Abstract
The invention provides a cabinet air conditioner indoor unit, comprising: a base; the support frame is arranged on the base and comprises a plurality of support columns, the support columns are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the base, and a first outlet is formed between at least two adjacent support columns; and the functional module is arranged in the space surrounded by the supporting frame, and at least part of the functional module can be pulled out of the base from the first outlet. The invention has the advantage that the comprehensive maintenance of the functional module can be realized on the premise of not disassembling the supporting frame.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of air conditioners, in particular to an indoor unit of a cabinet air conditioner.
Background
At present, the layout modes of the upright posts 510 of the cabinet air conditioner mainly include two modes of front-back left-right arrangement and left-right symmetrical arrangement, fig. 1 shows a schematic diagram of the front-back left-right arrangement of the upright posts 510, and referring to fig. 1, in this layout mode, the front-back upright posts 510 are short upright posts 510, and although the air inlet and the air outlet 410 of the air conditioner can be avoided, the functional modules 300 can be shielded, and the functional modules 300 cannot be opened or the functional modules 300 can be extracted under the condition that the front upright posts 510 are not disassembled. Fig. 2 shows a schematic diagram of the left-right symmetrical arrangement of the upright posts 510, referring to fig. 2, in this arrangement, four upright posts 510 are long upright posts 510, and the distance between two upright posts 510 at the front side is smaller than the distance between two upright posts 510 at the rear side, although two upright posts 510 at the front side can avoid the air inlet and the air outlet 410 of the air conditioner, the functional module 300 can still be shielded, the operations of opening, drawing out and the like of the functional module 300 can not be realized, the long upright posts 510 are not disassembled, the whole machine lacks support after the disassembly, and the maintenance is inconvenient.
In addition, with the increasing functions of cabinet air conditioners, such as a fresh air module, a purifying module, a humidifying module and the like are integrated on the base, so that the two layout modes cannot adapt to the requirement of a limited space, and therefore, the cabinet air conditioner needs to be improved.
Disclosure of Invention
It is an object of the invention to make at least part of the functional module pullable from the first outlet in order to reduce the maintenance effort for the functional module.
A further object of the invention is to achieve a comprehensive maintenance of the functional module without dismantling the support frame.
In particular, the present invention provides a cabinet air conditioner indoor unit, comprising:
a base;
the support frame is arranged on the base and comprises a plurality of support columns, the support columns are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the base, and a first outlet is formed between at least two adjacent support columns;
and the functional module is arranged in the space surrounded by the supporting frame, and at least part of the functional module can be pulled out of the base from the first outlet.
Optionally, the cabinet air conditioner indoor unit further includes: and the air supply heat exchange assembly is arranged above the functional module, and the first outlet is formed below the front air outlet of the air supply heat exchange assembly.
Optionally, one side of the first outlet is provided with a post extending upwardly from the base to the top of the air supply heat exchange assembly, a second outlet is formed between the post and a support post adjacent the side of the first outlet, and the remainder of the functional module may be pulled out of the base from the second outlet.
Optionally, the functional module includes a water tank assembly, a fan assembly and an electrical apparatus box, the water tank assembly is arranged opposite to the first outlet, the fan assembly is positioned above the water tank assembly, and the electrical apparatus box is arranged opposite to the second outlet.
Optionally, two connection lugs are formed on the front side of the electrical box, are arranged up and down along the height direction of the electrical box, and are both fixed to support columns located between the first outlet and the second outlet.
Optionally, a connection part is formed at the lower end of the air supply heat exchange component, and the connection part is fixedly supported at the top end of the support column between the first outlet and the second outlet.
Optionally, the support frame further comprises a support beam above the first outlet and the second outlet, and the support beam is formed by extending support columns between the first outlet and the second outlet to two sides respectively.
Optionally, a wire arranging claw is arranged at the bottom of the supporting beam, and the wire arranging claw is provided with a wire arranging groove for the pipeline to pass through.
Optionally, a bottom beam is formed between the two support columns below the first outlet, and a plurality of support tables are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the bottom beam at the bottom of the bottom beam.
Optionally, the support column comprises two support plates and a support rib arranged between the two support plates in a crossing manner.
The cabinet air conditioner indoor unit is characterized in that a supporting frame is arranged on a base, and functional modules are arranged in a space surrounded by the supporting frame. Since a first outlet is formed between at least two adjacent support columns of the support frame, at least part of the functional module can be pulled out from the first outlet. Therefore, when the part breaks down, maintenance personnel do not need to detach the supporting frame, only the part is pulled out from the first outlet for maintenance, the maintenance difficulty is effectively reduced, the maintenance time is shortened, and the maintenance convenience is improved.
Further, the water tank component of the cabinet air conditioner indoor unit is opposite to the first outlet, the fan component is positioned above the water tank component, and the electric appliance box body is opposite to the second outlet. When the maintenance personnel judge that the water tank assembly or the fan assembly of the functional module is in fault, the water tank assembly and the fan assembly can be pulled out of the first outlet integrally for maintenance. When maintenance personnel judge that the electric appliance box body of the functional module fails, the electric appliance box body can be independently pulled out from the second outlet for maintenance, so that the comprehensive maintenance of the functional module is realized on the premise of not disassembling the supporting frame.

Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. While exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure are shown in the drawings, it should be understood that the present disclosure may be embodied in various forms and should not be limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the disclosure to those skilled in the art.
Fig. 3 is a schematic structural view of an indoor unit of a cabinet air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 4 is a schematic structural view of a functional module 300 according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the indoor unit of a cabinet air conditioner of the present embodiment at least includes a base 100, a support frame 200 and a functional module 300, wherein the support frame 200 is disposed on the base 100 and includes a plurality of support columns 210, the plurality of support columns 210 are disposed at intervals along a circumferential direction of the base 100, and a first outlet 201 is formed between at least two adjacent support columns 210. The functional modules 300 are disposed in the space enclosed by the support frame 200, and at least part of the functional modules 300 may be pulled out of the base 100 from the first outlet 201.
In the cabinet air conditioner indoor unit of the embodiment of the invention, the base 100 is provided with the supporting frame 200, and the functional module 300 is arranged in a space surrounded by the supporting frame 200. Since the first outlet 201 is formed between at least two adjacent support columns 210 of the support frame 200, at least part of the functional module 300 may be pulled out from the first outlet 201. Therefore, when the part fails, the maintenance personnel does not need to disassemble the supporting frame 200, and only pulls the part out of the first outlet 201 for maintenance, so that the maintenance difficulty is effectively reduced, the maintenance time is shortened, and the maintenance convenience is improved.
The cabinet air conditioner indoor unit may further include an air supply heat exchange assembly 400, the air supply heat exchange assembly 400 being disposed above the functional module 300, and the first outlet 201 being formed below a front air outlet 410 of the air supply heat exchange assembly 400. In other words, the first outlet 201 is also located on the front side of the cabinet air conditioner indoor unit. In this way, the first outlet 201 can be exposed by removing the front panel of the cabinet air conditioner indoor unit before the maintenance of the functional module 300.
In an alternative embodiment, one side of the first outlet 201 is provided with a post 510 extending upward from the base 100 to the top of the air-blast heat exchange assembly 400, a second outlet 202 is formed between the post 510 and a support column 210 adjacent to the side of the first outlet 201, and the remainder of the functional module 300 can be pulled out of the base 100 from the second outlet 202. Before performing maintenance, a maintenance person may determine the portion of the functional module 300 where the fault occurs, and then selectively pull the fault portion out of the first outlet 201 or the second outlet 202 for maintenance according to the location of the fault portion.
In one particular embodiment, the functional module 300 includes a water tank assembly 310, a blower assembly 320, and an appliance box 330, the water tank assembly 310 being disposed directly opposite the first outlet 201, the blower assembly 320 being positioned above the water tank assembly 310, the appliance box 330 being disposed directly opposite the second outlet 202. When a serviceman judges that the water tank assembly 310 or the fan assembly 320 of the functional module 300 is malfunctioning, the water tank assembly 310 and the fan assembly 320 as a whole may be pulled out from the first outlet 201 for maintenance. When the maintenance personnel determines that the electrical box 330 of the functional module 300 fails, the electrical box 330 can be pulled out from the second outlet 202 alone for maintenance, thereby realizing comprehensive maintenance of the functional module 300 without disassembling the support frame 200.
Further, two connection lugs 331 are formed at the front side of the electric box 330, and the two connection lugs 331 are arranged up and down in the height direction of the electric box 330 and are each fixed to the support column 210 between the first outlet 201 and the second outlet 202. By fixing the electric box 330 with the support column 210, the stability of the electric box 330 can be improved, and damage or poor contact of internal electric elements caused by shaking of the electric box 330 can be prevented.
The cabinet air conditioner indoor unit of the embodiment can be improved on the basis of the cabinet air conditioner indoor units arranged front, back, left and right of the upright post 510, the original front upright post 510 is replaced by the supporting frame 200 of the embodiment, and the left upright post 510, the right upright post 510 and the rear upright post 510 are reserved. The number of the support columns 210 of the support frame 200 may be only two, wherein one support column 210 is disposed adjacent to the middle position of the front side of the base 100, and the other support column 210 is disposed away from the middle position of the front side of the base 100, so as to define the first opening between the two support columns 210, and define the second opening between the support column 210 disposed adjacent to the middle position of the base 100 and the right column 510. Of course, three, four, etc. may be provided under the condition that space allows, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited thereto.
The shape of the support column 210 may be designed according to practical situations, for example, in this embodiment, the support column 210 located between the first outlet 201 and the second outlet 202 extends obliquely to the right and below from the connection with the air-supply heat exchange assembly 400, and then extends vertically and downwards, so as to prevent the functional module 300 from being blocked from being installed normally.
