The steps are not performed in the exact order shown and described, and may be performed in other orders, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Moreover, at least a portion of the steps in fig. 1 may include multiple sub-steps or multiple stages that are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, and the order of performance of the sub-steps or stages is not necessarily sequential, but may be performed in turn or alternately with other steps or at least a portion of the sub-steps or stages of other steps.
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, embodiments of the present invention are described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The scheme is based on multiple detection technologies, basic information of clothes is obtained, then the system reasonably selects a washing mode according to the collected information, the running time of each program is set, the drying condition is finally detected, and drying compensation is carried out if the dryness is not enough, so that one-key washing is realized. The core of this patent is a control method that uses various techniques to detect, collect and process information and then performs one-touch washing by one touch or other means. The following is a flowchart description of the one-touch wash control.
In some embodiments, the determining whether to enter the smart washing mode according to the preset operation instruction includes:
detecting whether the washing machine is in a running state;
when the washing machine is not in the running state, if the preset operation instruction is received, entering an intelligent washing mode;
and when the washing machine is in the running state, if the preset operation instruction is received, ignoring the preset operation instruction.
In some embodiments, before determining whether to enter the smart washing mode according to the preset operation instruction, the method further includes:
initializing the system after starting up;
detecting whether power-down memory exists;
if the power failure memory exists, reading memory information stored in a memory chip, and returning to a corresponding memory interface according to the memory information;
and if the power failure memory does not exist, the set initial state is entered.
As shown in fig. 2, after the start-up, system initialization is performed. And if the power failure memory exists, returning the information stored by the memory chip to the power failure memory interface, and continuing the previous washing mode for washing. If no power-down memory exists, the system is initialized and the system returns to the set initial state.
And then whether the washing machine enters a conventional washing mode is detected and judged, and the washing machine enters the conventional washing mode after washing is started in a mode of not pressing a washing key, which indicates that a user wants to wash clothes in a mode selected by the user, the washing key cannot be operated at the moment, and a prompt is pressed to cause no effect. If one-key washing mode is used for washing, the one-key washing can be carried out only by pressing one key in a non-operation state, and a pause key or other modes can be manually pressed to enable the washing machine to be in the non-operation state. And when the washing machine runs after power failure memory, one-key washing cannot be performed.
If the normal washing mode is not entered, whether the one-key washing key is pressed or not can be judged, if the one-key washing mode is not pressed, whether the normal washing mode is entered or not is continuously detected, and if the one-key washing key is pressed, the one-key washing mode flow is entered.
In some embodiments, before the detecting the laundry in the inner space of the washing machine, the method further includes:
detecting a living body in an inner space of the washing machine;
if a living body is detected, the washing machine is prohibited from starting;
if no living body is detected, the laundry detection of the inner space of the washing machine is started.
In some embodiments, the laundry information includes: laundry type and/or soil level;
the determining the corresponding washing program according to the laundry information includes:
determining a washing pattern according to the type of laundry;
determining whether to dry according to the type of the clothes; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
and determining the washing time and the dosage of the detergent according to the dirt grade.
In some embodiments, when the laundry information includes a laundry type, the laundry detecting the inner space of the washing machine includes:
taking a picture of clothes placed in the inner space of the washing machine to obtain a clothes image;
and identifying the clothes image through an image identification technology to determine the type of the clothes.
In some embodiments, the photographing of the laundry placed in the inner space of the washing machine includes:
turning over the clothes placed in the washing machine, and taking a picture again to obtain a clothes image;
and turning and taking pictures for multiple times so as to obtain multiple clothes images.
In some embodiments, when the laundry information includes a laundry type, the laundry detecting the inner space of the washing machine includes:
performing RFID scanning on the inner space of the washing machine;
the type of the laundry is determined according to the information obtained by the scanning.
In some embodiments, when the laundry information includes a contamination level, the laundry detecting the inner space of the washing machine includes:
adding water into the washing machine and stirring;
and detecting the water body in the washing machine through a turbidity sensor, and determining the dirt level of the clothes according to the detection data.
In some embodiments, the determining whether to perform drying according to the type of laundry further includes:
inquiring according to preset information comparison data, and judging whether the types of the clothes which cannot be dried are protected or not;
if any type which cannot be dried is contained in the clothes types, drying is not carried out;
if the type of the laundry does not include the type incapable of drying, drying is performed.
In some embodiments, the drying step comprises:
drying the clothes for the first time according to preset first drying time;
after primary drying, detecting through a humidity sensor to judge whether the drying requirement is met;
if the drying requirement is met, the washing procedure is completely finished; and if the drying requirement is not met, drying compensation is carried out.
