and after receiving the upgrade feedback information, the service platform determines an upgrade result according to whether the firmware code identifier and the version number of the current running firmware are consistent with the firmware code identifier and the version number of the upgrade firmware, and returns the upgrade result to the interactive platform.
4. The method for upgrading remote firmware of a communication device according to claim 2, wherein the step of receiving the upgrade configuration command by the interactive platform further comprises:
the interactive platform receives an upgrading object query instruction and sends an upgrading object query request to the service platform according to the upgrading object query instruction;
the service platform returns upgrading object set information to the interactive platform according to the upgrading object query request;
the step of receiving the upgrade configuration instruction by the interactive platform is that the interactive platform receives the upgrade configuration instruction on the basis of receiving the upgrade object set information.
5. A remote firmware upgrade system for communication equipment is characterized by comprising the communication equipment; the communication device includes:
the data packet receiving module is used for receiving an upgrading data packet sent by the service platform; the upgrading data packet sent by the service platform comprises a firmware code identifier, a version number and a first check code of the upgrading firmware;
the check code acquisition module is used for acquiring the firmware code identifier and the firmware corresponding to the version number from the service platform according to the received upgrade data packet, and verifying the acquired firmware to obtain a second check code;
the firmware upgrading module is used for upgrading the firmware if the first check code is consistent with the second check code;
wherein, the firmware upgrade module includes:
the data packet temporary storage unit is used for storing the received upgrading data packet into a temporary storage area and operating the firmware in the primary operation area if the first check code is consistent with the second check code;
the firmware upgrading storage unit is used for storing the acquired firmware to the upgraded operation area when the acquired firmware is the firmware for upgrading the firmware;
the verification code upgrading determining unit is used for verifying the firmware stored in the upgraded operation area to obtain a third verification code;
and the data packet upgrading storage unit is used for storing the upgrading data packet in the temporary storage area to the operation area after upgrading and switching to the operation area after upgrading to operate when the third check code is consistent with the first check code.

The remote firmware upgrade system according to claim 5, further comprising: an interactive platform and a service platform; the interactive platform comprises a configuration instruction receiving module and an upgrade information sending module; the service platform comprises an object information acquisition module and an upgrade data packet sending module;
the configuration instruction receiving module is used for receiving an upgrading configuration instruction; the upgrading configuration instruction comprises the firmware code identification, the version number and the first check code of the upgrading firmware;
the upgrade information sending module is used for sending upgrade data information to the service platform according to the upgrade configuration instruction; the upgrading data information comprises the firmware code identification, the version number and the first check code of the upgrading firmware;
the object information acquisition module is used for acquiring upgrading object information according to the firmware code identifier and the version number in the received upgrading data information;
and the upgrading data packet sending module is used for sending an upgrading data packet to the communication equipment according to the upgrading object information and the upgrading data information.
7. The system of claim 6, wherein the communication device further comprises a feedback information sending module; the service platform also comprises an upgrade result feedback module;
the feedback information sending module is used for sending upgrading feedback information to the service platform after the communication equipment is upgraded; the upgrade feedback information comprises a firmware code identifier and a version number of the current running firmware in the communication equipment after the upgrade is finished;
and the upgrade result feedback module is used for determining an upgrade result according to whether the firmware code identifier and the version number of the current running firmware are consistent with the firmware code identifier and the version number of the upgrade firmware after receiving the upgrade feedback information, and returning the upgrade result to the interactive platform.
8. The remote firmware upgrade system of claim 6, wherein the interactive platform further comprises a query instruction receiving module, and the service platform further comprises an object information returning module;
the query instruction receiving module is used for receiving an upgrade object query instruction and sending an upgrade object query request to the service platform according to the upgrade object query instruction;
the object information returning module is used for returning upgrading object set information to the interactive platform according to the upgrading object query request;
and the configuration instruction receiving module is used for receiving an upgrading configuration instruction on the basis of receiving the upgrading object set information.
