Abstract
The invention discloses a lubricating oil composition and a preparation method and application thereof, wherein the lubricating oil composition comprises the following components in percentage by weight: the component A comprises 1-25% of component A, 1-10% of 2-butyl-octanol and the balance of undecane, wherein A is one or a mixture of dodecene and tetradecene; the sum of the weight percentages of the components is 100 percent, the flash point of the lubricating oil composition is more than 63 ℃, and the application requirement of the special lubricating agent for cutting formed foil, lead foil and copper-aluminum foil in the production process of the capacitor can be met; the special lubricant can realize domestic production and supply, and reduces the use cost.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of lubricating compositions, and particularly relates to a lubricating oil composition, and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
At present, a special lubricant used in cutting and slitting of formed foil, lead foil and copper-aluminum foil in the capacitor industry is alcohol or FIX-4 purchased from Japanese cas number 64742-48-9, but the alcohol has a low flash point, the fire hazard is high, and the lubricating property of FIX-4 is insufficient, so that the condition of aluminum oxide coating fracturing is easily caused in the cutting and slitting process of the formed foil, the lead foil and the copper-aluminum foil, and the production yield of products is influenced.

The present invention is directed to solving at least one of the problems of the prior art. Therefore, the invention provides a lubricating oil composition with high flash point and good lubricating property, which adopts the technical scheme that:

Specifically, the dodecene is a mixture of one or more of n-dodecene and isomers thereof.
Specifically, the tetradecene is a mixture of n-tetradecene and one or more of its isomers.
The application also provides a preparation method of the lubricating oil composition, which is to add the dodecene, the tetradecene and the octyldodecanol into the undecane and uniformly mix the mixture to obtain the lubricating oil composition.
The application also provides the application of the lubricating oil composition in the capacitor production process for the special lubricating agent used for cutting and slitting of formed foil, lead foil and copper-aluminum foil.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the lubricating oil composition has a flash point of more than 63 ℃, has good lubricating property, can effectively ensure production safety when being used as a special lubricating agent for cutting and cutting formed foils, lead foils and copper-aluminum foils in the production process of capacitors, and simultaneously avoids the condition of fracturing an aluminum oxide coating, thereby ensuring the production yield of products; compared with the FIX-4 product imported from Japan, the special lubricant can realize domestic production supply, realize domestic substitution and reduce the use cost of the special lubricant.

The lubricating oil composition comprises the following components in percentage by weight:
1 to 25 percent of component A,
1 to 10 percent of 2-butyl-octanol,

The dodecene is a mixture of one or more of n-dodecene and isomers thereof, the tetradecene is a mixture of one or more of n-tetradecene and isomers thereof, the dodecene and the isomers thereof and the tetradecene and the isomers thereof have similar properties, in the embodiment of the application, the n-dodecene and the n-tetradecene are taken as examples, and the dodecene is n-dodecene purchased from Enlishi; the tetradecene is n-tetradecene purchased from Enlishi;
the 2-butyl-octanol is purchased from saso;
the undecane was purchased from Heishui.
Based on the above, examples 1 to 6 of the present invention and a comparative example were proposed, the weight ratio of each component of the lubricating oil composition in examples 1 to 6 is shown in Table 1, and the comparative example is FIX-4 sold by AQUA chemical Co., Ltd.

The lubricating oil compositions of examples 1-6 were specifically prepared using the following method: to the undecane was added dodecene, tetradecene and 2-butyl-octanol and mixed well.
The liquid lubricants of examples 1 to 6 and comparative example were measured for flash point by the test method of GB/T3536, and the results are shown in Table 2.

The lubricating oil compositions prepared in examples 1 to 6 were used as lubricants for liquids used in slitting formed foils, lead foils, and copper-aluminum foils, and no aluminum oxide coating was fractured, thereby preventing poor or failed opening pressure during opening pressure of capacitors.
According to the content, the flash point of the lubricating oil composition is above 63 ℃, the lubricating oil composition meets the requirement of a special lubricant for cutting formed foils, lead foils and copper-aluminum foils in the production process of capacitors, can realize domestic production and supply services, achieves national substitution and reduces the use cost.

3. The lubricating oil composition of claim 1, wherein the tetradecene is a mixture of n-tetradecene and one or more of its isomers.
4. A method of preparing the lubricating oil composition of claim 1, wherein the method comprises adding and mixing to the undecane hydrocarbon dodecene, tetradecene, and 2-butyl-octanol to obtain the lubricating oil composition.
5. The use of the lubricating oil composition as claimed in claim 1, wherein the lubricating oil composition is used as a special lubricant for cutting and cutting formed foils, lead foils and copper-aluminum foils in the production process of capacitors.
