Based on the hardware structure, the embodiment of the method for recovering the failure of the eSIM card is provided.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic flowchart of a first embodiment of a method for recovering an eSIM card from failure according to the present invention.
In a first embodiment, the eSIM card failure recovery method includes the steps of:
and step S10, when the power-on of the eSIM card is detected, carrying out self-checking on the internal file of the eSIM card to obtain a self-checking result.
It should be noted that when the eSIM card is detected to be powered on, that is, each time the eSIM card is powered on, self-checking may be performed on the internal file of the eSIM card, so as to obtain a corresponding self-checking result.
And step S20, judging whether the current eSIM card is invalid according to the self-checking result.
It can be understood that whether the current eSIM card fails or not can be determined according to the results, and the reason for failure of the eSIM card can be determined.
And step S30, if the current eSIM card is judged to be invalid, determining the invalid position of the current eSIM card file and recovering.
It should be understood that the damaged user PROFILE may be switched when the current eSIM card fails.
According to the scheme, when the eSIM card is detected to be electrified, self-checking is carried out on the internal file of the eSIM card, and a self-checking result is obtained; judging whether the current eSIM card is invalid or not according to the self-checking result; if the current eSIM card is judged to be invalid, determining the invalid position of the current eSIM card file and recovering the invalid position, automatically identifying the current eSIM card invalid, quickly recovering the communication function, repairing the eSIM card, realizing the reset interaction of the eSIM and the terminal, ensuring the normal work of the eSIM, saving the use cost of the mobile equipment, improving the convenience and the safety of the mobile communication, avoiding the interruption of the communication service, and improving the speed and the efficiency of the eSIM card invalid recovery.
Further, fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating a second embodiment of the eSIM card failure recovery method of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 3, the second embodiment of the eSIM card failure recovery method of the present invention is proposed based on the first embodiment, and in this embodiment, the step S10 specifically includes the following steps:
and step S11, maintaining a reset counter in the eSIM card, and when the eSIM card is detected to be electrified, carrying out self-check on the internal file of the eSIM card through the reset counter to obtain a self-check result.
It should be noted that, a reset counter needs to be maintained in the card before self-checking, when the eSIM card is detected to be powered on, self-checking can be performed on files in the eSIM card through the reset counter, and generally, corresponding checking is performed on all files stored in a file linked list in sequence, so that a corresponding self-checking result is obtained.
And step S12, maintaining an authentication abnormal counter in the eSIM card, and when the eSIM card is detected to be electrified, carrying out self-check on the internal file of the eSIM card through the authentication abnormal counter to obtain a self-check result.
It can be understood that an authentication anomaly counter needs to be maintained in the card before self-checking, when the eSIM card is detected to be powered on, self-checking can be performed on files in the eSIM card through the authentication anomaly counter, and generally, corresponding checking is performed on all files stored in a file linked list in sequence, so that a corresponding self-checking result is obtained.
By the scheme, the reset counter is maintained in the eSIM card, and when the eSIM card is detected to be powered on, the internal file of the eSIM card is subjected to self-checking through the reset counter, so that a self-checking result is obtained; or, an authentication abnormal counter is maintained in the eSIM card, when the eSIM card is detected to be electrified, the internal file of the eSIM card is subjected to self-checking through the authentication abnormal counter to obtain a self-checking result, the self-checking result can be quickly determined, and the speed and the efficiency of failure recovery of the eSIM card are improved.
Further, fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating a third embodiment of the eSIM card failure recovery method of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 4, the third embodiment of the eSIM card failure recovery method of the present invention is proposed based on the second embodiment, in this embodiment, the step S11 specifically includes the following steps:
and step S111, when the eSIM card is detected to be powered on, maintaining a reset counter in the eSIM card.
It should be noted that, when the eSIM card is detected to be powered on, a maintenance function of the reset counter may be started, that is, the reset counter is maintained in the eSIM card.
And step S112, when the reset flow is detected to start, adding 1 to the abnormity of the reset counter to obtain the abnormal reset value of the reset counter, and when the abnormal reset value is greater than a preset reset threshold value, determining that the self-test result is that the eSIM card cannot be reset normally.
It can be understood that when the reset process is detected to start, 1 is added to the abnormality of the reset counter, that is, when the reset process starts, 1 is added to the abnormality reset counter, the value of the abnormality reset counter is judged when the reset starts every time, if the value is greater than a set threshold value, the card data is considered to be damaged, the card cannot be reset normally, at this time, default reset information is directly sent, and the reset interaction process with the terminal is completed.
And step S113, clearing the reset counter when the completion of the reset process is detected.
It should be understood that, when the completion of the reset process is detected, the reset counter may be cleared, that is, the abnormal reset counter is cleared by 0 after the completion of the reset process is successful.
According to the scheme, when the eSIM card is detected to be powered on, the reset counter is maintained in the eSIM card; when the starting of a reset process is detected, adding 1 to the abnormity of a reset counter to obtain a reset abnormal value of the reset counter, and when the reset abnormal value is greater than a preset reset threshold value, determining that the self-test result is that the eSIM card can not be reset normally; when the completion of the reset process is detected, resetting the reset counter; the self-checking result can be quickly determined, and the failure recovery speed and efficiency of the eSIM card are improved.