In some embodiments, the step of performing drying compensation includes:
drying compensation is carried out on the clothes according to the preset second drying time;
detecting whether the drying requirement is met again;
and if the drying requirement is not met, drying compensation is repeatedly carried out until the drying requirement is met.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the one-key washing mode first detects whether there is a malfunction in the washing machine, displays the corresponding malfunction through the display screen if there is a malfunction, and broadcasts an error prompt tone. If no fault exists, whether a life body exists in the cylinder is detected, if the life body exists in the cylinder, the cylinder is not allowed to be started, and accidents caused by the fact that children enjoy the washing machine and people outside the washing machine start are prevented. The detection of the living body can be performed by infrared rays. If no life exists, the type detection and judgment of the put-in clothes are started, and the type of the clothes can be judged through modes of photographing, RFID scanning and the like. The photographing identification and RFID identification technology is the existing technology, and the description is not repeated; according to the scheme, the clothes information is firstly identified through RFID, and the clothes information is identified through overturning the clothes for multiple times of photographing without RFID.
Then checking whether enough detergent and softener exist, and storing the information of the type of clothes, the quantity of the softener and the detergent. And then the stored information is processed, and the information of whether the materials, the detergent and the softener are insufficient is displayed through a display module. Meanwhile, different washing modes are selected according to the clothes type information, for example, wool clothes are identified, and then a wool washing program is executed. The washing procedure is generally established by testing the steps of washing, dewatering, defoaming and the like through experiments, adjusting the rotating speed, positive and negative rotation and the like to obtain the best effect, and then selecting proper data according to the washing effect.
For example, the turbidity sensor for washing by adding water detects the degree of dirt of clothes, detergent and softener with different doses are put in according to the dirt level of the clothes, and washing time lengths of different programs are selected for washing. By the intelligent detection method, the manual operation time is reduced, and the user experience is better; meanwhile, the time of the selected mode and the selected programs such as washing, dewatering, rinsing, defoaming and the like is more reasonable, so that clothes washed out by the washing machine are cleaner and more natural. It will be readily appreciated that the turbidity measurement requires the addition of water prior to the measurement, the amount of water added being typically determined by weighing and then measuring the turbidity of the water, and that the prior art is well established and will not be described in detail herein. In addition, the dosage of the detergent is related to the amount of the added water, and the variable is the dirt degree of the clothes after the amount of the added water is determined previously, so that different dosages of the detergent are added according to the dirt degree; the specific dosage of the detergent is determined by experimental test data.
If the washing machine has a drying function, judging whether the clothes can be dried or not; if the clothes can be dried or can not be dried, the drying can not be carried out because the drying can cause irreversible influence on the clothes which can not be dried.
If the kind of clothes is not suitable for drying, the washing is completed. If the clothes can be dried, drying for different time lengths is carried out according to the clothes type information, drying detection is carried out after drying, whether the clothes meet the drying requirement is detected through a humidity sensor, washing is completed when the clothes meet the drying requirement, drying compensation is carried out when the clothes do not meet the drying requirement, short-time drying is added, and the dryness of the clothes is ensured. And after drying compensation, detecting whether the drying requirement is met or not, and repeating compensation when the drying requirement is not met, wherein after the drying compensation is met, washing is finished. Through the step of drying compensation, the drying effect of the clothes is better. It should be noted that the humidity sensor measures the humidity of the air outlet in the air, and the error can be adjusted through experimental data to be within a proper error range.
The clothes type detection can be divided into shirts, undergarments, wools, down jackets, blends and the like. The water temperature, washing time, dehydration, defoaming, drying and the dosage of the laundry detergent can be different in different washing modes, washing effects on different clothes under different collocation can be obtained by performing related experiments, various manufacturers have clothes type classification and relatively complete collocation effects, and the description is omitted here. The dirty grade of the clothes can be divided into 5 grades which are 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 grades respectively, and the grade of the clothes is judged according to the detection value. The quantity detection of the detergent and the softener sets a threshold respectively, for example, when the quantity detection is lower than 10%, signals of lack of the detergent and the softener are displayed on the display module, and if the washing machine uses the display screen, characters can be displayed: lack of detergent, lack of softener, lack of detergent and softener, etc., if the washing machine uses the display panel, it flickers on the corresponding positions of the detergent, softener, indicating the lack of such solvent.
It should be added that the 'one key' in the one-key washing can be newly opened on the washing machine, and the character of 'one-key washing' is marked on the upper surface; a more obvious key or position can be set on the display panel or the display screen, and the font is designed to be larger, so that a user can conveniently press the key to wash.
In the clothes detection and data judgment and storage process, other characteristic detection can be added to acquire more information. If the clothes humidity detection and the environment humidity detection are carried out after the clothes type detection, under the condition of plum rain weather, clothes can be smelly due to high humidity, some detergents or other objects are added to the clothes to be washed more at the moment, peculiar smell is removed, the drying requirement is improved under the plum rain weather, the clothes are drier, and almost no airing is needed. The control method for improving the washing effect of one-key washing by adding other characteristic detection also belongs to the protection scope of the patent.
