Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of coatings, and particularly relates to a non-stick coating as well as a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
The non-stick coating is a special coating, the surface of which is not easy to adhere by other sticky substances and is easy to remove. The coating has the characteristics of extremely low surface energy, small friction coefficient, easy sliding and the like, thereby showing good non-adhesion. The paint is generally applied to the kitchen and bathroom industry and comprises two kinds of non-stick paint of organosilicon and non-stick paint of fluorine. The organosilicon non-stick coating has the characteristics of substrate wettability, high hardness, thermal hardness, solvent resistance and lower curing temperature, but the organosilicon coating contains a volatile solvent and has poor wear resistance. In addition, the water-based fluorine coating has the advantages of no or little solvent, environmental protection, little pollution and high safety, most importantly, the continuous non-stick property has the overwhelming advantage, and most of the water-based fluorine coating is water-based polytetrafluoroethylene coating which is used for contacting with food.
CN101717601A discloses a water-based non-stick paint finish paint, which is composed of the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 50-71% of fluorocarbon polymer, 1.5-5% of surfactant, 2-6% of solvent, 0.2-0.6% of thickening agent and 0.5-5% of pigment and filler, wherein the finish paint of the water-based non-stick paint prepared by the method is little influenced by the performance fluctuation of the fluorocarbon polymer, particularly the finish paint of the water-based non-stick paint which uses the following fluorocarbon polymer, can also obtain good paint storage stability and spraying application performance, and improves the chemical resistance and durability of a coating, the spraying thickness of the coating and the film forming compactness of the coating. CN101245209A discloses a water-based fluororesin non-stick coating, which is composed of 40-70 parts of modified polytetrafluoroethylene water-based resin, 10-30 parts of high-temperature-resistant pigment, 1-5 parts of fluororesin additive, 1-5 parts of surfactant and 20-40 parts of wear-resistant filler. The polytetrafluoroethylene PTFE water-based resin is modified by the synthesized acrylic acid water-based resin, in the modification process, an acrylate secondary polymerization method is adopted, a perfluorooctanoate compound which is harmful to a human body is not used, the modified resin forms an embedded and interpenetrating network structure, a good temperature dispersion area is provided, the problems of adhesion with a substrate and baking cracking are solved, and the hardness of the non-stick coating is improved. However, the coatings obtained by the two formulations have the problems of low coating hardness, easy abrasion in use, easy decomposition of PTFE at high temperature to generate toxic gas and the like, and the polytetrafluoroethylene has high crystallinity and hardly flows after melting, so that a large number of gaps or holes are remained, and the coating is easy to crack.
In order to solve the problems of low hardness and easy abrasion of the existing non-stick pan coating produced by taking polytetrafluoroethylene as a substrate, CN105368186A discloses a high-strength non-stick pan coating for a frying pan, which is prepared by mixing polytetrafluoroethylene, silica sol, alumina sol, zirconia sol, titania sol and an additive, wherein the additive is prepared from tungstic acid, silicic acid, zinc oxide, titanium oxide and silicon carbide. According to the invention, polytetrafluoroethylene is used as a matrix, and silica sol, alumina sol, zirconia sol and titania sol are used as auxiliary agents, so that an additive can be perfectly combined with the matrix, and a high-hardness coating is formed; the additive is prepared from tungstic acid, silicic acid, zinc oxide, boron nitride, titanium nitride and silicon carbide, so that the hardness and strength of the coating are improved, and the high temperature resistance of the coating is improved. However, the method still cannot improve the problem that because the crystallinity of the polytetrafluoroethylene is very high and the polytetrafluoroethylene hardly flows after being melted, a plurality of gaps or holes are remained, and the excessive placement of the gaps or holes is easy to store dirt and breed bacteria, so that the cleanliness of the whole coating is influenced, and the application of the polytetrafluoroethylene in the fields such as medical products and the like with high requirements on sanitary conditions is limited.
Therefore, it is necessary to develop a non-stick coating with good fluidity and further obtain a non-stick coating with excellent high temperature resistance, wear resistance and non-stick property.

