Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present disclosure more clear, the technical solutions of the present disclosure will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the specific embodiments of the present disclosure and the accompanying drawings. It is to be understood that the embodiments described are only a few embodiments of the present disclosure, and not all embodiments. All other embodiments obtained by a person skilled in the art without making any inventive step based on the embodiments in this description shall fall within the scope of protection of this document.
As mentioned above, at present, a common method for enhancing risk awareness of a user mainly includes hard inputting security knowledge to the user, such as pushing security knowledge about incoming call risk to a user terminal. However, this hard-to-infuse safety knowledge is easily overlooked by the user. Therefore, a solution capable of effectively guiding the user to identify the incoming call risk is needed.
Therefore, the embodiments of the present disclosure aim to provide an incoming call risk guiding scheme, which inputs security knowledge information related to an incoming call risk to a user in a manner of simulating a real incoming call scene, so that the user can intuitively feel a "pattern" of the incoming call risk, thereby effectively guiding the user to identify and respond to the incoming call risk.
It should be understood that the incoming call risk guiding method provided by the embodiments of the present specification may be executed by an electronic device or software installed in the electronic device, and may specifically be executed by a terminal device.
The technical solutions provided by the embodiments of the present description are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1, a flow chart of an incoming call risk guiding method provided for an embodiment of the present specification is schematically illustrated, where the method may include:
and S102, responding to the triggering operation of the user on the safety guide icon on the application interface, and switching the application interface to an incoming call simulation interface for simulating a real incoming call.
The application interface may be a specific application interface (such as a home page) of a certain application program, or may be an application interface for performing a specific operation on the electronic device. For example, as shown in fig. 2, application interface 10 may be an interface for moving target object 121 from start location 122 to target location 123 according to route 13.
One or more safety guide icons are displayed on the application interface and used for guiding the user to identify the risk of the incoming call. In the embodiment of the present specification, different secure guide icons may correspond to incoming call risks in different fields, and each secure guide icon may be used to guide a user to identify an incoming call risk in a corresponding field. The fields in the embodiments of the present specification may include at least one of: credit fraud, impersonation fraud, minor protection, personal privacy, gambling, etc. Therefore, the effect that the user identifies and deals with the incoming call risks in various different fields can be achieved, and the safety awareness of the user on the incoming call risks is further enhanced.
To increase the user's attention to the risk of incoming calls, in an alternative implementation, the secure guide icon may be set to block certain operations from being performed on the application interface. For example, continuing with the example shown in fig. 2, application interface 10 is shown with safe guide icon 11, where safe guide icon 11 is used to hinder target object 121 from moving from start location 122 to target location 123 along route 13.
Specifically, there are various ways in which the secure boot icon hinders specific operations from being performed on the application interface, and specific examples may include, but are not limited to: the safety guide icon shields an operation control used for executing specific operation on the application interface; when the secure guidance icon is displayed on the application interface, an operation instruction or the like for instructing execution of a specific operation cannot be input.
In this embodiment of the present specification, the incoming call simulation interface may be a pre-generated interface for simulating a real incoming call, and after the user triggers a trigger operation on the security guidance icon on the application interface, the application interface may be switched to the incoming call simulation interface, so as to simulate a real incoming call scene, and enable the user to truly and intuitively feel a risky incoming call in the real incoming call scene.
Specifically, the incoming call operation interface presented during the real incoming call can be simulated in advance to generate an incoming call simulation interface, and the answer icon and the reject icon are displayed on the incoming call simulation interface. The answer icon can simulate answer options on a real incoming call operation interface and is used for indicating guiding of incoming call risks, and the reject icon is used for simulating reject options on the real incoming call operation interface and is used for indicating guiding of rejecting the incoming call risks. For example, fig. 3 shows a schematic diagram of an incoming call simulation interface 20, where icon 211 and icon 212 are both answer icons, and icon 22 is a reject icon.
In consideration of the fact that a user cannot answer a voice call in some environments, in order to facilitate the user to flexibly select an answering mode according to an actual environment where the user is located, so as to improve flexibility of guiding an incoming call risk to the user, in an alternative implementation, the answering icon may include a voice answering icon (e.g., an icon 211 shown in fig. 3) and a non-voice answering icon (e.g., an icon 212 shown in fig. 3), where the voice answering icon is used to indicate guiding the incoming call risk to the user in a voice form, and the non-voice answering icon is used to indicate guiding the incoming call risk to the user in a non-voice form (e.g., a text form, etc.). Therefore, the call risk can be guided to the user even if the user is inconvenient to answer the voice call.
