In the washing machine 1, the first tank 50a is housed in the first housing portion 60a, and the second tank 50b is housed in the second housing portion 60 b. The shape of the second housing portion 60b and the second tank 50b that are substantially line-symmetrical with respect to the first housing portion 60a and the first tank 50a are mainly different from each other, and there is no great difference in function between the two. That is, the portions provided in the first housing portion 60a and the first tank 50a are also provided in the second housing portion 60b and the second tank 50b substantially similarly. Therefore, the first housing portion 60a and the first tank 50a will be described in detail below, and the second housing portion 60b and the second tank 50b will not be described in detail.
As described above, the detergent tank 50 is mounted on the housing bottom surface 61 of the tank housing 60 and is mounted on the main body case 10. A tank discharge portion 51e (see fig. 8 described later) for discharging the detergent contained therein is provided on the bottom surface of the detergent tank 50, and is connected to a main body inlet 62 provided in the tank storage portion 60. Although not shown in fig. 4, check valves are provided in the main body inlet 62 and the tank discharge portion 51e, and the detergent supplied from the detergent tank 50 to the detergent input portion 32 is not allowed to flow backward. The main body inlet 62 is configured to press the tank discharge portion 51e by applying pressure so as to prevent the connected tank discharge portion 51e from falling off by an unexpected weak force or from leaking the detergent by generating a gap.
The storage bottom surface 61 has a shape corresponding to the bottom surface of the detergent tank 50, and in the present embodiment, has a substantially rectangular shape in a plan view. The shorter side direction of the storage bottom surface 61 is along a direction (vertical direction in fig. 4) in which the front and rear portions of the washing machine 1 face each other, and the longer side direction of the storage bottom surface 61 is along a direction (horizontal direction in fig. 4) in which the left and right side surfaces of the washing machine 1 face each other. The first receiving portion 60a and the second receiving portion 60b are arranged in parallel in the longitudinal direction of the two portions.
A handle housing portion 63 is provided at a position higher than the housing bottom surface 61 in a part of the outer periphery of the tank housing portion 60. The handle housing portion 63 houses a handle 54 (see fig. 6 described later) attached to the detergent tank 50.

The guide portion 64 has a slope whose apex is higher than the housing bottom surface 61 and which is inclined so as to become lower as the angle is directed. The relationship between the guide portion 64 and the detergent tank 50 will be described with reference to fig. 13 described later.
Fig. 6 is a plan view illustrating the detergent tank, fig. 7 is a side view illustrating the detergent tank in an open state, and fig. 8 is a bottom view illustrating the detergent tank in an open state. Further, fig. 6 to 8 show a first tank 50a as one of the detergent tanks 50.
The detergent tank 50 is composed of a tank main body 51, a tank cover 52, a handle 54, and a small window cover 53.
The tank main body 51 is a substantially rectangular parallelepiped container having an open upper surface as a whole, and is substantially rectangular in a plan view, and has rounded corners. A tank discharge portion 51e is provided on the bottom surface of the tank main body 51 at a position close to the end in the longitudinal direction, and the tank discharge portion 51e is provided at a position overlapping with the main body introduction port 62.
The can lid 52 is formed in a shape corresponding to the can body 51, and is attached to the can body 51 to cover the upper surface of the can body 51. In the can lid 52 and the can body 51, a gasket is sandwiched therebetween to close the gap. The gasket is not particularly limited, and may be attached so as to cover the outer periphery of the can cover 52, or may be attached along the upper end of the can body 51.
The lid 52 is provided with a small window by partially opening the window, and the small window is covered with a small window lid 53 from above. The small window cover 53 is configured to be openable, closable, and detachable with respect to the tank cover 52, and a user opens (or removes) the small window cover 53 to replenish the detergent.
The tank main body 51 has a tank mounting portion 51c protruding downward from the periphery on the bottom surface. The tank mounting portion 51c is a portion that directly contacts when the detergent tank 50 is detached from the main body case 10 and mounted on a portion other than the tank housing portion 60 such as a table (hereinafter, may be referred to as a mounting surface 100). The tank mounting portion 51c is provided at one end portion in the longitudinal direction (left end in fig. 7). The state in which the detergent tank 50 is placed on the placement surface 100 will be described with reference to fig. 9 described later.
