂在籽粒发育中起调控作用。

(2)加工制作简单,使用方便,为促进水稻种子提早收获时期提供了一种理想的药物。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细的描述,但本发明的实施方式不限于此。
1、实验过程中所有水稻种子由湖南隆平种业公司提供。
2、水稻制种期间收获期调控剂处理方法:在对制种大田水稻完成人工授粉(喷施“九二〇”后约7d)后的同时,分别在稻穗和叶面上喷施种子收获期调控剂(以喷施清水为对照)。调控剂喷施后10天后开始取样,之后每隔3天取一次样品,分别检测样品的发芽率、发芽势等指标。供试组合为湖南隆平种业的隆两优534。
3、水稻种子发芽势的测定方法:按“水稻种子发芽率测定方法”(GB/T3543)进行,发芽实验开始后第4天统计的种子发芽率结果即为种子发芽势。
4、水稻种子发芽率的测定方法:按“水稻种子发芽率测定方法”(GB/T3543)进行,种子发芽率(%)=发芽种子数/总种子数×100%,本实验取发芽实验开始后第7天统计的结果。
5、种子霉变粒率(%)=霉变种子数/总种子数×100%。
6、以下实施例中使用的各原料来源如下:
二氢杨梅素提取物是按以下步骤制备得到:采用藤茶的新鲜茎叶,在温度35~45℃条件下干燥后得到藤茶干燥原料;将藤茶干燥原料采用乙醇提取法得到藤茶提取液,浓缩提取液至其原体积的30~40%,并将浓缩液放置在-4℃冷库中静置24小时,干燥液体底部沉淀即得二氢杨梅素提取物,干燥液体底部沉淀为是将浓缩液底部的沉淀在90~95℃的烘箱中烘干;所述乙醇提取法中藤茶干燥原料与乙醇的质量比例为1:10~12,乙醇的体积百分比浓度为85~95%,优选体积百分比浓度90%的乙醇;所述藤茶采用广东、广西、湖南、湖北或江西产的藤茶,优选采用湖南张家界地区春夏季节出产的藤茶。所得二氢杨梅素提取物中二氢杨梅素的质量百分含量≥55%。
白黎芦醇提取物是按以下步骤制备得到:以虎杖为原料,以原料6倍体积的体积百分数为75%的乙醇作为提取溶剂,在温度为70-75℃情况下提取1小时,浓缩回收乙醇,喷雾干燥提取液,即得白黎芦醇提取物,其中白黎芦醇的质量百分含量≥20%。
维生素C为郑州诚旺化工有限公司生产,质量百分含量大于95%;;
农用硫酸链霉素为四川成都普惠生物工程有限公司生产,质量百分含量大于70%;
实施例1:
分别称取质量百分比为63%的二氢杨梅素提取物、质量百分比为7%的白黎芦醇提取物、质量百分比为15%的维生素C、质量百分比为15%的农用硫酸链霉素共四种原料置于调配罐中,搅拌均匀,复合铝袋包装或罐装后即得用于促进水稻种子提早收获的组合物(以下称之为水稻种子收获期调控剂)。
实施例2:水稻种子收获期调控剂对水稻种子收获期的调控实验
利用上述实施例1制备的水稻种子收获期调控剂,用水搅拌溶解形成质量百分比为0.3%的直接用液,在制种过程中人工授粉完成后在同一时间喷施1次调节剂,以喷施清水的处理为对照。由表1可以看出,从授粉10天开始取样到24天的样品,该调控剂均可以明显提高早期种子发芽率和发芽势即调控种子的收获期,同时喷施调控剂后也利于减少种子发霉粒率,提高种子的整体质量。
授粉后10天的种子样品,对照的发芽势和发芽率为65.33%和75.33%,经过调控剂处理的发芽势和发芽率都显著高于对照,其中调控剂处理的发芽势和发芽率分别为72.33%和86%。按照国家标准,就杂交水稻种子而言,发芽率达到80%以上时,种子就可作为合格种子进行销售。也就是说,在特殊极端情况下,此时的喷施调控剂后的种子即可收获以作大田生产之用;而对照样品的发芽率,直到授粉后13天才符合国家标准要求(比喷施调节剂的样品迟了3天)。另外,授粉结束后13天,对照的发芽率为92.33%,调控剂处理的发芽率分别为93.33%。因此,本调控剂不但能调节水稻种子的收获期,而且能提高种子整体质量。

