According to the online conference method, the online conference can be opened through the network, and participants can log in the online conference system through the participant client side and participate in the conference based on the established virtual conference scene. The method can be applied to electronic equipment, and the electronic equipment can be online telephone equipment, a server and other conference equipment.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of an online conference method according to an embodiment of the present application, which is described in detail below with reference to fig. 1 and fig. 7, and the online conference method includes the following steps:
and S100, acquiring personnel information and conference subject information of the participants.
For example, the participant can use the participant client to enter an electronic device such as an online telephone device, a server, and the like, and then log in an online conference system therein to participate.
The participant information may be information relating to the participants, such as the identities, numbers, and order of arrival at the venue of the participants. The conference subject information may be related information characterizing a subject of the current conference content, for example, the conference subject information may be a training subject, a discussion subject, a report subject, a sharing subject, and the like, and different conference subjects indicate different conference opening manners and purposes of the conference.
The electronic device may obtain the above-mentioned personal information and conference subject information according to the input information or preset information, for example, obtain the personal information and conference subject information according to the input information of each participating client.
S200, matching a preset virtual conference scene according to the conference subject information, wherein an initial conference layout is set in the virtual conference scene.
In some embodiments, a virtual meeting scenario may simulate a real meeting scenario. A virtual meeting scene may be a scene constructed based on a meeting layout, including a layout of virtual meeting rooms, virtual attendees, and/or virtual meeting equipment. After the participants enter the virtual meeting scene, similar on-line meeting effect can be realized.
The virtual conference scene may be constructed according to the conference subject information, and the virtual conference scenes corresponding to different conference subject information may be different. This may include the selection of virtual meeting rooms in the meeting layout, the arrangement of participants and/or the installation and placement of meeting equipment, etc.
As shown in fig. 7, for example, if the current conference subject information is training, the selection of the virtual conference room, the arrangement of the participants, and the selection of the conference equipment may correspond to the training. This makes the entire virtual meeting scenario suitable for training use.
The virtual conference scene is provided with an initial conference layout, and the initial conference layout can be matched with specific conference theme information or a conference layout without theme characteristics.
The initial conference layout can be replaced according to the current conference subject information, so that the replaced conference layout is adapted to the current conference subject information, and the corresponding virtual conference scene is adapted to the conference subject information.
And S300, adjusting the conference layout according to the personnel information.
In some embodiments, an initial conference layout is set in the virtual conference scene, and in this embodiment, the initial conference layout may be adjusted according to the person information. For example, the current participant does not adapt to the initial conference layout, and if the virtual conference room used in the initial conference layout is too small, the number of participants is large, so that the initial conference layout can be adjusted according to the personnel information of the current participant.
In other embodiments, the personnel information of the participants can be adjusted according to the actual requirement in the whole conference stage. For example, the originally planned attendees and the actual attended attendees may be different; changes may also occur to the participants during the conference, such as an increase or decrease in participants. This allows the personnel information to be adjusted. In this embodiment, the current conference layout may be adjusted according to the changed staff information.
For example, the current conference layout is a layout constructed by conference participants conducting multiple groups of discussions, and after the conference is half-done, new participants needing to be reported participate in the conference, so that the personnel information of the current conference participants is changed, and the layout constructed for reporting can be adjusted according to the current personnel information. Therefore, the adjusted conference layout can be always matched with the participants.
And S400, displaying the virtual portrait of the participant in the virtual conference scene according to the adjusted conference layout, wherein the virtual portrait can perform corresponding action according to the voice information and/or action information input by the participant.
For example, each participant may have a respective virtual portrait that may be constructed based on the appearance of the participant. The virtual figures are displayed in the virtual meeting scene on behalf of the participants. The virtual meeting scene has an adjusted meeting layout. The virtual figures may be attended according to a meeting layout. For example, the adjusted conference layout includes the arrangement of conference devices, such as the arrangement of tables and chairs, the arrangement of display devices and sound devices. The virtual portrait is seated on the arranged chairs, so that the formed whole virtual conference scene is more vivid and simulates a real conference scene.
The participants can input voice information and/or action information of the participants to the electronic equipment by utilizing equipment such as a participant client and the like, the voice information and/or the action information are associated with corresponding virtual portraits, and the virtual portraits can express the voice information and/or the action information in a virtual meeting scene. For example, a participant may speak a conversation that may be expressed in a virtual meeting scene via a virtual portrait, while other participants may receive the conversation from the virtual meeting scene. This makes the real meeting scene simulated by the virtual meeting scene with the virtual portrait more vivid.