A swing arm 55 is also attached to the tank main body 51. The tank main body 51 is provided with arm shafts 51b on opposite lateral sides of the tank main body 55, respectively. The swing arm 55 has one end pivotally supported on the arm shaft 51b and the other end provided with a dish receiving portion 56. That is, two swing arms 55 extending along both side surfaces of the tank main body 51 are connected via a dish receiving portion 56 provided at the tip. The swing arm 55 moves the dish receiving portion 56 by pivoting the arm shaft 51b as a fulcrum.
A swing restricting portion 51d that receives the pivoted swing arm 55 is provided on a side surface of the tank main body 51, and when the swing restricting portion 51d is hit, the pivoting of the swing arm 55 is stopped. A biasing member 57 that biases the swing arm 55 is attached to the arm shaft 51b, and the biasing member 57 biases the swing arm 55 in a direction toward the swing restricting portion 51d (a covering direction R2 in fig. 9). Further, a description will be given with reference to fig. 9 and 10 regarding a swing state in which the swing arm 55 is swung in the covering direction R2.
When the detergent tank 50 is housed in the tank housing portion 60, the swing arm 55 is pushed by the guide portion 64 and swings in a direction (opening direction R1 in fig. 7) away from the swing restricting portion 51 d. When the swing arm 55 swings in the opening direction R1, the dish receiving portion 56 moves away from below the can discharge portion 51 e. Fig. 7 and 8 show an open state in which the swing arm 55 swings in the opening direction R1, and the receiving dish portion 56 is located near the corner between the bottom surface and the side surface of the tank main body 51. The vessel discharge portion 51e is exposed by the movement of the receiving dish portion 56, and can be connected to the body introduction port 62.
Fig. 9 is a side view illustrating the detergent tank in a covered state, and fig. 10 is a bottom view illustrating the detergent tank in the covered state.
Fig. 9 and 10 show a state in which the swing arm 55 swings in the covering direction R2 and the grip of the handle 54 is moved above the detergent tank 50, as compared with fig. 7 and 8. When the grip of the handle 54 is moved to the upper side of the detergent tank 50 when the detergent tank 50 is detached from the tank housing portion 60, the user can hang the detergent tank 50 by holding the handle 54, and easily carry the detergent tank 50. At this time, when the detergent tank 50 is lifted, the swing arm 55 is separated from the guide portion 64 and swings in the covering direction R2 by the force received from the urging member 57. Then, in a state where the swing arm 55 is caught by the swing restricting portion 51d, the dish receiving portion 56 is positioned directly below the can discharging portion 51 e. In this way, when the detergent tank 50 is detached from the main body case 10, the detergent dropping from the detergent tank 50 is received by the receptacle portion 56, and the dropping of the liquid can be prevented. The dish-receiving portion 56 may be located below the tank discharge portion 51e in the covered state, or may be provided with a gap with the tank discharge portion 51 e. In the present embodiment, a gap of about 1cm is provided above the dish receiving portion 56, and the user can clean the dish receiving portion 56 by inserting a finger. The tank discharge portion 51e may extend to one side from a side surface of the tank main body 51. In this case, the dish receiving portion 56 may be located below the can discharge portion 51e in the covered state.
When the detergent tank 50 is placed on the placement surface 100, the catch dish portion 56 abuts against the placement surface 100 together with the tank placement portion 51 c. As shown in fig. 9, the dish receiving portion 56 is provided on an end portion side (right end side in fig. 9) facing the tank placing portion 51c in the longitudinal direction. In this way, the detergent tank 50 can be stably placed on the placement surface 100 by supporting the detergent tank 50 at two locations, i.e., the dish receiving portion 56 and the tank placement portion 51 c. Further, by disposing the portions supporting the detergent tank 50 as far as possible, the stability during placement can be improved.
As shown in fig. 10, the arm shaft 51b is disposed along the short side direction (vertical direction in fig. 10) of the detergent tank 50. Therefore, the swing arm 55 pivots about the axis of the arm shaft 51b in the short side direction. The length from the side surface of the detergent tank 50 to the tank discharge portion 51e is short in the short side direction where the width of the detergent tank 50 is narrow, and the dish receiving portion 56 can be made small, and each portion can be efficiently arranged.
