Further, the processor 1001 may call the detection program of the refrigerant leakage stored in the memory 1004, and further perform the following operations:
and when the refrigerant leakage is judged to exist, outputting alarm prompt information and increasing the rotating speed of the indoor fan.
Referring to fig. 2, in an embodiment, the method for detecting refrigerant leakage includes the following steps:
step S10, when an indoor fan of an air conditioner runs, acquiring a first concentration detected by a refrigerant sensor of the air conditioner;
in this embodiment, the terminal of the embodiment is an air conditioner. The air conditioner is provided with a refrigerant sensor, and the refrigerant sensor is used for detecting refrigerants in nearby air and outputting corresponding concentration.
Alternatively, the refrigerant sensor may be disposed inside or outside the air conditioner, for example, the refrigerant sensor may be disposed in an air outlet or an air duct of the air conditioner, or the refrigerant sensor may be disposed on an air outlet component of the air outlet, and of course, the refrigerant sensor may also be disposed in other positions of the air conditioner where refrigerant leakage is likely to occur. When the refrigerant sensor is arranged at the air outlet, the concentration of the refrigerant detected by the refrigerant sensor is the concentration of the refrigerant blown to the environment from the inside of the air conditioner, and the leaked refrigerant can be fully mixed with air and flows to the air outlet, so that the concentration of the refrigerant at the air outlet can more accurately reflect the average concentration of the leaked refrigerant inside the air conditioner, and the danger of refrigerant leakage can be accurately presumed according to concentration data detected by the refrigerant sensor.
Optionally, the refrigerant sensor detects the refrigerant concentration in real time or at regular time. When the concentration detected by the refrigerant sensor is greater than the preset concentration, the refrigerant leakage is indicated to be generated currently, and the concentration of the leaked refrigerant is higher, so that alarm information can be output to prompt a user to generate the refrigerant leakage.
Optionally, an application scenario of the present embodiment is refrigerant leakage detection when the indoor fan operates, wherein the refrigerant sensor is disposed at a position where air flow can be affected by air outlet of the indoor fan. Therefore, when the indoor fan operates, the first concentration detected by the refrigerant sensor of the air conditioner is obtained.
Optionally, when the indoor fan operates, the continuous operation time of the indoor fan is obtained, and when the continuous operation time of the indoor fan is longer than a second preset time, the first concentration detected by a refrigerant sensor of the air conditioner is obtained again, and by setting the second preset time, the air flow and the refrigerant concentration of a detection position where the refrigerant sensor is located tend to be stable, and the obtained first concentration is more accurate.
Optionally, in order to avoid that the normal operation of the air conditioner is affected by frequent execution of preset operation by the air conditioner, when the indoor fan operates, the ambient temperature of the acting space of the air conditioner may be obtained, when a temperature difference between the ambient temperature and the set temperature of the air conditioner is smaller than a preset difference value, it is indicated that the air conditioner is about to or has reached a warm shutdown, and the execution of the preset operation may not cause a large influence on the normal function of the air conditioner, so that the acquisition of the first concentration detected by the refrigerant sensor of the air conditioner and the subsequent steps thereof may be performed.
Step S20, when the first concentration is smaller than a preset concentration, executing a preset operation to slow down the air flow in the space where the refrigerant sensor is located;
in this embodiment, when the first concentration is less than the preset concentration, it indicates that there may be refrigerant leakage at present, but the leaked refrigerant is less, or the leaked refrigerant is diffused at an accelerated speed under the action of the indoor fan, so that the concentration of the refrigerant detected by the refrigerant sensor is relatively low, and therefore, a preset operation may be performed to slow down the air flow in the space where the refrigerant sensor is located, and reduce the influence of the operation of the indoor fan on the concentration of the leaked refrigerant.
Optionally, the preset operation comprises at least one of: reduce indoor fan's rotational speed, through the reduction of indoor fan rotational speed, slow down the air flow of the detection position at refrigerant sensor place, wherein, refrigerant sensor sets up in can being influenced the position that the air flows by indoor fan air-out, for example, refrigerant sensor can set up in the wind channel of air conditioner or air outlet, or, if the new trend function of air conditioner has opened, can close the new trend function of air conditioner, through stopping blowing new trend to indoor, slow down the air flow of the detection position at refrigerant sensor place, wherein, refrigerant sensor can set up in can being influenced the position that the air flows by the new trend, for example, refrigerant sensor can set up in the new trend wind channel or new trend air outlet of air conditioner, with through stopping blowing new trend to indoor, reduce the wind speed in the new trend wind channel and new trend air outlet.
