The specific embodiment of the invention provides a method for preventing yarn cracking of an European-root yarn fly keyhole, which is a scheme mainly designed for the fly made of European-root yarn, and as shown in figure 1, the method comprises the following steps: S10-S50.
And S10, selecting the left fly and the right fly according to the design template.
The design template (also called a clothing pattern or a clothing module) is an important component of clothing design, is a core technology of clothing factories, is a bridge for connecting creation design and process design, and is a second design; according to the clothing effect drawing and specification of an original designer, or according to a sample plate and specification of a client, or according to a client order, a structural designer firstly makes a same base drawing according to the change principle of a human body through a planar or three-dimensional structural design method, then strips out a sample sheet from the base drawing by using a hard paper board through different methods (or through computer printing, or through manual copying and the like), and finally, nine aspects of a paper sample (1 seam, 2 cut, 3 cloth marks, 4 types, 5 names, 6 numbers, 7 sizes, 8 adhesive linings and 9 colors) are added on the sample sheet, and the sample sheet can be delivered to a lathee to turn the sample sheet after no problem is detected, wherein the process is the process of producing the design sample sheet.
Because of the design template, the left fly and the right fly are selected according to the design template.
And S20, making full rabbets on the edges of the left and right lappets.
The seam allowance is a circle of seam allowance additionally arranged outside the clothes real line, is called as a seam allowance or seam allowance, generally has the width of 1cm, and the width of the lower hem is 2-4 cm.
The edge structures of the left placket front and the right placket front are firmer through the full seam allowance, and the left placket front and the right placket front made of the Europe yarn are not easy to loosen.
In some embodiments, after step S20, the method further includes the following steps:
s205, ironing the seam allowance positions of the left placket and the right placket flat.
The raised seam allowance position can be avoided after the bag is ironed and leveled, and the whole bag is smoother.
And S30, attaching the woven belts to the inner sides of the left fly and the right fly.
In the field of clothing, webbing refers to a narrow fabric or tubular fabric made of various yarns.
The selection of meshbelt can be decided according to the design demand, uses on the dress of different materials, the meshbelt of optional different materials.
After the webbing is selected, the webbing needs to be cut to obtain the desired dimensions.
After cutting, the woven belt is soaked in warm water for a period of time and dried.
Preferably, the soaking mode adopts warm water soaking. The braid is not damaged by warm water soaking, and more preferably, the temperature of the warm water soaking is 20-50 ℃.
The soaking time in warm water is not suitable for being too long or too short, bacteria are easy to grow and mildew easily when the soaking time is too long, and the soaking purpose cannot be achieved when the soaking time is too short, preferably, the soaking time is 1.5-3 hours, and more preferably, the soaking time is 2 hours.
The meshbelt is soaked the mode that adopts the nature to dry with warm water for a period for the meshbelt dries softly more after drying, does not propose the mode that adopts the stoving, and this kind of mode causes the organizational structure of meshbelt to change easily, and the meshbelt is crooked easily.
The ribbon is attached to the inner sides of the left placket and the right placket, so that the condition that the left placket and the right placket made of European-root yarns split the yarns after buttonholing can be avoided, the left placket and the right placket are not easy to deform, and the appearance is more smooth and attractive.
And S40, sticking and shaping the left fly and the right fly on the two pieces of fabric.
The left placket and the right placket are bonded on the two pieces of fabric under the action of the lining.
The lining is simple, namely the ironing lining, and the fusing refers to a hot melt adhesive lining. The non-stick liner is a non-adhesive liner without adhesive spots and is usually sewn with the fabric. The lining cloth is a lining cloth with glue, the back surface of the lining cloth is generally provided with granular glue spots, and the lining cloth can be adhered with the fabric together after the lining cloth is pressed and ironed at high temperature by an iron or a pressing machine. The function of sewing is convenient through the function of the lining.
It is noted that the press line fixing the left and right lappets has to press the webbing to loosen it, preferably the press line presses the side of the webbing that is offset from the centre line.
In some embodiments, step S40 is followed by the following steps:
and S405, sewing the seams of the two pieces of fabric and ironing.
The stitching is prevented from bulging or wrinkling by ironing.
And S50, keyhole is carried out on the left fly and the right fly according to the position points of the design sample plate.
The keyhole can be operated by a special keyhole machine, the shape of the keyhole can be determined according to a design sample plate, the left front fly and the right front fly are keyhole according to the position points of the design sample plate, and generally, the position points of the keyhole are arranged along the length direction of the left front fly and the right front fly.
According to the invention, the full rabbets are made on the edges of the left placket and the right placket and the woven belts are attached to the inner sides of the full rabbets, so that the condition of yarn breakage after keyhole locking can be avoided, and the woven fabric is not easy to deform and has a smoother and more attractive appearance.
While the invention has been described with reference to specific embodiments, the invention is not limited thereto, and various equivalent modifications and substitutions can be easily made by those skilled in the art within the technical scope of the invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present invention shall be subject to the protection scope of the claims.