The swing restricting portion 51d receives the swing arm 55 in a state of being slightly rotated inward from the vertical. In fig. 9, a vertical line SL extending from the arm shaft 51b toward the mounting surface 100 is shown by a one-dot chain line. As shown in fig. 9, the swing arm 55 is located at a lower end thereof closer to the tank mounting portion 51c than the perpendicular line SL.
In the covered state, the detergent tank 50 is suddenly subjected to an impact, and the swing arm 55 is swung by the impact to lose balance, and there is a fear that the detergent tank 50 may fall over. In contrast, in the present embodiment, the swing arm 55 is rotated slightly inward than the vertical direction and stopped, and for example, the impact of pressing the detergent tank 50 from above causes the swing arm 55 to rotate further inward, and as a result, the operation of the swing arm 55 is stopped by the swing restricting portion 51d, so that the detergent tank 50 can be prevented from falling over.
Fig. 11 is a perspective view showing the swing arm, and fig. 12 is a sectional view showing a cross section of the dish receiving portion.
Fig. 11 shows the swing arm 55 removed from the detergent tank 50, and fig. 12 shows a state viewed from the direction of arrow a along a cross section of a one-dot chain line of fig. 11.
The dish receiving portion 56 includes a main surface portion 56a that abuts the placement surface 100 in the covering state, and a liquid receiving portion 56b that is provided at an end portion on the covering direction R2 side (left end in fig. 12) and protrudes upward from the main surface portion 56 a. Further, without being limited to this, the dish-receiving portion 56 may have a shape in which an end portion on the opening direction R1 side (right end in fig. 12) protrudes upward from the main surface portion 56 a. That is, by providing a high portion around the main surface portion 56a, the container-like shape is formed, and if a small amount of detergent is contained, the detergent can be stored in the dish receiving portion 56 and prevented from dripping. Further, by receiving the detergent stored in the dish receiving portion 56 by the liquid receiving portion 56b, the detergent can be prevented from dripping from the dish receiving portion 56 when the detergent tank 50 is attached. The liquid receiving portion 56b may be a projection such as a rib, or may be a surface narrower than the main surface portion 56 a. When the liquid receiving portion 56b is a plane, the movable range of the swing arm 55 may be set so as to be horizontal in the open state or so as to be inclined lower than the main surface portion 56a side.
Fig. 13 is a schematic cross-sectional view showing a cross section near the guide portion of the tank housing portion.
Fig. 13 schematically shows a cross section of the tank housing portion 60 along the outer shape of the detergent tank 50 through the guide portion 64. Hereinafter, for the sake of explanation, the end portion side (left side in fig. 13) of the detergent tank 50 may be simply referred to as the end portion side, and the center side (right side in fig. 13) of the detergent tank 50 may be simply referred to as the center portion side. As shown in fig. 13, the guide portion 64 has a vertex in the vicinity of the arm shaft 51b directly below, and is a slope inclined so as to become lower toward one side along the short-side direction of the housing bottom surface 61 (the left end of the housing bottom surface 61 in fig. 13). That is, the guide portion 64 is higher at the center portion side and lower at the end portion side.
When the detergent tank 50 is stored in the tank storage portion 60, first, the tip (lower end) of the swing arm 55 abuts on the vicinity of the apex of the guide portion 64. Then, if the detergent tank 50 is further lowered downward, the swing arm 55 follows the inclination of the guide portion 64, and the leading end thereof is pushed to the end side. When the detergent tank 50 is lowered to be stored in the tank storage portion 60, the swing arm 55 is guided by the guide portion 64 to swing in the opening direction R1, and moves to the same position as in fig. 7 and 8. By providing the biasing member 57 and the guide portion 64 in this manner, the swinging arm 55 can swing in response to attachment and detachment of the detergent tank 50, and the dish receiving portion 56 can be moved to a position suitable for preventing liquid from dripping and detergent from being poured.
In addition, all aspects of the embodiments disclosed herein are exemplary and should not be construed as limiting. Therefore, the technical scope of the present invention is defined not by the description of the above embodiments but by the claims. Further, the scope of the present invention includes all modifications within the meaning and range equivalent to the claims.