Silicon dioxide sol is added into polytetrafluoroethylene, and the silicon dioxide sol can fill gaps and holes of the polytetrafluoroethylene, so that the non-stick coating can form a flat coating and further has excellent non-stick property; meanwhile, the graphene is added into the polytetrafluoroethylene, so that the high temperature resistance and the wear resistance of the non-stick coating are improved, the problems of cracking, falling, pits and the like of a coating in the using process of the non-stick coating are prevented, the service life of the non-stick coating is prolonged, and the non-stick coating has important research significance.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

The polytetrafluoroethylene coating has high crystallinity and hardly flows after being melted, so that more gaps or holes can be remained, the polytetrafluoroethylene shrinks in the process of forming the coating by baking, sintering and drying, the relaxation effect of the polytetrafluoroethylene along with the temperature change is not synchronous, local unbalanced shrinkage is generated on the surface, stress concentration is generated, cracks are easy to appear during stretching, and the holes or holes formed by the cracks are easy to store dirt and contain scale and breed bacteria, so that the cleanliness of the whole coating is influenced.
According to the invention, the silicon dioxide sol is added into the polytetrafluoroethylene, so that the wear resistance of the non-stick coating can be improved, the silicon dioxide particles in the silicon dioxide sol can be inlaid on the polytetrafluoroethylene particles, the silicon dioxide particle beams bind the molecular chain motion of the polytetrafluoroethylene during film formation, the internal stress among large particles is eliminated, the large-area damage of the polytetrafluoroethylene is prevented, the defects in the coating during coating formation are reduced, the coating has better non-stick property and glossiness, and the cleanliness of the coating can be improved.
The non-stick coating provided by the invention also comprises graphene which has good wear resistance and glossiness and is a two-dimensional sheet structure, and one-dimensional and two-dimensional staggered structures are formed inside polytetrafluoroethylene by matching one-dimensional silica particles in silica sol, so that the defect of a polytetrafluoroethylene coating is further overcome, and the glossiness and the non-stick property can be further improved; and the graphene has very high-temperature performance, so that the high-temperature stability and the wear resistance of the non-stick coating prepared from the non-stick coating can be improved.
According to the invention, the ratio of the silica sol to the graphene is controlled to obtain the non-stick coating with excellent non-stick property and wear resistance, if the addition amount of silica is too low, the pores of the obtained non-stick coating are still too much, and the wear resistance and the non-stick property are reduced; if the silica is added in an amount too high, the gloss of the non-stick coating is reduced.

According to the data in Table 3, the non-stick coating prepared by the non-stick coating provided by the invention has excellent non-stick performance and thermal stability, and has higher glossiness; and the weight loss is low, which indicates that the coating has good wear resistance and ensures the service life of the non-stick coating.
Specifically, the non-stick coatings obtained in application examples 1-9 have the glossiness of 25-32, the 5% thermal weight loss temperature of 310-342 ℃, the weight loss of 0.0012-0.0014 g, and can pass a non-stick test; compared with the glossiness (18-22) of the non-stick coating obtained by the comparative application examples 1-4, the glossiness is improved by 14-72%, and the weight loss (0.0026-0.004 g) is reduced by 85-233%; compared with a non-stick coating with less addition of graphene (comparative application example 1) and a non-stick coating without addition of graphene (comparative application example 4), the thermal stability is greatly improved, and compared with application examples 3 and 4, the non-stick coating cannot pass a non-stick test, and compared with application examples 1 and 2, the non-stick coating passes the non-stick test but has residues;
comparing application examples 1, 6 and 7, it can be seen that when the particle size of silica in the silica sol in the non-stick coating is larger than 30nm (application example 7), the non-stick property, wear resistance and gloss of the prepared non-stick coating are all reduced, because the too large particle size is not favorable for filling the pores of the non-stick coating, and the residual silica adversely affects the surface flatness of the coating, and further affects the gloss, non-stick property and wear resistance;
as can be seen by comparing application examples 1, 8 and 9, the non-stick coating added with dopamine-modified graphene (application example 1) has higher wear resistance and glossiness, because dopamine-modified graphene has better dispersibility in polytetrafluoroethylene than the non-stick coating added with unmodified graphene (application example 8), and thus is beneficial to improving glossiness and wear resistance; compared with the non-stick coating (application example 9) added with the silane coupling agent modified graphene, dopamine is colorless and does not affect the glossiness of the coating.
In conclusion, it can be seen that the nonstick coating with non-stickiness, wear resistance and better glossiness can be prepared by adding the silica sol and the graphene into the polytetrafluoroethylene and controlling the dosage ratio of the silica sol and the graphene.
The applicant states that the invention is illustrated by the above examples to provide a non-stick coating and a process for its preparation and use, but the invention is not limited to the above examples, which does not mean that the invention must be practiced in reliance thereon. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that any modification of the present invention, equivalent substitutions of the raw materials of the product of the present invention, addition of auxiliary components, selection of specific modes, etc., are within the scope and disclosure of the present invention.