Further, fig. 5 is a schematic flowchart of a fourth embodiment of a method for recovering an eSIM card from failure according to the present invention, and as shown in fig. 5, the fourth embodiment of the method for recovering an eSIM card from failure according to the present invention is proposed based on the second embodiment, in this embodiment, the step S12 specifically includes the following steps:
and step S121, when the eSIM card is detected to be electrified, maintaining an authentication abnormity counter in the eSIM card.
It should be noted that, when the eSIM card is detected to be powered on, the maintenance function of the abnormal authentication counter may be started, that is, the abnormal authentication counter is maintained in the eSIM card.
And step S122, when the reset process is detected to start, adding 1 to the abnormity of the abnormal authentication counter to obtain an abnormal authentication value of the abnormal authentication counter, and when the abnormal authentication value is greater than a preset threshold value, determining that the self-checking result is that the eSIM card can not normally communicate.
It can be understood that when the reset process is detected to start, 1 is added to the exception of the authentication exception counter, that is, when the reset process starts, 1 is added to the authentication exception counter, the authentication exception counter is checked at the 1 st instruction after each reset, if the authentication exception counter is greater than the set threshold, it is considered that the card authentication related file is damaged and cannot be normally communicated, and at this time, the whole file linked list of the current PROFILE file system can be traversed to confirm whether all files can be correctly accessed.
And S123, clearing the authentication abnormity counter when the authentication instruction is detected to be successfully verified.
In a specific implementation, when it is detected that the authentication instruction is successfully verified, the authentication exception counter may be cleared, that is, the authentication exception counter is cleared by 0 after the eSIM card is successfully authenticated.
According to the scheme, when the eSIM card is detected to be powered on, the authentication abnormal counter is maintained in the eSIM card; when the reset process is detected to start, adding 1 to the abnormity of an abnormal authentication counter to obtain an abnormal authentication value of the abnormal authentication counter, and when the abnormal authentication value is greater than a preset threshold value, determining that the self-test result is that the eSIM card can not normally communicate; when the authentication command is successfully verified, the authentication abnormal counter is cleared, the self-checking result can be quickly determined, and the failure recovery speed and efficiency of the eSIM card are improved.
Further, fig. 6 is a schematic flowchart of a fifth embodiment of a method for recovering an eSIM card from failure according to the present invention, and as shown in fig. 6, the fifth embodiment of the method for recovering an eSIM card from failure according to the present invention is proposed based on the third embodiment, in this embodiment, the step S20 specifically includes the following steps:
and step S21, when the self-checking result is that the eSIM card cannot be reset normally, or the self-checking result is that the eSIM card cannot be communicated normally, traversing a file linked list of a current user configuration file, storing and recording a file access abnormal phenomenon, and restarting the next self-checking.
It should be noted that, when the self-test result indicates that the eSIM card cannot be reset normally, or the self-test result indicates that the eSIM card cannot communicate normally, corresponding abnormal data may be determined, so as to determine that the current eSIM card fails according to the abnormal data.
And step S22, when the self-checking times exceed a preset time threshold and the same file is abnormal in each self-checking process, judging that the current eSIM card is invalid and the reason of the failure is the same file.
It should be understood that, when the self-check result is that the eSIM card cannot be normally reset, or the self-check result is that the eSIM card cannot normally communicate, the whole file linked list of the file system of the current PROFILE may be traversed to determine whether all files can be correctly accessed, if an exception occurs in any file self-check process, the file exception information is stored and recorded, and the next self-check is restarted, and if the self-check times exceed a threshold value and each self-check process is an exception, it is determined that the current eSIM card fails and is caused by the exception.
According to the scheme, when the self-test result indicates that the eSIM card cannot be normally reset or the self-test result indicates that the eSIM card cannot normally communicate, the failure of the current eSIM card can be automatically identified by judging the failure of the current eSIM card according to abnormal data, so that the communication function is quickly recovered, the eSIM card is repaired, and the failure recovery speed and efficiency of the eSIM card are improved.
Further, fig. 7 is a flowchart illustrating a sixth embodiment of a method for recovering an eSIM card failure according to the present invention, and as shown in fig. 7, the sixth embodiment of the method for recovering an eSIM card failure according to the present invention is proposed based on the first embodiment, in this embodiment, the step S30 specifically includes the following steps:
step S31, if it is determined that the current eSIM card is failed, determining a failure location of the current eSIM card file, searching for a damaged user profile according to the failure location, and switching the damaged user profile to recover the current eSIM card.
It should be noted that, when the current eSIM card fails, the failure location of the current eSIM card file is determined, and then the damaged user profile is found through the failure location, and then the damaged user profile is switched to recover the current eSIM card.
