Description

Transmission for an electric drive suitable for a motor vehicle, drive and motor vehicle
Technical Field
The invention relates to a transmission for an electric drive suitable for a motor vehicle according to the preamble of claim 1, to a drive according to the preamble of claim 11 and to a motor vehicle according to the preamble of claim 12.
Background
An electric drive for a motor vehicle essentially comprises an electric motor and a transmission. The transmission usually comprises at least one transmission stage, which in turn comprises two mutually meshing gear wheels.
There is a need for a compact drive arrangement that can be used for a number of different motor vehicle types, in particular for motor vehicles with front-wheel drive and/or rear-wheel drive. Due to this requirement, there are different mounting positions for the drive device, in particular with regard to its orientation with respect to the motor vehicle chassis (in particular with respect to the longitudinal axis of the motor vehicle chassis).
Due to the available installation space, for example, in the case of an electric drive with a two-stage spur gear transmission, the electric motor is located in front of the transmission in the installed position on the front axle. If the same drive is moved to the rear axle, it can lead to a structural space collision with the rear axle carrier and/or the battery of the electrically driven motor vehicle.
For a sport OEM, the steering mechanism is most often located in front of the drive shaft. If the mounting position on the front axle remains unchanged, a construction-space collision can occur between the electric motor and the steering gear.
In principle, adjusting the mounting position of the drive can be considered as a backup option for the requirements outlined above. In principle, it is conceivable to mount the same drive in different mounting positions, but care must be taken here that: for example, the orientation of the gears in space or even the direction of rotation of the transmission can change. If, for example, a gear train oiling device designed for horizontal orientation must now ensure sufficient oiling even in an inclined orientation, this can lead to problems in oiling gears or other functional parts.
Although it is of course also possible to design a suitable oiling device for each orientation of the drive. However, this results in high individual development costs and in too few generic parts.
For example, according to DE 102011000571 a1, a transmission is known which is also suitable for horizontally inclined arrangements. In order to achieve reliable lubrication of the functional components arranged in the gear mechanism housing when the gear mechanism housing is arranged inclined towards the horizontal, according to the invention the gear mechanism housing has an outlet opening for lubricating oil below, and lubricating oil is conveyed from the outlet opening by means of a pump to a distributor pipe arranged above in the gear mechanism housing and distributed therefrom. Here, the lubricating oil dispensed from the distributor pipe is guided to the bearings of the drive shaft by means of a guide device arranged in the housing.
From DE 102005013657 a1, it is known to provide an oil supply device in a gear unit of a motor vehicle, which oil supply device comprises a centrifugal oil device with a conveyor wheel rotating in an oil sump and an oil injection device with an oil pump which is connected on the input side to the oil sump and on the output side to a pressure line. The oil is transported in a targeted manner to the region of the transmission mechanism to be lubricated by means of an oil injection device.
While solutions are known that are useful herein for the problems outlined above, there is still a need for further improvements.

Detailed Description
Reference is first made to fig. 6.
The motor vehicle according to the invention mainly comprises a vehicle chassis C and at least one drive arrangement a according to the invention. The vehicle chassis C has a longitudinal axis L.
The drive unit a according to the invention mainly comprises a transmission G according to the invention and an electric motor E and is fixed to the vehicle chassis C by means of an engine holding device in the form of an engine bracket 8.
As shown in fig. 1, the gear mechanism G essentially comprises a gear mechanism housing 1 with a gear mechanism cover 102 and at least one gear mechanism stage 2. The gear stage 2 essentially comprises a first gear wheel 21 and at least one further gear wheel 22. Further, the transmission mechanism includes a pressure oil lubrication device.
According to the invention, it is provided that the pressure oil lubrication device comprises a first return line inlet 51 and at least one second return line inlet 52, wherein the return line inlets 51, 52 are provided to be selectively opened or closed, and/or the pressure oil lubrication device comprises a first fuel injection nozzle outlet 41 and at least one second fuel injection nozzle outlet 42, wherein the fuel injection nozzle outlets 41, 42 are provided to be selectively equipped with fuel injection nozzles or closed. For the closing, blind plugs can preferably be provided, which are each fitted in place of the respective injection nozzle. However, improved oil jets are also contemplated.
The pressure oil lubrication device is intended for oiling functional parts of a transmission mechanism such as a gear. The pressure oil lubricating device mainly comprises an oil pump 3, at least one oil pipeline 4 and at least one return pipeline 5. The injectors 41, 42 are respectively in fluid connection with the oil line. The return line inlet is correspondingly fluidly connected to the return line. The oil delivery pipeline and the return pipeline are correspondingly and fluidly connected with the oil pump. An oil delivery pipeline can be preset for each oil nozzle outlet or for a plurality of oil nozzle outlets. One return line can be provided for each return line inlet or for a plurality of return line inlets.
In other words, it can be provided that the transmission is equipped with a greater number of injector outlets 41 and 42 and/or return line inlets 51 and 52 than is required for the particular purpose of use. The gear mechanism can thus be adjusted more advantageously for the respective installation situation. The unneeded fuel injector outlet 41, 42 or the return line opening 51 or 52 can be closed or shut off accordingly.
Preferably, it can be provided that the injection nozzle outlets 41, 42 are designed to be variable in terms of position and injection angle.
Preferably, as pressure generator, the oil pump is a single-stage and/or adjustable oil pump, preferably comprising a filter.
Preferably, the pressure oil lubrication means comprises a pump sump 6.
Preferably, the pressure oil lubrication means comprises cooling means, for example in the simplest case in the form of cooling fins 7, which allow the oil used to be conditioned and/or cooled and thereby increase the efficiency of the gear mesh.
Further, the transmission is preferably equipped with an individually adjustable engine bracket 8 and a universal thread pattern 9 on the transmission housing 1.
Furthermore, it is preferably provided that the oil line 4, the return line 5, the pump sump 6 and/or the cooling device are formed from the gear housing 1. In other words, the gear housing itself serves as a distributor system, in particular comprising a cooling device which may be formed, for example, simply by the ribs 7. Furthermore, it can advantageously be provided that the return flow is effected via the gear housing, in particular via the pump sump.
More preferably, it is provided that the transmission housing is equipped with at least one partition 10. The baffle 10 is provided to improve the targeted return flow to the pump. In this way, even in the case of uphill driving, braking, sideways driving, etc., a targeted return flow to the pump is improved or an unlubricated operation is prevented.
Depending on the installation angle, the return line inlet provided in the differential 11 can be opened or closed.
The differential can be a ring gear or a component of a gear stage.
Since the ring wheel together with the differential takes up a large amount of installation space, there is the possibility of a large oil sump being formed here. This is to be avoided because of losses due to the agitation of the gears. To some extent, oil should be sucked away/towards the oil pump.
In fig. 3 to 5 and in fig. 6, the gear mechanism or the drive is shown in different angular positions. Here, the longitudinal axis L of the vehicle chassis C is taken as a reference. However, other positions of the gear mechanism or of the drive in space are also conceivable. Further, in the drawings, the respective oil levels are denoted by reference symbol S.