The online conference method can construct the matched virtual conference scene according to the participants and the conference subject information, so that the virtual conference scene can simulate a proper real conference scene, the participation sense of the participants is stronger, and the conference effect is better.
In an embodiment of the present application, the staff information includes a staff role and a staff number, and the adjusting the conference layout according to the staff information includes:
and determining the personnel arrangement in the conference layout according to the personnel roles and/or the personnel number.
In connection with fig. 8, for example, the roles of the participants may not be the same, e.g., the roles of a portion of the participants may be speaking and the roles of another portion of the participants may be listening. In addition, the number of the participants can be a planned number or a changed number of the participants in the conference. Corresponding personnel arrangements can be set for different personnel roles and/or personnel numbers.
Continuing with the example of fig. 8, the number of participants is small, and all of the virtual figures associated with the participants can be located around a virtual table. When one of the meta-participants is about to initiate a report and the role thereof is changed and is changed from the listener to the speaker, the arrangement of the participants in the conference layout can be adjusted, and the arrangement of the conference equipment in the conference layout can also be adjusted. The original personnel arrangement is modified into the mode that the virtual portrait corresponding to the reporting personnel faces the virtual portraits corresponding to all other personnel, and a virtual screen is added, so that the speaker can share the prepared content to other participants conveniently. When the speaker completes the report, the role of the speaker can be converted into audience by the speaker, and at the moment, the personnel arrangement in the conference layout can be determined according to the personnel role, and the relocation arrangement of the original speaker can be arranged, for example, the arrangement is arranged into a discussion scene. The whole change process enables all participants to have a more real meeting feeling.
In an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 2, the adjusting the conference layout according to the staff information includes:
s310, detecting behavior information of a specific role;
s320, determining that the behavior information of the specific role meets a first behavior condition, and adjusting the conference layout according to the behavior information.
As shown in connection with fig. 9, for example, the roles of the participants may be different, e.g., most of the participants may be general staff members who only listen to the conference, and a few of the participants may be leader persons who need to speak. In this embodiment, the roles of all participants can be detected, and when a specific role is detected, the behavior information of the above leader can be detected. The behavior information may be a behavior of joining the conference, a behavior of leaving the conference, or a behavior of being in the process of the conference.
The first behavior condition can be preset according to the behavior information of the participants, and the first behavior condition can be a condition related to the specific behavior action of the participants, for example, the behavior can be considered to meet the first behavior condition when the participants stand up to speak from the seat. The act of the participant entering the virtual meeting room from the outside may be considered to satisfy the first action condition, etc.
And when the behavior information of the specific role is determined to meet the first behavior condition, adjusting the conference layout according to the behavior information. Adjusting the conference layout includes adjusting the layout of virtual meeting rooms, virtual attendees, and/or virtual meeting equipment.
Continuing with fig. 9, for example, during the beginning of the conference, no participants with a particular role are present. The conference table and chair arrangement is arranged according to the discussion form, such as that participants sit around the table. And in the middle stage of the conference, the participants with specific roles enter the virtual meeting room to participate. At this time, it is detected that the behavior information of the specific role satisfies the first behavior condition, so that the conference layout is adjusted according to the conference joining behavior of the participant with the specific role, for example, the seating mode of the participant is adjusted to a mode that one specific role faces a plurality of non-specific roles, so that the non-specific people can listen to the conference speech issued by the specific person.
In one embodiment of the present application, the method further comprises the steps of: determining scale information characterizing the virtual meeting scene based on the number of people.
Illustratively, the scale information of the virtual conference scene includes scale information of the virtual conference room, and further includes scale information of the virtual conference device (such as the scale of the virtual table and chair).
Continuing with FIG. 9, the size information required for different numbers of participants is not the same. For example, a small group conference needs a small virtual conference room, and the number of virtual tables and chairs is small. On the other hand, if the number of participants is increased, a large virtual meeting room is required to realize a meeting of all the personnel in a unit, and the number of virtual tables and chairs is large. Therefore, in this embodiment, the scale information representing the virtual conference scene may be determined based on the number of people. Therefore, the generated virtual meeting scene is more adaptive to the number of the actual participants.
In an embodiment of the present application, the scale information includes a spatial scale of the virtual meeting scenario, and a shape, a location, a number, and/or a size of an auxiliary object in the virtual meeting scenario, and accordingly, the determining the scale information characterizing the virtual meeting scenario based on the number of people, as shown in fig. 3, includes:
s500, determining the space scale based on the number of the personnel.
