At this time, the accommodating groove 313 and the fitting part 333 are annularly arranged, so that the fitting part 333 can be fitted into the accommodating groove 313 in the circumferential direction of the waterproof film 33. At this time, the engagement between the receiving groove 313 and the engaging portion 333 can further improve the stopper effect of the waterproofing membrane 33, which is advantageous for further improving the stability of the connection of the waterproofing membrane 33 to the support member 31.
Referring to fig. 3, in an embodiment of the present invention, on a projection plane perpendicular to a center line of the mounting hole 311, the supporting member 31, the mounting hole 311, and the waterproof film 33 are all circular.
In this embodiment, the supporting member 31, the mounting hole 311, and the waterproof membrane 33 are all circular, so that the shapes of the supporting member 31, the mounting hole 311, and the waterproof membrane 33 are relatively regular, thereby facilitating the improvement of the convenience of processing and forming the supporting member. Of course, the present invention is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the support member 31, the mounting hole 311, and the waterproof film 33 may be all square on a projection plane perpendicular to the center line of the mounting hole 311.
Referring to fig. 4 and fig. 5, in an embodiment of the invention, on a projection plane perpendicular to the center line of the mounting hole 311, the projection of the sound-collecting hole 11 is located inside the projection of the mounting hole 311.
In the present embodiment, the projection of the sound pickup hole 11 is located inside the projection of the mounting hole 311, in other words, the area of the mounting hole 311 is larger than the area of the sound pickup hole 11. Therefore, when the waterproof membrane assembly 30 is installed, the sound pickup hole 11 can be fully and effectively communicated with the installation hole 311, and the requirement on the alignment precision of the center lines of the waterproof membrane assembly and the installation hole is lowered, so that the convenience of installing the waterproof membrane assembly 30 between the shell 10 and the microphone 20 is improved.
Referring to fig. 3 to 5, in an embodiment of the present invention, the housing 10 is further provided with a mounting groove 13 at a position corresponding to the microphone 20, the sound pickup hole 11 is disposed on a wall of the mounting groove 13 opposite to the notch thereof, and the supporting member 31 is disposed in the mounting groove 13.
In this embodiment, the installation groove 13 may be used to pre-position the waterproof membrane module 30 during installation, so as to ensure that the waterproof membrane module 30 can be accurately installed at the preset installation position. Meanwhile, the contact area between the housing 10 and the waterproof membrane module 30 can be increased by the mounting groove 13, thereby being beneficial to improving the stability of fixing the waterproof membrane module 30 on the housing 10 and the sealing performance of mounting. Wherein the shape of the installation groove 13 can be adaptively set according to the outer shape of the support member 31 in the waterproofing membrane module 30.
Referring to fig. 3 to fig. 5, in an embodiment of the invention, the electronic product 100 further includes an adhesive layer 60, and the adhesive layer 60 is disposed between the supporting member 31 and the housing 10, so that the supporting member 31 is adhered and fixed to the housing 10.
In this embodiment, the adhesive layer 60 is provided between the support member 31 and the housing, so that the support member 31 and the housing have an adhesive fixing relationship in addition to the clamping abutting relationship, thereby contributing to further improving the stability of the fixing of the waterproofing membrane assembly 30 between the housing 10 and the microphone 20. Meanwhile, the tightness of the connection between the support member 31 and the housing 10 is improved, so that the sealing performance between the waterproof membrane module 30 and the housing 10 is greatly improved. The adhesive layer 60 may be a double-sided adhesive tape, or may be a curable liquid glue layer. When the housing 10 is provided with the mounting groove 13, the adhesive layer 60 may be provided in the mounting groove 13.
Referring to fig. 2 to fig. 5, in an embodiment of the invention, the electronic product 100 further includes a microphone board 70, the microphone board 70 is disposed in the housing 10, and the microphone 20 is mounted on the microphone board 70.
In the present embodiment, the microphone board 70 can be said to be a circuit board for driving and controlling the microphone 20, and the microphone board 70 is provided to give a mounting position for the microphone 20. So that the microphone 20 may not need to be installed on the main control board of the electronic product 100, so that the main control board may be installed on the various electric devices of the electronic product 100, which is convenient to connect with at the same time. That is, while the main control board and other electric devices of the electronic product 100 can be relatively close to each other, the microphone 20 and the microphone board 70 provided to the installation location can also be relatively close to each other, which is favorable for realizing the shortest routing between the devices in the electronic product 100 and improving the convenience of routing.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the microphone board 70 is fixed to the housing 10 by screws.