Of course, in a specific application, at least one of the head portrait, the calling number, the attribution of the calling number, the customized content, and the like of the caller may be displayed on the calling simulation interface. For example, still taking the incoming call simulation interface 20 shown in fig. 3 as an example, the head portrait of the caller, the incoming call number "150 XXXX 9300", the attribution of the incoming call number "shanxi/shanxi yang", and the customized content "call answering and incoming call identification risk" are also displayed on the incoming call simulation interface 20.
In a specific application, a user may input a triggering operation on the secure guidance icon in a plurality of ways, for example, click the secure guidance icon, and the like, which is not limited in this embodiment of the specification. After receiving the triggering operation of the user on the safety guide icon, the current application interface can be switched to the incoming call simulation interface. For example, after receiving a user's trigger operation on the secure guidance icon 11 on the application interface shown in fig. 2, the user may jump to the incoming call simulation interface shown in fig. 3.
And S104, responding to the triggering operation of the user on the answer icon on the incoming call simulation interface, and displaying the safety knowledge information corresponding to the safety guide icon.
In an embodiment of the present specification, the security knowledge information includes risk incoming call information and at least one coping strategy information. The risk incoming call information is used for describing incoming call content of the risk incoming call, and the coping strategy information is used for describing coping strategies aiming at the risk incoming call.
In a specific application, the at least one coping strategy information may include preset coping strategy information, where the preset coping strategy information may be coping strategy information for describing a correct coping strategy for the risk incoming call. Therefore, the risk incoming call information and the preset coping strategy information are displayed to the user as the safety knowledge information, so that the user can intuitively and quickly master the coping strategy for the risk incoming call, and the effects of effectively guiding the user to identify and cope with the real risk incoming call are achieved.
More specifically, the at least one coping strategy information may further include coping strategy information for describing an unavailable coping strategy for the risky incoming call. Therefore, the risk incoming call information and the at least one coping strategy information are displayed to the user as the safety knowledge information, so that the user can more intuitively master the correct coping strategy and the unavailable coping strategy for the risk incoming call, and the effect of identifying and coping with the real risk incoming call can be more effectively guided.
In practical application, in order to further improve the effect of guiding the user for the risky incoming call, the risky incoming call information can be used as a test question, and the at least one coping strategy information can be used as an alternative answer corresponding to the test question for the user to select, so that the user is guided correspondingly according to the coping strategy information selected by the user. Therefore, the identification and the handling of the risk call by the user can be deepened.
In this embodiment of the present description, the safety knowledge information corresponding to the safety guidance icon may be played in a voice and/or non-voice manner, and may be specifically selected according to a trigger operation of the user on the listening icon. In an optional implementation manner, the S104 may include: responding to the triggering operation of a user on a voice receiving icon, playing risk incoming call information in a voice form, and displaying at least one coping strategy information in a text form; and in response to the triggering operation of the non-voice receiving icon by the user, displaying the risk incoming call information and at least one coping strategy information in a text form.
For example, as shown in fig. 4, in response to the user's trigger operation on the voice answer icon 211 on the incoming call simulation interface 20 shown in fig. 3, the risky incoming call information "i am an AA customer service, and we see that the account under your name has an abnormal operation. You can add me as a friend, help you handle "and show two coping strategy information 231 in text form, namely coping strategy information A" cannot trust, and actively calling to help you handle account exception is a cheat "and coping strategy information B" if you really have abnormal operation or overtake a processing bar! ".
For another example, as shown in fig. 7, in response to the user answering the non-voice icon 212 shown in fig. 3, the risky incoming call information "i am an AA customer service" is shown in text form, and we see that the account under your name has an abnormal operation. You can add I as a friend, help you to process 'and two coping strategy information 231, namely coping strategy information A' cannot trust, and actively calling to help you to process account abnormity is a cheat 'and coping strategy information B' if the account abnormity is really processed abnormally, or the coping strategy information B is tightly processed in a bar! ".
Of course, in some other alternative implementations, in S104, in response to the user triggering the voice answer icon, the risky incoming call information and the at least one coping strategy information may also be played in a voice form.
It should be noted that, in a specific application, a user may input a trigger operation on the listening icon in a plurality of ways, for example, click the listening icon, input a trigger operation on the listening icon through voice, and the like, which is not limited in this embodiment of the specification.
