In one or more possible embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, the information processing architecture proposed in the embodiment of the present application may include a document processing module 10, a transcoding splitting module 20, and an interactive whiteboard processing module 30, which are described in detail below.
The document processing module 10 may provide document processing services for documents of different formats, such as documents of an image presentation (ppt), documents of a slide presentation (pptx), documents of text, documents of images, etc., for example, documents of different formats may be converted into a proxy presentation document that may be identified and processed by the transcoding audit module 20.
The transcoding splitting module 20, which is an intermediate module between the document processing module 10 and the interactive whiteboard processing module 30, may be configured to process information transmitted between the document processing module 10 and the interactive whiteboard processing module 30, so as to establish a link between the document processing module 10 and the interactive whiteboard processing module 30, and implement fusion of a document and an interactive whiteboard. In one or more possible embodiments, the information processing apparatus 50 based on an interactive whiteboard provided in this embodiment of the present application may further include a splitting module, configured to split the document to be presented according to the number of pages of the document to be presented, so as to obtain at least one page of document corresponding to the number of pages of the document.
In another or multiple possible embodiments, the processing module 502 may be specifically configured to sequentially transcode the resource location information of each page of the document according to a preset transcoding algorithm;
adding each page of document to an interactive white board corresponding to each page of document page by page according to the resource positioning information of each page of document;
and generating the associated information based on the record of adding each page of document to the interactive whiteboard corresponding to each page of document page by page.
In still another possible embodiment or multiple possible embodiments, the obtaining module 501 is specifically configured to, in a case that a first painting operation on the target page interactive whiteboard is received, present operation contents of the painting operation on the target page interactive whiteboard, and obtain, according to the association information, a target page document corresponding to the target page interactive whiteboard.
In still another or more possible embodiments, the interactive whiteboard-based information processing apparatus 50 provided in this embodiment may further include a first display module, configured to display operation contents of the first painting operation in a target page document in the target presentation document during playing of the target presentation document.
In still another one or more possible embodiments, the interactive whiteboard-based information processing apparatus 50 provided in this embodiment may further include a second display module, configured to, in a case that the associated information includes associated information of a display position of the operation content of the first painting operation in the target page document, display the operation content of the first painting operation in the target page document according to the associated information of the display position of the operation content of the first painting operation in the target page document.
In still another or more possible embodiments, the interactive whiteboard-based information processing apparatus 50 provided in this embodiment may further include a third display module.
Based on this, the obtaining module 501 may be further configured to, in a case that the second painting and calligraphy operation on the target page document is received, obtain a target page interactive whiteboard corresponding to the target page document according to the association information;
the associating module 503 may also be configured to associate the operation content of the second painting and calligraphy operation with the target page interactive whiteboard, so as to obtain a target interactive whiteboard;
and the third display module is used for displaying the operation content of the second painting and calligraphy operation in the target page interactive whiteboard in the process of playing the target interactive whiteboard.
Therefore, through the cooperative function of the interactive whiteboard, after the document to be demonstrated is transcoded and split according to pages, each page of the at least one page of document is added to the interactive whiteboard corresponding to each page of document, so that a speaker can express and describe each page of document more clearly and vividly independently, and the document has the cooperative function of expressive force at the level of the interactive whiteboard. Then, under the condition of receiving a first painting operation of the user on the target page interactive whiteboard, acquiring a target page document corresponding to the target page interactive whiteboard according to the associated information, associating the operation content of the first painting operation with the target page document to obtain a target demonstration document so that the user can browse the contents of annotation and reference of the user on the interactive whiteboard in the document, thereby, the document has the cooperativity of the interactive whiteboard level and the recording playback flexibility, the cooperation function of the document is further realized, in addition, on the basis of the interactive whiteboard demonstration content, the remarks and references of the document to be demonstrated by the user are stored in the document, the fusion of the document and the interactive whiteboard can be realized, so that the content annotated and referred by the user on the interactive whiteboard can be saved in the document, and the operation of the user on the document can be recorded and stored, and the efficiency of the user in using the interactive whiteboard is improved.
Fig. 6 is a diagram showing a hardware configuration of a computer apparatus according to an embodiment.
As shown in fig. 6, the computer device 600 includes an input device 601, an input interface 602, a processor 603, a memory 604, an output interface 605, and an output device 606.
The input interface 602, the processor 603, the memory 604, and the output interface 605 are connected to each other via a bus 610, and the input device 601 and the output device 606 are connected to the bus 610 via the input interface 602 and the output interface 605, respectively, and further connected to other components of the computer device 600. Specifically, the input device 601 receives input information from the outside and transmits the input information to the processor 603 through the input interface 602; the processor 603 processes the input information based on computer-executable instructions stored in the memory 604 to generate output information, stores the output information temporarily or permanently in the memory 604, and then transmits the output information to the output device 606 through the output interface 605; the output device 606 outputs the output information to the outside of the computer device 600 for use by the user.
In one embodiment, the computer apparatus 600 shown in fig. 6 can be implemented as an interactive whiteboard-based information processing apparatus, which can include: a memory configured to store a program; a processor configured to execute the program stored in the memory to execute the interactive whiteboard-based information processing method described in the above embodiments.
In one embodiment, the memory may be further configured to store each page of document and each page of associated information of the interactive whiteboard, a preset transcoding algorithm, and a calculation result of each step in the interactive whiteboard-based information processing process described in conjunction with fig. 1 to 5 above. As an example, the calculation result includes at least: the method comprises the steps of a document to be presented, at least one page of document corresponding to the page number of the document, an interactive whiteboard corresponding to each page of document and a target presentation document.