Optionally, the step of reducing the rotation speed of the indoor fan comprises: and closing the indoor fan or switching the rotating speed of the indoor fan from a high rotating speed gear to a low rotating speed gear.
Optionally, when the first concentration is detected to be less than the preset concentration, timing is started, and when the timing duration is greater than or equal to the first preset duration, a preset operation is executed, and by setting the first preset duration, the concentration of the refrigerant detected by the refrigerant sensor tends to be stable, and the judgment that refrigerant leakage may occur is more accurate.
Optionally, when the first concentration is detected to be greater than or equal to the preset concentration, it is indicated that refrigerant leakage occurs currently, and the leaked refrigerant concentration is high, so that the refrigerant leakage is determined to exist, and alarm information is output to prompt a user that the refrigerant leakage occurs.
Step S30, after the preset operation is executed, acquiring a second concentration detected by the refrigerant sensor;
in this embodiment, after the preset operation is performed, the air flow rate at the detection position of the refrigerant sensor is slowed, and since the refrigerant leakage is a continuous process, if the refrigerant leakage does exist, the concentration of the refrigerant detected by the refrigerant sensor gradually increases and tends to be stable after the preset operation is performed, so that the second concentration detected by the refrigerant sensor can be obtained to determine whether the refrigerant leakage does exist according to the second concentration.
Optionally, after a third preset time period of the preset operation is executed, the second concentration detected by the refrigerant sensor is obtained, and by setting the third preset time period, the air flow and the refrigerant concentration at the detection position where the refrigerant sensor is located tend to be stable, and the second concentration detected by the refrigerant sensor is more accurate.
And step S40, determining whether there is refrigerant leakage according to the second concentration.
In this embodiment, when determining whether there is refrigerant leakage according to the second concentration, it may be detected whether the second concentration is increased compared to the first concentration, if the second concentration is increased compared to the first concentration, it indicates that there is refrigerant leakage, the refrigerant sensor operates normally, if the second concentration is not increased compared to the first concentration, it indicates that there is no refrigerant leakage, the refrigerant sensor operates abnormally, and the refrigerant concentration detected by the refrigerant sensor is caused by aging of the refrigerant sensor, performance degradation, or sensor drift, and may output a prompt message indicating that the refrigerant sensor is abnormal.
Alternatively, when detecting whether the second concentration is increased compared with the first concentration, the second concentration may be directly compared with the first concentration, and when the second concentration is greater than the first concentration, it is determined that there is an increase in the second concentration compared with the first concentration, and there is refrigerant leakage. Optionally, since the concentration of the refrigerant at the detection position where the refrigerant sensor is located may fluctuate, when the second concentration is greater than the first concentration, a difference between the second concentration and the first concentration may be further obtained, and when the difference is greater than a preset difference, it is determined that the second concentration is increased compared with the first concentration, and refrigerant leakage exists.
Alternatively, when it is determined whether there is refrigerant leakage according to the second concentration, the second concentration may be obtained in real time or at regular time, and a variation curve of the second concentration may be generated, and it is determined whether there is refrigerant leakage according to the variation curve, for example, when the variation curve is gradually increased first and then gradually increased, it is determined that there is refrigerant leakage.
Optionally, when the refrigerant leakage is judged to exist, alarm prompt information can be output to prompt a user that the refrigerant leakage exists and to improve the rotating speed of the indoor fan, diffusion of the leaked refrigerant is accelerated through improvement of the rotating speed of the indoor fan, and potential safety hazards caused by gathering of the leaked refrigerant are avoided.
In the technical scheme disclosed in the embodiment, when the indoor fan operates, the preset operation is executed to slow down the air flow in the space where the refrigerant sensor is located, and by reducing the diffusion of leaked refrigerants, the influence of the indoor fan on the concentration detected by the refrigerant sensor due to accelerated air flow is reduced, the refrigerant leakage is detected more timely, and the safety of the refrigerant of the air conditioner is improved.
In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, on the basis of the embodiment shown in fig. 2, the step S40 includes:
step S41, acquiring a preset concentration range, wherein the minimum concentration value in the preset concentration range is greater than or equal to the preset concentration;
in this embodiment, when detecting whether the second concentration is increased compared to the first concentration, a predetermined concentration range may be obtained to determine whether the second concentration is increased according to a comparison between the predetermined concentration range and the second concentration. The minimum concentration value in the preset concentration range is greater than or equal to the preset concentration, namely the first concentration is not in the first concentration range, and the first concentration is smaller than any concentration in the preset concentration range.
