s2, after receiving the medicine purchasing order, the cloud server issues the order to a store control terminal of the closed robot pharmacy to prepare for starting a medicine taking process according to the selection of a user or automatic matching of the pharmacy, and sends the goods taking information and the goods taking two-dimensional code to a mobile phone APP of a delivery person;
s3, when the distribution personnel arrive at the pharmacy appointed by the cloud server, scanning the two-dimensional code for picking up goods by window terminal equipment of the closed robot pharmacy, and informing the shop control terminal of starting a medicine picking process by the window terminal equipment;
and S4, the shop control terminal forms a medicine taking instruction according to the order information of the cloud server, the medicine taking instruction is issued to the robot in the pharmacy, and the robot takes the medicine from the intelligent medicine cabinet and sends the medicine to the corresponding window to enable the distribution personnel to take the medicine away and reach the user and then finish the order.

if the medicine data of one closed robot pharmacy cannot be completely matched with the medicines on the medicine purchasing order, decomposing the medicine purchasing order to form two or more sub-orders, namely selecting two or more closed robot pharmacies which are closest to each other for common matching until the medicine purchasing order is completely matched successfully, and sending the decomposition matching scheme and the medicine shortage purchasing scheme to a user mobile phone APP for selection; if the user selects the decomposition matching scheme, additional freight subsidy is required to be subsidized, when the user finishes subsidizing, the process is continued, and if the user does not subsidize, the process is ended, and the expense paid in the early stage is returned; and if the user selects the lack-of-medicine purchase scheme, returning the purchase cost of the lack-of-medicine.