For example, the space size may be a space size of a virtual conference room, and the virtual conference room may be virtualized into a stereoscopic space, and the virtualized space size is adapted to the specific number of people. So that the participants can be spatially adapted by the virtual portrait when displayed in the virtual meeting room.
S600, in the determined space scale, based on the number of the persons and the arrangement of the persons, the shape, the position, the number and/or the size of the auxiliary articles in the virtual meeting room are constructed, so that the virtual portrait is matched with the auxiliary articles.
Continuing with fig. 9, exemplary virtual meeting devices include auxiliary items in a virtual meeting room, such as virtual table and chairs, display devices, influencing devices, and the like. For example, the table and chair in the virtual meeting room can be constructed according to the number of people and the arrangement of people. For example, when the number of participants is small, a small-sized and small-number table can be virtualized, and the table can occupy a small area in the virtual meeting room. When the number of participants is increased, the size of the tables and the chairs can be increased, the number of the tables and the chairs can be increased, and the tables can occupy a large area in a virtual meeting room.
In addition, the form, position, number and/or size of the table and chair can be adjusted according to the arrangement of people, for example, when the virtual portrait corresponding to the participant is seated around the table, the form of the table can be set to be circular or square. If the virtual figures are arranged in a reporting mode that one figure faces a plurality of figures, the shape of the desk can be set to be rectangular, so that arrangement of the virtual figures of reporting personnel and listening personnel is facilitated. This makes the meeting personnel feel the meeting more real, has increased the meeting effect.
In an embodiment of the present application, the adjusting the conference layout according to the staff information, as shown in fig. 4, includes:
s330, acquiring the information of the personnel who join or leave the conference.
For example, during a meeting, the participants may join the meeting or leave the meeting, such as leading the participants to join the meeting in the middle of the meeting, so that the information of the participants changes. According to the embodiment, the information of the personnel who join the conference or leave the conference needs to be acquired, and the specific acquisition process can be realized by monitoring the login information of the participant logging in the online conference system in the electronic equipment.
S340, adjusting the corresponding conference layout based on the personnel information joining in the conference or leaving the conference.
For example, if the personal information changes, the conference layout may be adjusted accordingly, so that the adjusted conference layout is still adapted to the changed personal information.
With reference to fig. 9, for example, the original conference layout is a group discussion layout, the virtual table and chair placement is adapted to the group discussion layout, when the speaker enters the meeting place exhibition material and starts speaking, the conference layout can be adjusted according to the changed personnel information, for example, the personnel arrangement can be set as the virtual portrait of the speaker facing the virtual portraits of other participants. So that the adjusted conference layout is still adapted to the scene of the conference utterance.
And S350, marking the information of the personnel who join in the conference or leave the conference in the adjusted conference layout.
In some embodiments, virtual figures of all or some of the participants in the virtual meeting scene may be annotated. It is also possible to only annotate information of persons joining or leaving the conference. For example, if a participant who needs to display materials joins a meeting halfway, the name of the participant can be displayed in the virtual meeting room, so as to remind other participants of paying attention. In addition, the hardened material may also be displayed in the conference room, such as in a display in a virtual conference room, for viewing by other participants.
In an embodiment of the present application, the virtual meeting scene includes a stereoscopic virtual meeting room, and the displaying the virtual portrait of the participant in the virtual meeting scene according to the adjusted meeting layout, as shown in fig. 5 and with reference to fig. 10, includes:
s410, determining a virtual portrait corresponding to the participant according to the appearance characteristics of the participant;
and S420, displaying the virtual portrait in a three-dimensional virtual meeting room according to the adjusted meeting layout.
Illustratively, the virtual portrait corresponding to the participant can be constructed according to the stature and the face of the participant, so that the virtual portrait displayed in the virtual meeting scene can imitate the participant. Other participants can also determine the identity of the corresponding participant through the virtual portrait.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 10, the virtual meeting scene includes a stereoscopic virtual meeting room, and the virtual portrait may also be a stereoscopic portrait, so that the stereoscopic virtual portrait is displayed in, for example, the virtual meeting room, thereby making the virtual meeting scene more realistic and the meeting effect of the participants better.
For example, the adjusted conference layout is that the virtual portrait corresponding to the participant sits around the table, and the participant can use the participant client to see a stereoscopic virtual conference scene, including the stereoscopic portrait and the stereoscopic conference layout, and the stereoscopic virtual conference device. In addition, the current conference layout and the subject information can be displayed simultaneously, so that participants can conveniently check the conference condition. And furthermore, for the participants, the conference substituting feeling is better, and the conference effect is improved.