Step S42, determining whether the second concentration is within the preset concentration range, where if the second concentration is within the preset concentration range, it is determined that there is refrigerant leakage, and if the second concentration is not within the preset concentration range, it is determined that there is no refrigerant leakage.
In this embodiment, whether the second concentration is within a preset concentration range is determined, if the second concentration is within the preset concentration range, it is indicated that the second concentration is increased compared to the first concentration, the refrigerant sensor works normally, and refrigerant leakage is determined, and if the second concentration is not within the preset concentration range, it is indicated that the second concentration is not increased compared to the first concentration, the refrigerant sensor works abnormally, and the refrigerant concentration detected by the refrigerant sensor may be caused by aging and performance degradation of the sensor, so that refrigerant leakage is determined not to exist. Optionally, when the second concentration is not within the preset concentration range, outputting an abnormal prompt message of the refrigerant sensor to prompt a user of a failure of the refrigerant sensor.
In the technical scheme disclosed in this embodiment, by comparing the second concentration with the preset concentration range, it is determined whether the refrigerant leakage actually exists during the operation of the indoor fan, so that the refrigerant safety of the air conditioner is improved, and the false detection probability of the refrigerant sensor is reduced.
In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, on the basis of the embodiment shown in any one of fig. 2 to fig. 3, a first object of this embodiment is to provide a method for detecting refrigerant leakage during operation of a fan, in which the operation of the fan is actively stopped, and a change in concentration before and after the operation of the fan is compared to determine whether leakage occurs, so that the capability of detecting and identifying leakage during operation of the fan is improved, and the risk caused by leakage is reduced.
A second objective of this embodiment is to provide an air conditioner with the leakage detection method, which has higher leakage detection and identification capability, can effectively identify leakage risks in more scenes, and has higher safety compared to a conventional air conditioner.
The present embodiment mainly aims at the scenes as follows: under the air conditioner running state, the fan operates, and refrigerant sensor detection concentration does not reach leakage alarm concentration this moment to last a period of time under this concentration range, there is leakage potential safety hazard in the air conditioner this moment, but only relies on sensor alarming function can't effectively discern this risk.
As shown in fig. 4, the present embodiment proposes a leak detection and identification method for this scenario:
1. and when the air conditioner fan is operated and lasts for a time exceeding T0, detecting the concentration of the refrigerant. The leakage judgment is carried out when the fan operates for a period of time, because if interference substances exist, the interference substances can be diffused along with the airflow after the fan operates for a period of time, so that the false detection caused by the interference substances is avoided;
2. if the concentration is in interval 1 and the duration is greater than T1, there may be a risk of leakage at this point, which needs to be further identified. The concentration interval 1 is defined as a concentration range (a, b), wherein in an actual situation, timely leakage of a refrigerant may occur, the concentration of the refrigerant detected by a sensor is still 0 due to the diffusion effect of fan airflow, so that a is a number greater than or equal to 0, b is a refrigerant sensor alarm set value, the unit is ppm, T1 represents time and the unit is s, and the time is limited to be a certain time T1, so as to prevent the sensor reading from fluctuating occasionally due to various conditions; if the concentration is in the interval 2 at this time, it indicates that a relatively serious leak has occurred. Concentration interval 2 is defined as a concentration range that is not less than the sensor alarm concentration.
3. The further identification process comprises: stopping the operation of the fan for a duration not less than T2, detecting the concentration of the refrigerant, and if the concentration of the refrigerant rises after stopping the operation for a period of time and reaches an interval 2, indicating that the refrigerant leaks from the air conditioner at the moment, and the concentration of the refrigerant rises due to the accumulation of the refrigerant due to the lack of the diffusion effect of the airflow of the fan; if the refrigerant concentration does not change greatly after the operation is stopped for a period of time and does not rise to the section 2, the refrigerant leakage does not occur at this time, and the detected concentration may be caused by the performance attenuation/drift of the sensor.
In the technical scheme disclosed in the embodiment, the refrigerant leakage detection under the running condition of the fan is realized.
In addition, an embodiment of the present invention further provides an air conditioner, including: the detection program of the refrigerant leakage is executed by the processor to realize the steps of the detection method of the refrigerant leakage in the above embodiments.
In addition, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer storage medium, where a detection program of refrigerant leakage is stored on the computer storage medium, and when the detection program of refrigerant leakage is executed by a processor, the steps of the detection method of refrigerant leakage according to the above embodiments are implemented.