In the present embodiment, the microphone board 70 is fixed to the housing 10 by screws, and the screws may be screws or a combination of nuts and studs. Therefore, the use of the screw connection has the advantages of simplicity and reliability, thereby contributing to the improvement of the convenience of mounting the microphone board 70 on the housing 10. Meanwhile, when the screw is rotated, the degree of locking of the microphone board 70 to the housing 10, and thus the degree of clamping of the support 31 provided between the microphone 20 and the housing 10, can be adjusted. It should be noted that, the present invention is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the microphone board 70 and the casing 10 may be connected by a snap connection or a mechanical magnetic attraction fixation.
Referring to fig. 3 to fig. 5, in an embodiment of the invention, the electronic product 100 further includes a rubber sleeve 80, the rubber sleeve 80 is disposed on a surface of the microphone board 70 facing the microphone 20 and covers the microphone 20, a surface of the rubber sleeve 80 facing away from the microphone board abuts against the supporting member 31, and the rubber sleeve 80 is further provided with a sound passing hole 81 communicated with the mounting hole 311.
In the present embodiment, the microphone 20 is covered by the rubber cover 80, so that the microphone 20 can be isolated by the rubber cover 80. At this time, it is possible to isolate the influence of the external noise on the operation of the microphone 20, and ensure that the microphone 20 only obtains the sound transmitted from the sound pickup hole 11, the mounting hole 311, and the sound passing hole 81 in sequence, thereby being beneficial to further improving the sound pickup and recognition effect of the microphone 20.
The invention further provides a security system, which includes the electronic product 100, and the specific structure of the electronic product 100 refers to the above embodiments, and since the security system adopts all the technical solutions of all the above embodiments, the security system at least has all the beneficial effects brought by the technical solutions of the above embodiments, and details are not repeated herein. The security system may further include a mobile terminal such as a mobile phone electrically connected to the electronic product 100 or a display terminal such as a display screen.

Claims (10)

1. An electronic product, comprising:
a housing;
the microphone is arranged in the shell, and the shell is provided with a sound pickup hole at a position corresponding to the microphone;
the waterproof membrane assembly comprises a supporting piece and a waterproof membrane, a mounting hole is formed in the supporting piece and penetrates through two opposite surfaces of the supporting piece, the supporting piece is clamped and fixed between the shell and the microphone, the mounting hole of the supporting piece is communicated with the sound pickup hole, and the waterproof membrane is arranged in the mounting hole and blocks the mounting hole; and
the camera shooting module is arranged on the shell and located on the same surface of the shell.
2. The electronic product according to claim 1, wherein on a projection plane parallel to a surface of the housing where the camera module and the sound pickup hole are provided, a distance D between a center point of the camera module and a center point of the sound pickup hole is defined, and a relationship is satisfied: 1.5 cm < D < 3 cm.
3. The electronic product according to claim 1, further comprising a control key disposed on the housing and located on a surface where the camera module and the sound pickup hole are located.
4. The electronic product according to claim 3, wherein the surface of the housing defining the camera module, the sound pickup hole and the control key has a first direction and a second direction perpendicular to each other;
the camera shooting module and the sound pickup hole are arranged at intervals in the first direction, and the control key and the camera shooting module are arranged at intervals in the second direction.
5. An electronic product according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the support member and the waterproofing membrane are provided as a unitary structure.
6. The electronic product of claim 5, wherein the hole wall of the mounting hole is recessed to form a receiving groove, and the waterproof film comprises:
a main body portion that blocks the mounting hole; and
the embedding part is embedded in the accommodating groove.
7. The electronic product according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the housing further has a mounting groove at a position corresponding to the microphone, the sound pickup hole is disposed on a wall of the mounting groove facing a notch of the mounting groove, and the supporting member is disposed in the mounting groove;
and/or the electronic product further comprises an adhesive layer, wherein the adhesive layer is arranged between the supporting piece and the shell so as to enable the supporting piece to be adhered and fixed on the shell;
and/or on a projection plane perpendicular to the central line of the mounting hole, the projection of the sound pickup hole is positioned at the inner side of the projection of the mounting hole;
and/or, on a projection plane perpendicular to the central line of the mounting hole, the supporting member, the mounting hole and the waterproof membrane are all circular.
8. The electronic product according to any one of claims 1-4, wherein the electronic product further comprises a microphone board, the microphone board being disposed within the housing, the microphone being mounted to the microphone board.
9. The electronic product according to claim 8, wherein the microphone board is fixed to the housing by a screw;
and/or, the electronic product further comprises a rubber sleeve, the rubber sleeve is arranged on the surface, facing the microphone, of the microphone plate and covers the microphone, the surface, facing away from the microphone plate, of the rubber sleeve is abutted against the supporting piece, and the rubber sleeve is further provided with a sound passing hole communicated with the mounting hole.
10. A security system comprising an electronic product as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9.