In one embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 6, the method further comprises the steps of:
s700, determining that a virtual conference scene corresponding to the conference subject information is not matched in a preset scene library;
s800, constructing the corresponding virtual conference scene based on the conference subject information, and adding the constructed virtual conference scene into the scene library.
For example, the scene library may store a plurality of different types of virtual conference scenes, and the different types of virtual conference scenes may correspond to the adapted person information and/or conference subject information, so that the virtual conference scene corresponding to the person information and/or the conference subject information may be retrieved from the scene library.
In some embodiments, when it is determined that a first virtual conference scene corresponding to first conference subject information is not matched in the preset scene library, a corresponding first virtual conference scene may be constructed based on the current first conference subject information, and the constructed first virtual conference scene may be added to the scene library, so that if the first conference subject information is subsequently monitored, a previously stored first virtual conference scene may be retrieved from the scene library. Therefore, the contents in the scene library can be enriched continuously, and the virtual conference scene matched with the current conference subject information is convenient to call.
In an embodiment of the present application, the method further includes outputting the virtual meeting scenario, including:
displaying the virtual meeting scene on the meeting clients of the meeting personnel; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
and sending the virtual conference scene to other clients associated with the participating clients through the participating clients.
For example, real participants can log in the online conference system on the electronic device through the participant client, and the electronic device displays the virtual conference scene on the participant client to view the whole conference condition from the client. In addition, after receiving the relevant data of the virtual meeting scene sent by the electronic device, the participating client can also forward the relevant data to other clients associated with the participating client, so that other people can also use the other clients to view the meeting content.
For example, after the participants participate in the online conference, in some cases, the conference content needs to be transferred to the participants who do not participate in the conference, and in order to accurately restore the whole conference content, the relevant data can be forwarded to other clients associated with the participants, so that the participants who do not participate in the conference can also use the clients to view the conference content, which is convenient for the users to use.
Based on the same inventive concept, an embodiment of the present application further provides an electronic device, as shown in fig. 11, including:
and the acquisition module is configured to acquire the personnel information of the participants and the conference subject information.
For example, the participant can use the participant client to enter an electronic device such as an online telephone device, a server, and the like, and then log in an online conference system therein to participate.
The participant personnel information may be information relating to the participants, such as the identity of the participants, the number of participants, the order in which the participants arrived at the venue, and the like. The conference subject information may be related information characterizing a subject of the current conference content, for example, the conference subject information may be a training subject, a discussion subject, a report subject, a sharing subject, and the like, and different conference subjects indicate different conference opening manners and purposes of the conference.
The obtaining module may obtain the staff information and the conference subject information according to the input information or preset information, for example, the obtaining module obtains the staff information and the conference subject information according to the input information of each participating client.
And the matching module is configured to match a preset virtual conference scene according to the conference subject information, wherein the virtual conference scene is provided with an initial conference layout.
For example, if the current subject information of the conference is training, the selection of the virtual meeting room, the arrangement of the participants, and the selection of the conference equipment may correspond to the training. This makes the entire virtual meeting scenario suitable for training use.
The virtual conference scene is provided with an initial conference layout, and the initial conference layout can be matched with specific conference theme information or a conference layout without theme characteristics.
The matching module can replace the initial conference layout according to the current conference subject information, so that the replaced conference layout is adapted to the current conference subject information, and further the corresponding virtual conference scene is adapted to the conference subject information.
A processing module configured to adjust the conference layout according to the people information; and displaying the virtual portrait of the participants in the virtual conference scene according to the adjusted conference layout, wherein the virtual portrait can perform corresponding actions according to the voice information and/or action information input by the participants.
In some embodiments, an initial conference layout is set in the virtual conference scene, and in this embodiment, the processing module may adjust the initial conference layout according to the person information. For example, the current participant does not adapt to the initial conference layout, and if the virtual conference room used in the initial conference layout is too small, the number of participants is large, so that the processing module can adjust the initial conference layout according to the personnel information of the current participant.
In this embodiment, the processing module may adjust the current conference layout according to the changed staff information.
For example, each participant may have a respective virtual portrait that may be constructed based on the appearance of the participant. The processing module displays the virtual images in the virtual meeting scene on behalf of the participants. The virtual meeting scene has an adjusted meeting layout.