According to the scheme, if the current eSIM card is judged to be invalid, the invalid position of the current eSIM card file is determined, the damaged user configuration file is searched according to the invalid position, the damaged user configuration file is switched to recover the current eSIM card, the current eSIM card is automatically identified to be invalid, the communication function is quickly recovered, the eSIM card is repaired, and the resetting interaction between the eSIM card and the terminal is realized.
Further, fig. 8 is a schematic flowchart of a seventh embodiment of a method for recovering an eSIM card failure of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 8, the seventh embodiment of the method for recovering an eSIM card failure of the present invention is proposed based on the sixth embodiment, in this embodiment, the step S31 specifically includes the following steps:
step S311, if the current eSIM card is judged to be invalid, determining the invalid position of the current eSIM card file, searching a damaged user configuration file according to the invalid position, and sending default reset information to a terminal.
It should be noted that, when the current eSIM card fails, the failure location of the current eSIM card file is determined, and then the damaged user profile is found through the failure location, and the sending of the default reset information can be directly performed, thereby completing the reset interaction process with the terminal.
And step S312, when the failure reason of the current eSIM card is reset abnormity, taking the initial user configuration file as a target user configuration file, and switching the damaged user configuration file according to the target user configuration file so as to recover the current eSIM card.
It can be understood that, when the failure reason of the current eSIM card is reset exception, the initial user PROFILE may be used as a target user PROFILE, that is, the eSIM card is automatically switched back to PROFILE, so that a damaged user PROFILE is switched according to the target user PROFILE, and the current eSIM card may be recovered.
In the specific implementation, a reset counter is maintained in the card, when the reset process starts, the abnormal reset counter is increased by 1, and the abnormal reset counter is cleared by 0 after the reset process is smoothly completed. And judging the value of the abnormal reset counter when resetting is started every time, if the value is greater than a set threshold value, considering that the card data is damaged and the card cannot be reset normally, and directly sending default reset information to finish the reset interaction process with the terminal. Marking that the card file system is damaged, needing to download the PROFILE again, automatically switching the card back to the initial PROFILE after receiving the 1 st command after resetting, sending a notice that the card file system is damaged and the PROFILE needs to be downloaded again to the eSIM platform after finishing the authentication with the network terminal, waiting for the platform to resend new PROFILE data and switching to the new PROFILE for continuous work.
Step 313, when the failure reason of the current eSIM card is authentication abnormity, receiving a new user configuration file re-issued by the eSIM platform as a target user configuration file, and switching the damaged user configuration file according to the target user configuration file to recover the current eSIM card.
It should be understood that, when the failure reason of the current eSIM card is authentication abnormality, a new user PROFILE reissued by the eSIM platform may be received as a target user PROFILE, that is, a notification of PROFILE needs to be downloaded to the eSIM platform again, and the platform waits for reissuing new PROFILE data and switches to the new PROFILE to continue working, so that a damaged user PROFILE is switched according to the target user PROFILE, and the current eSIM card may be recovered.
In the specific implementation, an authentication abnormity counter is maintained in the card, when the reset process starts, the authentication abnormity counter is increased by 1, and the authentication abnormity counter is cleared by 0 after the card authentication is successful. And checking the authentication abnormal counter in the 1 st instruction after each reset, if the authentication abnormal counter is larger than a set threshold value, considering that the card authentication related files are damaged and cannot be normally communicated, traversing the whole file linked list of the current PROFILE file system at the moment, and confirming whether all the files can be correctly accessed. And if the abnormal situation of file access exists, marking that the card file system is damaged, downloading the PROFILE again, automatically switching the card back to the initial PROFILE, after the authentication with the network end is completed, sending a notice that the card file system is damaged and the PROFILE needs to be downloaded again to the eSIM platform, waiting for the platform to issue new PROFILE data again, and switching to the new PROFILE to continue working. And if the whole file system is traversed without abnormal file access, marking abnormal card authentication parameter data, automatically switching the card back to the initial PROFILE, after the authentication with the network end is completed, sending the abnormal card authentication parameter data notification to the eSIM platform, and switching back to the current PROFILE to continue working after the platform updates the authentication parameter data of the PROFILE.
According to the scheme, if the current eSIM card is judged to be invalid, the invalid position of the current eSIM card file is determined, the damaged user configuration file is searched according to the invalid position, and default reset information is sent to the terminal; when the failure reason of the current eSIM card is reset abnormity, taking an initial user configuration file as a target user configuration file, and switching a damaged user configuration file according to the target user configuration file to recover the current eSIM card; when the failure reason of the current eSIM card is authentication abnormity, receiving a new user configuration file issued again by an eSIM platform as a target user configuration file, and switching the damaged user configuration file according to the target user configuration file to recover the current eSIM card; the method can automatically identify the failure of the current eSIM card, quickly recover the communication function, repair the eSIM card, realize the resetting interaction of the eSIM and the terminal, ensure the normal work of the eSIM, save the use cost of mobile equipment, improve the convenience and the safety of mobile communication, avoid the interruption of communication service, and improve the speed and the efficiency of the failure recovery of the eSIM card.