注:CK为清水对照,调控剂为实验例1的调控剂产品。供试组合为隆两优534。
实施例3:利用本发明用于促进水稻种子提早收获的组合物对水稻种子的收获期进行模拟调控
在水稻制种过程中,根据水稻品种的不同,假如预计到某一品种种子的正常成熟期在授粉后15天后种子即可成熟收获,但根据天气预报,15天后有连续5天的不良天气发生或者15天后种子收获工作繁忙,需要错开这一时间,则可以在人工授粉刚结束时或者选择人工授粉后的不同时间喷施本发明用于促进水稻种子提早收获的组合物,以促进种子提早收获,在授粉后10天或者其它时间提早收获以减少损失或错开农忙季节。
上述实施例为本发明较佳的实施方式,但本发明的实施方式并不受上述实施例的限制,其他的任何未背离本发明的精神实质与原理下所作的改变、修饰、替代、组合、简化,均应为等效的置换方式,都包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于促进水稻种子提早收获的组合物,其特征在于:所述二氢杨梅素提取物,是指以藤茶为原料,通过提取、纯化得到的产品,其中二氢杨梅素的质量百分含量≥55%;
所述白黎芦醇提取物,是指以葡萄皮和葡萄籽为原料,通过提取、纯化得到的产品,其中白黎芦醇的质量百分含量≥20%;
所述维生素C中维生素C的质量百分含量大于95%;
所述农用硫酸链霉素中硫酸链霉素的质量百分含量大于70%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于促进水稻种子提早收获的组合物,其特征在于:所述二氢杨梅素提取物是按以下步骤制备得到:采用藤茶的新鲜茎叶,在温度35~45℃条件下干燥后得到藤茶干燥原料;将藤茶干燥原料采用乙醇提取法得到藤茶提取液,浓缩提取液至其原体积的30~40%,并将浓缩液放置在-4℃冷库中静置24小时,干燥液体底部沉淀即得二氢杨梅素提取物;所述乙醇提取法中藤茶干燥原料与乙醇的质量比例为1:10~12,乙醇的体积百分比浓度为85~95%;所述藤茶采用广东、广西、湖南、湖北或江西产的藤茶。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种用于促进水稻种子提早收获的组合物,其特征在于:所述乙醇体积百分比浓度90%;所述干燥液体底部沉淀为是将浓缩液底部的沉淀在90~95℃的烘箱中烘干;所述藤茶采用湖南张家界地区春夏季节出产的藤茶。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于促进水稻种子提早收获的组合物,其特征在于:所述白黎芦醇提取物是按以下步骤制备得到:以虎杖为原料,以原料6倍体积的体积百分数为75%的乙醇作为提取溶剂,在温度为70-75℃情况下提取1小时,浓缩回收乙醇,喷雾干燥提取液,即得白黎芦醇提取物。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种用于促进水稻种子提早收获的组合物的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下操作步骤:按上述配比称取各原料,置于调配罐中,搅拌均匀,复合铝袋包装或罐装后即得用于促进水稻种子提早收获的组合物。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于促进水稻种子提早收获的组合物在促进水稻种子提早收获中的应用,其特征在于:所述应用包括以下操作步骤:在水稻种子人工授粉后的当天,用水将上述用于促进水稻种子提早收获的组合物搅拌溶解使之形成质量百分比为0.1-0.3%的直接用液,按50公斤/亩的用量将直接用液喷施在水稻稻穗上,根据种子成熟期需要调节的时间选择喷施1-2次。
9.根据权利要求1所述的应用,其特征在于:喷施后24小时内如遇到下雨天气,则需要重复喷施一次。