Further, in order to facilitate flexible control of the risky incoming call information played in a voice form by the user, in another embodiment of the present specification, after responding to a triggering operation of the voice answer icon by the user, the incoming call risk guiding method of the embodiment of the present specification may further include: displaying a text conversion icon and/or a playing control icon, wherein the text conversion icon is used for indicating that the risk incoming call information is displayed in a text form, and the playing control icon is used for indicating that at least one of the following operations is performed on the risk incoming call information: adjusting the playing speed, adjusting the playing progress, pausing the playing, replaying, etc.
For example, as shown in fig. 4, a text conversion icon 24 may also be presented on the incoming call simulation interface 20 after responding to a user's trigger operation of the voice answer icon. Thus, as shown in fig. 7, in response to the user's trigger operation on the text conversion icon 24, the user switches to display the risky incoming call information "i am an AA customer service in text form, and we see that the account under your name has an abnormal operation. You can add me as a friend, me helps you handle ".
As another example, as shown in fig. 5, after responding to the user's trigger operation of the voice answer icon, a text conversion icon 24 and a play control icon 25 for indicating the replay of the risky incoming call information may be further displayed on the incoming call simulation interface 20.
It can be understood that the text conversion icon is displayed, so that the user can conveniently and flexibly switch between the non-voice-form call risk guide and the voice-form risk call guide, and further, the user can switch to the text-form risk call guide in time under the condition that the call risk guide is inconvenient to be performed in the voice form; through showing the playing control icon, the user can conveniently adjust the playing of the risk incoming call information according to actual needs, and therefore diversified requirements of the user are met.
Further, in order to avoid that the user mistakenly triggers the voice answering icon to play the risky incoming call information in the form of voice on an occasion where the user is inconvenient, in another embodiment of the present specification, before playing the risky incoming call information in the form of voice, the incoming call risk guiding method of the embodiment of the present specification may further include: and displaying first prompt information on the incoming call simulation interface, wherein the first prompt information is used for confirming whether the risk incoming call information is played in a voice mode. Accordingly, in the above S104, the displaying of the risky incoming call information in the form of voice includes: and responding to the confirmation operation of the user on the first prompt message, and playing the risk incoming call message in a voice form.
In a specific application, the first prompt message may be presented in any appropriate form, which is not limited in the embodiments of the present specification. For example, as shown in fig. 6, in response to the user's trigger operation of the voice answer icon, a first prompt message 26 is displayed on the incoming call simulation interface 20, where the first prompt message 26 includes prompt words "this question relates to playing audio" and "this question is a risky incoming call identification, relates to audio playing, please confirm whether the current environment is allowed, an option" playing audio "for confirming that the risky incoming call message is played in a voice form, and an option" text conversion challenge "for switching to the presentation of the risky incoming call message in a text form. Further, if the user selects the option "play audio", it is determined that a confirmation operation of the user for the first prompt information is received, and then the risky incoming call information is played in a voice form (as shown in fig. 5); if the user selects the option "jump to text", the risky incoming call information is displayed in text form (as shown in fig. 7).
The embodiment of the present specification shows an example of presenting the first prompt message. Of course, it should be understood that the first prompt message may be presented in other manners, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present specification.
Further, in order to facilitate a user to flexibly switch between non-voice call risk guidance and voice call risk guidance, after responding to a triggering operation of a non-voice answer icon by the user, the call risk guidance method according to the embodiment of the present specification may further include: and displaying a voice conversion icon, wherein the voice conversion icon is used for indicating that the risky incoming call information is played in a voice form.
For example, as shown in fig. 7, after responding to the user's trigger operation on the non-voice answer icon 212 on the incoming call simulation interface 20 shown in fig. 3, the voice conversion icon 27 is also shown on the incoming call simulation interface 20. Thus, in response to the user's trigger operation on the voice conversion icon 27, the user switches to play the risky incoming call information in voice (as shown in fig. 4).
And S106, responding to the selection operation of the user on at least one coping strategy information, and displaying the guide information matched with the selected coping strategy information.
Specifically, the selected coping strategy information may be matched with preset coping strategy information, and based on a matching state between the selected coping strategy information and the preset coping strategy information, corresponding guidance information is displayed, where the guidance information is used to indicate whether the selected coping strategy information matches with the preset coping strategy information. Of course, the guidance information may also be used to indicate whether each coping strategy information is matched with the preset coping strategy information. Therefore, the method and the device can ensure that the user can identify the incoming call content of the risky incoming call and master the coping strategy for the risky incoming call, and further effectively guide the user to identify and cope with the incoming call risk.