The air supply heat exchange assembly 400 is formed at a lower end thereof with a connection part 420, and the connection part 420 is fixedly supported at a top end of the support column 210 between the first outlet 201 and the second outlet 202. The support column 210 supports the air supply heat exchange assembly 400, so that the installation stability of the air supply heat exchange assembly 400 can be improved.
The support frame 200 further includes a support beam 220 above the first outlet 201 and the second outlet 202, and the support beam 220 is formed by extending support columns 210 between the first outlet 201 and the second outlet 202 to two sides, respectively. The criss-cross arrangement of the support beams 220 and the support columns 210 makes the structure of the support frame 200 more stable, and the support frame 200 and the upright columns 510 cooperate to support the functional module 300, so that the support effect is better.
The bottom of the supporting beam 220 is provided with a wire arranging claw 221, the wire arranging claw 221 is provided with a wire arranging groove 222 for the pipeline to pass through, and the pipeline is accommodated by the wire arranging groove 222, so that the pipeline can be prevented from being randomly distributed on the base 100, and the pipeline is prevented from being torn in the process of pulling the functional module 300 out of the base 100.
A bottom beam 230 is formed between the two support columns 210 below the first outlet 201, and a plurality of support tables 231 are provided at intervals along the length direction of the bottom beam 230 at the bottom of the bottom beam 230. The support table 231 can be assembled with the base 100 through screw column guide and is fixed by screws, so that the bottom beam 230 can be easily disassembled during maintenance.
In this embodiment, the support column 210 may include two support plates 211, and a support rib 212 is disposed between the two support plates 211 in a crossing manner, so that structural stability between the two support plates 211 can be improved by the support rib 212, and the bearing capacity of the support column 210 is significantly improved.
According to any one of the optional embodiments or the combination of multiple optional embodiments, the following beneficial effects can be achieved according to the embodiment of the invention:
in the cabinet air conditioner indoor unit of the embodiment of the invention, the base 100 is provided with the supporting frame 200, and the functional module 300 is arranged in a space surrounded by the supporting frame 200. Since the first outlet 201 is formed between at least two adjacent support columns 210 of the support frame 200, at least part of the functional module 300 may be pulled out from the first outlet 201. Therefore, when the part fails, the maintenance personnel does not need to disassemble the supporting frame 200, and only pulls the part out of the first outlet 201 for maintenance, so that the maintenance difficulty is effectively reduced, the maintenance time is shortened, and the maintenance convenience is improved.
Further, in the cabinet air conditioner indoor unit according to the embodiment of the invention, the water tank assembly 310 is disposed opposite to the first outlet 201, the fan assembly 320 is located above the water tank assembly 310, and the electrical appliance box 330 is disposed opposite to the second outlet 202. When a serviceman judges that the water tank assembly 310 or the fan assembly 320 of the functional module 300 is malfunctioning, the water tank assembly 310 and the fan assembly 320 as a whole may be pulled out from the first outlet 201 for maintenance. When the maintenance personnel determines that the electrical box 330 of the functional module 300 fails, the electrical box 330 can be pulled out from the second outlet 202 alone for maintenance, thereby realizing comprehensive maintenance of the functional module 300 without disassembling the support frame 200.

Claims (6)
1. A cabinet air conditioner indoor unit comprising:
a base;
the support frame is arranged on the base and used for replacing a front upright post of the air conditioner indoor unit, the support frame comprises a plurality of support columns, the support columns are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the base, one support column is positioned at a middle position adjacent to the front side of the base, the other support column is positioned at a middle position far away from the front side of the base, a first outlet is formed between the two support columns, and a second outlet is formed between the support column adjacent to the middle position of the front side of the base and a right upright post of the air conditioner indoor unit;
the functional module is arranged in a space surrounded by the supporting frame and comprises a water tank assembly, a fan assembly and an electric appliance box body, wherein the water tank assembly is opposite to the first outlet and can be pulled out of the base from the first outlet, the fan assembly is positioned above the water tank assembly, and the electric appliance box body is opposite to the second outlet and can be pulled out of the base from the second outlet; and
the air supply heat exchange assembly is arranged above the functional module, and the first outlet is formed below the front air outlet of the air supply heat exchange assembly;
the lower end of the air supply heat exchange assembly is provided with a connecting part, the connecting part is fixedly supported at the top end of the support column between the first outlet and the second outlet, the support column between the first outlet and the second outlet is obliquely extended to the lower right from the bottom end of the connecting part, and then vertically and downwardly extends so as to avoid the water tank assembly and the electric appliance box body of the functional module.
2. The cabinet air conditioner indoor unit of claim 1, wherein,
the front side of the electric appliance box body is provided with two connecting lugs which are arranged up and down along the height direction of the electric appliance box body and are fixed on the support columns between the first outlet and the second outlet.
3. The cabinet air conditioner indoor unit of claim 1, wherein,
the support frame also comprises a support beam positioned above the first outlet and the second outlet, and the support beam is formed by extending the support columns positioned between the first outlet and the second outlet to two sides respectively.
4. The cabinet air-conditioner indoor unit of claim 3, wherein,