According to an embodiment of the present application, the process described above with reference to the flowchart may be implemented as a computer-readable storage medium. For example, embodiments of the present application include a computer-readable storage medium comprising a program or instructions stored thereon, which, if executed by a computer device, cause the computer device to perform the steps of the above-described method.
According to an embodiment of the application, the process described above with reference to the flow chart may be implemented as a computer software program. For example, embodiments of the present application include a computer program product comprising a computer program tangibly embodied on a machine-readable medium, the computer program comprising program code for performing the method illustrated in the flow chart. In such an embodiment, the computer program may be downloaded and installed from a network, and/or installed from a removable storage medium.
In the above embodiments, the implementation may be wholly or partially realized by software, hardware, firmware, or any combination thereof. When implemented in software, may be implemented in whole or in part in the form of a computer program product. The computer program product comprises one or more computer instructions which, when run on a computer, cause the computer to perform the methods described in the various embodiments above. The procedures or functions according to the embodiments of the present application are all or partially generated when the computer program instructions are loaded and executed on a computer. The computer may be a general purpose computer, a special purpose computer, a network of computers, or other programmable device. The computer instructions may be stored in a computer readable storage medium or transmitted from one computer readable storage medium to another, for example, the computer instructions may be transmitted from one website, computer, server, or data center to another website, computer, server, or data center by wire (e.g., coaxial cable, fiber optic, Digital Subscriber Line (DSL)) or wirelessly (e.g., infrared, wireless, microwave, etc.). The computer-readable storage medium can be any available medium that can be accessed by a computer or a data storage device, such as a server, a data center, etc., that incorporates one or more of the available media. The usable medium may be a magnetic medium (e.g., floppy disk, hard disk, magnetic tape), an optical medium (e.g., DVD), or a semiconductor medium (e.g., solid state disk), among others.
The above-described embodiments of the apparatus are merely illustrative, and the units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and the parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network units. Some or all of the modules may be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the present embodiment. One of ordinary skill in the art can understand and implement it without inventive effort.

Claims (11)

1. An information processing method based on an interactive whiteboard comprises the following steps:
acquiring a document to be presented, wherein the document to be presented comprises at least one page of document;
adding each page of document in the at least one page of document to the interactive whiteboard corresponding to each page of document to obtain the associated information of each page of document and each page of interactive whiteboard;
under the condition that a first painting operation on a target page interactive whiteboard is received, acquiring a target page document corresponding to the target page interactive whiteboard according to the associated information;
and associating the operation content of the first painting and calligraphy operation with the target page document to obtain a target demonstration document.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
and splitting the document to be demonstrated according to the document page number of the document to be demonstrated to obtain at least one page of document corresponding to the document page number.
3. The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the adding each of the at least one document to the interactive whiteboard corresponding to the each document to obtain the associated information of the each document and the each interactive whiteboard includes:
sequentially transcoding the resource positioning information of each page of document according to a preset transcoding algorithm;
adding each page of document to an interactive white board corresponding to each page of document page by page according to the resource positioning information of each page of document;
and generating the associated information based on the record of adding the each page of document to the interactive whiteboard corresponding to the each page of document page by page.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the obtaining a target page document corresponding to a target page interactive whiteboard according to the association information upon receiving a first painting operation on the target page interactive whiteboard comprises:
and under the condition of receiving a first painting operation on the target page interactive whiteboard, presenting the operation content of the painting operation on the target page interactive whiteboard, and acquiring a target page document corresponding to the target page interactive whiteboard according to the associated information.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
and in the process of playing the target presentation document, displaying the operation content of the first painting and calligraphy operation in a target page document in the target presentation document.
6. The method according to claim 5, wherein the associated information includes associated information of a display position in the target page document of operation content of the first painting operation;
the displaying the operation content of the first painting operation in the target page document in the target presentation document comprises:
and displaying the operation content of the first painting operation in the target page document according to the associated information of the display position of the operation content of the first painting operation in the target page document.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein after obtaining the association information for each document and each interactive whiteboard, the method further comprises:
under the condition that second painting and calligraphy operation on the target page document is received, acquiring a target page interactive white board corresponding to the target page document according to the associated information;
associating the operation content of the second painting and calligraphy operation with the target page interactive whiteboard to obtain a target interactive whiteboard;
and in the process of playing the target interactive whiteboard, displaying the operation content of the second painting and calligraphy operation in the target page interactive whiteboard.
8. An interactive whiteboard-based information processing apparatus comprising:
the system comprises an acquisition module, a display module and a display module, wherein the acquisition module is used for acquiring a document to be presented, and the document to be presented comprises at least one page of document;
the processing module is used for adding each page of document in the at least one page of document to the interactive whiteboard corresponding to each page of document to obtain the associated information of each page of document and each page of interactive whiteboard;
the acquisition module is further used for acquiring a target page document corresponding to the target page interactive whiteboard according to the associated information under the condition that a first painting and calligraphy operation on the target page interactive whiteboard is received;
and the association module is used for associating the operation content of the first painting and calligraphy operation with the target page document to obtain a target demonstration document.
9. A computer device, comprising: a memory and a processor, wherein the processor is capable of,
the memory for storing a computer program;
the processor is configured to execute the computer program stored in the memory, and the computer program is configured to, when executed, cause the processor to perform the steps of the interactive whiteboard-based information processing method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a program or instructions are stored, which, if executed by a computer device, cause the computer device to perform the steps of the interactive whiteboard-based information processing method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
11. A computer program product comprising a computer program which, if executed by a computer device, causes the computer device to carry out the steps of the interactive whiteboard-based information processing method as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7.