For example, as shown in fig. 8, in response to a selection operation of the coping strategy information a by the user, the guide information shown includes a mark 281 indicating that the selected coping strategy information matches the preset coping strategy information, a mark 282 indicating a match between the coping strategy information a and the preset coping strategy information, and a mark 283 indicating a mismatch between the coping strategy information B and the preset coping strategy information.
Further, in another embodiment of the present specification, after S106, the method for guiding an incoming call risk of the embodiment of the present specification may further include: and if the selected coping strategy information is matched with the preset coping strategy information, switching from the currently displayed incoming call simulation interface to an application interface, and canceling the display of the safety guide icon on the application interface.
Specifically, if the selected coping strategy information is matched with the preset coping strategy information, it can be determined that the user has mastered the coping strategy for the risk incoming call corresponding to the security guide icon, and then the user can return to the application interface and cancel displaying the security guide icon on the application interface, so that the security guide icon is prevented from hindering the user from executing the operation on the application interface.
For example, as shown in fig. 8 and 10, if the coping strategy information selected by the user matches the preset coping strategy information, the incoming call simulation interface shown in fig. 8 is switched to the application interface 10 shown in fig. 10, and the display of the security guidance icon 11 on the application interface 10 is cancelled. After the secure boot icon 11 is undeveloped on the application interface 10, the user may control the target object 121 to move along the route 13 towards the location 123.
Further, in another embodiment of the present specification, after S106, the method for guiding an incoming call risk of the embodiment of the present specification may further include: and updating the safety knowledge integral of the user based on the matching state between the selected coping strategy information and the preset coping strategy information, wherein the safety knowledge integral is used for executing target operation on the application interface.
Specifically, if the selected coping strategy information is matched with the preset coping strategy information, the integral corresponding to the safety knowledge information can be accumulated to the current safety knowledge integral of the user; and if the selected coping strategy information is not matched with the preset coping strategy information, keeping the current safety knowledge integral of the user unchanged, or deducting the integral corresponding to the safety knowledge information on the basis of the current safety knowledge integral of the user.
In the embodiments of the present specification, the target operation may include, for example, but is not limited to: and performing online donation of public service items, exchanging shopping coupons, replacing background pictures and the like.
It can be understood that the safety knowledge integral of the user is updated based on the matching state between the selected coping strategy information and the preset coping strategy information, so that the interestingness of the incoming call risk guidance for the user can be increased, and the user can be effectively guided to identify and cope with the risk incoming call.
Further, in another embodiment of the present specification, after S102, the method for guiding an incoming call risk of the embodiment of the present specification may further include: responding to the triggering operation of a user on a rejection icon on the incoming call simulation interface, and displaying second prompt information on the incoming call simulation interface, wherein the second prompt information is used for confirming whether to reject guiding for identifying the incoming call risk; and responding to the confirmation operation of the user for the second prompt message, and switching from the power-on simulation interface to the application interface.
In a specific application, the second prompt message may be presented in any suitable form, which is not limited in this description. For example, referring to fig. 2, 3 and 9, in response to a user's operation of the reject icon 22 on the incoming call simulation interface 20 shown in fig. 3, a second prompt message 29 is displayed on the incoming call simulation interface 20 as shown in fig. 9, the second prompt message 29 including a prompt text "direct risk fighting other bar |)! A real adventure warrior is the immediate risk to defeat it, starting your challenge bar! "and an option for instructing to proceed with incoming call risk guidance" refuel itself ". Further, if the click operation of the user on the other area except for the option "refuel for oneself" is received or the trigger operation of the user on the option "refuel for oneself" is not received within a predetermined time period (for example, 5 seconds), it is determined that the user has performed the confirmation operation with respect to the second prompt message, that is, it is determined that the user instructs to terminate the incoming call risk guidance, and then the incoming call simulation interface 20 shown in fig. 9 is switched to the application interface 10 shown in fig. 2.
Further, if a trigger operation of the user to "refuel for oneself" is received, for example, the user is clicked to "refuel for user", it is determined that the user instructs to continue the incoming call risk guidance, and further, the incoming call simulation interface 20 shown in fig. 9 may be switched to the incoming call simulation interface 20 shown in fig. 3. In this case, of course, the user can switch from the incoming call simulation interface 20 shown in fig. 9 to the incoming call simulation interface 20 shown in fig. 4, and then directly start the guiding of the incoming call risk.
